hi anon! I cannot tell you how much fun I had writing this because I've been compared to the same so this was so fun and was more suggestive than I meant it to be but of well 😊. also you literally requested my three favorite characters and I love you!

heizou, scaramouche & albedo with a fox/feline s/o

Heizou

The snarky bastard is going to have fun with your hybrid half and might abuse it for his entertainment like using his magnifying glass to create a small light that catches your attention, not even needing to go outside to distract himself.

Your tail flicking attentively when you spotted the moving light and tried to submerge the instinctual urge to pounce on it or catch it, ultimately saying ‘fuck it’ and chasing the light around the room as your boyfriend moved it and stifled his laugh.

If you’re not with him then he’s on a case that is secretive or dangerous because you love being around Heizou a lot since he’s often very busy with being a detective and he loves getting attention or just being you so it’s a perfect scenario.

Often you’re in his lap while he does paper work and napping on him while sunlight warms your back, purring happily as one of the maroon haired boy’s hands rubbing your ears and humming a tune he heard that morning.

You tend to have a habit of trying to sneak up on him, which never works, as well as fighting (or “catching your prey” as Heizou likes to call it) with a clear plan in mind, often getting what you need by almost seamlessly without being seen if you need to be and using your cuteness to your advantage.

Heizou will often also take you on cases because you also have heightened hearing as well as sight so it helps a lot to have another pair of eyes alongside his, not to mention he gets to have his lover as he works so double win.

Scaramouche

This smug bastard is going to act like you’re even more pathetic since you’re part fox or cat, he doesn’t care because you’re still really reactive whenever he wants to mess with you and give your tail a tug or pinch your ears.

You’re hearing is also heightened so just a whisper like “Sit still and I’ll rub your ears if you’re a good pet.” or “I know you’re cramped but I have work so go take catnap.” It’s nice for both of you because you get to be with him (compared to isolation when he goes on missions) and he get’s important paperwork done along with having his partner show him love behind closed doors.

Childe’s going to make it his mission to find you as soon as he hears that not only did the stoic balladeer bring his lover while he works but they’re also part fox….Fuck doing anything he had to do today(Poor Scaramouche has to move rooms every 10 minutes and eventually orders guards to keep his fellow harbinger out or else they’ll get it) and you can’t help but laugh at the exchange.

For reasons he can’t fathom you love the rain and when it thunders (it reminds you of him), so it’s uncommon for agents or passerby to see Scaramouche soaked while carrying a pissy drenched fox hybrid who’d rather be outside than being dragged inside (he was worried that you were going to catch a cold)

He loves when night rolls around and it’s finally time to go to sleep, stripping himself of his uniform and changing into soft Inazuman robes because then he’s able to cuddle with you. Your tail on top of his pale legs and fluffy ears twitching as he buried his face in your hair, content with the knowledge that his darling is perfectly safe (and soft) and won’t ever leave him.

Albedo

He’s gonna wanna do some experiments on or with you (only if you’re okay with it ofc) and more personal ones because you’re his s/o and sucrose wouldn’t be okay with doing it since it’d cross boundaries as his assistant, some of them being more perverted than others.

Asks if you have heat like other cats and animals but regardless of what you say he’s going to try and induce it because he loves the pleasure drunk expression you give to him during very intimate moments.

Like Heizou your hybrid qualities give him an advantage when working with experiments because you’re not entirely human but also can give him more sensitive insight given your ability to see and hear well better than others

(and totally not because the alchemist loves petting your fluffy ears and rubbing your tail when it is wrapped around his arm or waist, not to mention he can sneakily give you kisses whenever he wants.)

Your favorite activity is to watch the snow fall and play with Klee, who adores your ears and tails, often playing tag or doing crafts (one of her favorite things is to take a nap in your lap with your tail as a makeshift blanket).

Little post about the hospital visit and planned surgery since endometriosis needs to be talked about more and I wanna do my part!! 🤠

cw for medical and period talk!

So my main symptoms have been present since I first fot my period at 10.

Extreme pain, considering I have a naturally high pain tolerance it was rather extreme, to the point where I pass out, throw up, and need the hospital for pain relief sometimes.

I also have always had extreme bleedings and no birthcontrol (pills, the little stick in the arm, IUD) have worked.

Last year I got diagnosed with PCOS, which is another hormonal thing, but that didn’t explain these things, and so my gyn luckily continued checking me, and soon found some big endo scars on my right ovary.

The last six months ish things have gotten so much worse, to the point where I’m bedridden a lot, and haven’t been able to work.

Today I had the consultation with the doctor responsible for my surgery, and I was honestly mostly scared of her not wanting to do much, because that’s sadly very normal where I live.

During the checkup however, she found a lot, like, A LOT, more issues than we thought, a lot of endo scarring, cysts and muscle knots.

So the surgery will be quite a bit bigger than anticipated, which sucks, but at least they’re taking it very seriously, which is great!

There were also some worry that the cysts could have been cancerous, but there was nothing that made her think that today, and they will be sure to double check everything after the surgery, which feels great.

The surgery will basically be them removing the right ovary, pieces of the uterus, and all the cysts, scarring and muscle knots they can.

Personally I wish they’d take all of the uterus out now, but they legally cannot do that without trying this first, and the doctor promised me she’ll do it if it comes back and gets bad again!

All in all I am very happy with how things went, and mostly I am just beyond relived being taken seriously.

If you think you have endo, please tell your doctor or gyn.

Early discovery can prevent it getting this bad, or much worse, and help is available.

It is nothing to be embarrased or ashamed of, and a better life is possible.

“Choi Seungcheol. You’re fucking kidding me right know!” You were practically screaming to him. It’s not like he’s right next to you or anything.

“Yah! Not my full name, babe. It’s baby or my love to you, and only you.” Rolling your eyes, you lightly smack him out of excitement. Out of all the reactions, he didn’t expect this; or at least to this extent.

One, it’s yet another leader line song (which amplifies how impactful they are, not only as one but together✨ pun intended)

Two, this song is a huge step up from ‘Change Up’ & very different (a/n: not to say that change up is a bad song, it’s one of my favorites!!)

Lastly, you’ve never seen your boyfriend this brazen before

Even when he’s alone with you, Cheol doesn’t show it. So for you to finally see this & how stupidly cocky he looks, you’re proud of him. I mean, you’re proud of him regardless but you get what I mean.

After screaming into the pillow, you decide to lay your head on his lap. Looking up at him while he looks at you back. “You wanna know something, my love?” You ask him with starry eyes.

He hums a low and drawn out hmmm sound in response. “Confidence looks great on you. All of your parts and lines outsold! Also, I cannot believe you decided to kill all the carats and me with y’all’s impeccable taste in clothing and the raps.” You take another deep breath before continuing.

“No no wait. Can we fucking talk about how good you looked?? Like I know you look good all the time, but your long hair extension! I’m just putting it out there, but I would not be opposed to the idea of you growing out your hair”. He was laughing so much and getting shy. He forgets how much he loves getting compliments from you.

Seungcheol will attempt to shut you up with kisses but miserably fails when he notices that you’re not done flattering him. Which ends up with him laughing even more and using the pillow you screamed into as a shield. Trying to cover up how flustered he’s getting from you.

Literally how do you not fall more in love with him? It’s not everyday a leader line song and music video come out. So you make sure to shower him in love and reassure him that he’s doing so well. Along with that you’re more than proud of him. Let it be known that you are his number one hype person, forever and always!

when he said that the long hair was he idea 🤠 he knows how hot he is and how much power he holds

REVIEW: Fourth Wing by Rebecca Yarros

*Contains Spoilers *

I am going to be VERY generous—no, EXTREMELY generous (because I waited on a waitlist for this book and paid $31 for it)—and give this book 2.75 stars/5. The premise of the book is actually good, but the execution falls short. AND I must emphasize that if this book hadn't been so hyped up, I might have enjoyed it more. But because of all the hype, I had high expectations, and unfortunately, it didn't meet them.

Let's begin my rant.

Violet studied her whole life to be a scribe, but her mom decides that she should become a dragon rider instead. The majority of the cadets at this brutal academy are conscripted, meaning they don't have enough soldiers in the military and need to draft these kids. However, these kids are just left for dead during the trials, and tragically, every moment and every day someone dies. They can even kill each other, with a few exceptions based on the Codex rules.

In the beginning of the book, 60-something kids died on the parapet. What is the point of that? It would have made more sense if the losers of the trials were assigned different roles like scribes, cooks, or healers instead of being killed.

Furthermore, all the kids of the separatists are conscripted into the military. Why would you give kids of traitors with strong vendettas access to secrets and military information? But even worse, they are given dragons. Doesn't anyone see a problem with this? It's not a very smart military strategy. (But what do I know!)

The world-building and dialogue in the book were very corny and cringe-worthy. There were instances of strange dialogue early on that stood out. For example, on page 9, Violet & Mira are talking about Violet's situation. It's bad—she's literally going to a death academy. They have this super weird conversation about a rider who can make small things very big. "I roll my eyes." "I mean how much bigger?" I don't know... like... that's what comes to mind when you're panicked for your life in this high-stress situation? Soooo cringe. Then they go on to talk about sex lives... like, seriously? I think Violet needs to focus on a different topic today 🤣

Another example is on page 14 when Mira warns Violet about Xaden. Instead of a natural conversation, Violet starts info-dumping facts about Xaden's father. "That Xaden Riorson?" and then Violet starts saying the facts about who Xaden's father is. "His father was the Great Betrayer. He led the rebellion." Who talks like that? Imagine you're talking to someone about your friend ABC, and then that person says, "Oh ABC, they grew up in a small town and have 4 dogs." Yes, that's the one.

This pattern of cringe dialogue continues throughout the book. While I understand the appeal of providing details to the reader, the descriptions were too literal and lacked subtlety.

Another example when Xaden and Violet meet, they say "Sorengail?" "You're General Sorrengail's youngest!" "You're Fen Riorson's son!" DUH 😵😵 Oh my God, pull my teeth out.

Let's move on to Violet. (O.M.G. I could not stand this nickname.)

She is tiny, frail, and weakly built. YOU CANNOT FORGET THIS, BECAUSE IT'S REPEATED THROUGHOUT THE BOOK. My main issue with her is that she knowingly puts herself in a dangerous situation where death is almost guaranteed, yet she acts SO STUPID. 🤯🤠😵

I fail to understand why Xaden keeps praising her intelligence when her actions don't reflect it. WHAT'S SO SMART ABOUT HER? If she were smart, she would have let Dain take her away.

For example, the moment she shares one of her good boots with Rhiannon, who, at that moment, could have been a Jack 2.0, I knew she was dumb. She consistently comes across as lacking common sense.

Another moment... when she protected Andarna before they bonded. I'd want to protect an innocent creature as well from being killed, but the fact that she puts herself in harm's way, to protect a DRAGON when she's outnumbered like that, is insane.

And how on earth does she get 2 dragons? Of course, her dragon is mated with Xaden's. At least it's not mated faes...

There was a part when Jack challenged her. She didn't want Liam to tell Xaden, yet during the fight, she has a thought about how she needs to survive for Xaden's safety. IT MAKES NO SENSE. She could have told him, and he would have stopped it!

Next up, I had no connection to her and Xaden romantically. Of course, he's this misunderstood villain who actually has morals. Violet is scared for her life, and Xaden has a reason to kill her, yet she fantasizes about how good-looking he is. SCORCHING HOT. OH MY GOSH. PLEASE. NO. What is this vocabulary they use in this book?? The constant reminder that her body is reacting to him, he's so.fucking.hot, that her self-preservation is out the door. AND LET'S NOT EVEN TALK ABOUT THE SEX SCENES. Oh, my goodness, the dirty talk was so CRINGE. Ok, let's move on, I can't talk about it.

Moving on.... There is a point that Violet, VIOLET.. finds out about Xaden's secret gatherings. (When she is in the tree) she then promises him secrecy. Why? It makes no sense. She thinks he's going to murder her. She overhears him talk, and she's like, "Oh, he's not so bad, that's good advice he's telling his potential rebellion gang." Like what? Then the escalation from "ok, I'll keep your secret" to "ok, are you going to kill me or what?" Does she have A.D.D.??

Everything about her interactions is useless. ANOTHER EXAMPLE. She bonds with 2 dragons, they are deliberating about the laws, and when they announce her as "girl," in her mind she corrects them with "woman!" And it's like.. ok so people are trying to kill you, you are injured, you are experiencing trauma, and that's where the line in your mind is crossed? Everything about her makes me want to bang my head against the wall.

Dain starts as being sweet and quickly becomes overbearing. He's condescending and whiny. They keep saying they are each other's best friends, but are they? REALLY? He puts policy before her. ALTHOUGH, he is the only one smart enough to attempt to get her out of the academy. It's like Tamlin and Rhys all over again, only much much worse.

Lastly, as much as I love dragons, them being telepathic with their riders ruined the grandeur and mystique of them for me. Big, great, ominous, strong dragons having sarcastic banter with an insecure Violet didn't work. It still doesn't make sense how she was thrown into this situation and is just accepting it. And actually choosing to stay.

The ending was good, the last line definitely something I will think about. Do I care to know what happens next? It really depends on whether this author will clean up her writing style and mature these characters.

I am never falling for TIKTOK hype ever again. 🤯... maybe thats a lie, but I will be WEARY!

📺-Faviort Show?

Of all the shows I've seen, and on various levels of "Oh i love it its my favorite" which are multiple, and different categories I must say...probably, a britcom, that i think really shaped me as a child...called... The Mighty Boosh. Was it a kids show? Not at all, it really shouldn't have been my favorite show, and while some stuff went over my head, it didn't change the fact i watched that literal acid drug trip of a show on repeat constantly, and im like 70% it left such a deep lasting impression on me that it's mildly shaped part of me...just the weirdness of the show, and...everything might have influences my own...weirdness... Yeah it's my favorite tho, I still watch it a lot!! It's fun background noise since i know every episode. Also my dad used to quote it all the time and sing some of the songs from the show it was so fun to me.

🛩️-If traveling was free, wheres the first place you'd go?

New York/Up north! I have a lot of friends here I want to meet, and summer is coming up and can make for some really pretty weather, so I think it would be very fun to visit them! (You, maple, lave, another friend all count as north since y'all are north of me.) then a trip over seas for fun, and to visit a friend!! (Jeordieee)

Very very hard to choose...I love all sorts, but I cannot deny my obsession with sturgeon fish. And Seals. Why? No clue, those two animals, the fish, the seal, oh its so neat...I love them, i had a power point presentation about baby harp seals in 6th grade it was beautiful.

🤠-Are you more of a city person or country person?

Ma'am I hate to break the news to you, but I? While I crave for more than this little town of mine has to offer, the hustlin' and the bustlin' of them there big 'ol cities scare me to no ends! In other words...I am a simple little country boy...But Oh I do love to visit the city every once an a while! It's busy, and makes me feel like theres something pounding in me and making my blood run cold! I get so hot and tense in those places...I'd like it if someone could hold this little country boys hand so he isn't so anxious while visiting his friends in the big city, if he ever gets to visit..

2. Do you have a personal favourite among your OCs?

So. 😐😳😳🙈🙈 right now I think the uncontested favorite is Gioia! she's just so girlie of all time... I think the different stages of her character are what keep pulling me back to her- I don't have many characters like that and it's really fun to brainstorm the bridges between each of her eras. Another favorite is Lana, my YGO GX oc and also. my first one ever <3 Gioia has in-universe eras but Lana... lana has had so many rewrites and reincarnations to get to where she is now. working on her feels like honoring baby sarah so I am very partial to Ms. Lana too 🥰

14. Introduce an OC with a tragic backstory

ouuuuug I have SO many with tragic backstories.. i was one of those kids growing up that was obsessed with putting my characters through the most harrowing shit ever 😆 i say that like it's in the past.. i am still on this madness n mania! I think one the most tragic backstories I have is that of my Dragon Ball Xenoverse protagonist... Goten! 🤓🤠🤪🤪🤪🤓🤓😳

truthfully in retrospect I cannot tell you WHY I decided to play as Goten, beyond the fact that Xeno Trunks doesn't have his bestie + seemed a bit lonely.. i said by god I'm gonna help you trunks!! 😭😭 I don't remember how or why I ended up where I did, but I decided that this specific iteration of Goten would be from a version of the timeline (and there is. a lot of lore I wrote to explain this 🆘🆘) where Frieza did end up succeeding in defeating Goku and conquering the Earth, falling in line with the Frieza Planet #80 thing that happens in one of the games (I never played it, but I read about this on the wiki and went hahahahahaha). I'm answering this question last so I won't talk too deeply about The Tragedies that happen in his timeline prior to Xenoverse, but :( he ofc never got to meet his dad, and he loses Gohan and Chichi back to back.. I'm going through my notes again- even Piccolo dies?! 😭 Anyways, Goten grows up in a world where everyone is faced with a power so intense that struggling against it is futile. Despite knowing this, the remaining Z Fighters struggle anyways... Without any intervention, the future is very bleak.

Things only change when Goten gets into an attack ship to leave Earth (I think this was originally to go somewhere that he could become powerful without drawing Frieza's attention? but then it kinda fridges the rest of the Z Fighters so i'm not super keen on it anymore..) He's beamed into the prologue of Xenoverse, and the plot unfurls pretty normally from there. Despite the headache he gets trying to understand everything, he's pretty happy to be in the Time Patrol because it does help him become more powerful! plus he gets to learn more about his father + also how to defeat Frieza! I don't think I ever properly circled around to his original narrative, before Xenoverse, but I think that arc should conclude with him realizing Frieza is on some fucked up time sauce and that they Actually Shouldn't be as powerful as they are.. shenanigans ensue, it takes Goten WITH all of the Xenoverse experience, the Z Fighters, and a surprise betrayal from Vegeta to defeat him. :]

Even though his original business with the Time Patrol is finished at that point, I think he stayed with them because he was curious about How his timeline got so fucked up from the original one... this loops into Xenoverse 2, I imagine. Anyways, he has one foot in the Time Patrol and one foot in his own world- iirc they are able to revive everyone who died during Frieza's conquest of Earth bc Gohan has a romance with Videl in their timeline? but I think Goku stays dead bc he'd died twice at that point??

anyways this concluded with xenoverse pan swag, at least one xeno gotenks moment where he uses TWO SWORDS YAHH (Goten uses either Yajirobe's katana or Yamcha's Azure Dragon Sword.. i forget which though 😭😭😭), and a smidge of truten 🥺🥺🥺 to top it all off. his and trunks' relationship here drives me INSANE because like. Trunks doesn't exist in Goten's timeline and Goten doesn't exist in Trunks' timeline, and yet here they are!!! i think they're able to relate on a lot of things too, but primarily the melancholy of fixing issues with the Main Timeline, where everything is good and right, where Goku and Gohan are alive. 🥺 now that I think of it, the one event where your character is supposed to stop Trunks from yeehawing into the sunset with Future Gohan is probably. very difficult for Goten because he'd probably disappear with his suddenly-alive brother too, if given the chance! but anyways thanks to these kinds of things they have a lot of trust in each other + a lot of synchronization between each other.. I think that makes xenoverse 2 a lot more dramatic too mwahahaha

(i answered this one last bc i was worried i'd go overboard with it... the prophecy came true, girl help!! 😱🤪🤪)

25. The OC that resembles you the most (same hobby, height, shared like/dislike for something etc?)

This one... it is very funny to me... so as I said above, Lana was my first OC ever.. when I first made her at the age of 6 or 7, she was really just a modpodge of things I thought were cool: France 😞, fashion, mysterious green blood that was from another universe....??? When Lana was created, she barely had a personality and well.. since I was an isolated child living on the internet, we really didn't have anything in common.

I rewatched YGO GX during the first COVID lockdown with my sister and girl it woke something UP in me. In her current iteration, there are.. a lot of similarities... like baby me, she was pretty isolated as a kid but Also Thought Nothing of It; she had a fish out of water moment when she finally did get to be around people her own age normally; she had a lot of anxiety about underperforming when compared to her older sibling (this birthed my favorite thing ever for Lana... the Syrus brotherhood of steel.. i thought syrus SUCKED as a kid so this is personally hysterical)... Once she settles into school, she really does fine in her own regard! but that doesn't stop her from having a Senior Year Disillusionment Moment <3, and it takes her many a few years to get back on her feet after graduation...

i'm looking at Lana like 👀👀👀👀 if you can bounce back so can i!!! so can i bitch!!! 👀👀👀👀

29. Which one of your OCs would go investigate an abandoned house at night without telling anyone they’re going?

so considering Gioia literally abandons her entire life to run away with some mystery man and quintessentially go explore some haunted house, without telling anyone... it is Gioia hands down, easy peasy 🤓🤓🤓🤓

I could also see Asa, Thee Primordial Skyrim OC, doing this because she just gets up to this kind of shit accidentally </3 Another OC who would actually do it on purpose would be two of my many Dragon's Dogma OCs: Seveste and Samara! they are twins your honor :] Seveste would do it in pursuit of cool treasure.. Samara would do it to convene with the spirits that haunt the house 😫

39. Introduce any character you want

so I Was going to tell you all about my Dragon's Dogma OCs because they marked the beginning of an Era for my OC creation, and tbh I don't think I'd've gotten to Gioia if not for them, but... I barely have any notes about them and tbh I don't remember the lore enough to actually go into detail about them </3

SO.

I will instead tell you of one of my favorite DD memories and give you a little more info on the aforementioned Mister Seveste! first.. I made him and his sister when I was 15, so. </3 keep this in mind. When I first made him, I wanted to really lean into the thief king idea But I couldn't come up with a name for him.. so I asked my sister for help naming him and she was like Oh! Heinz! because he does Heinous Things!

as u can tell, I Did Not Name Him Heinz. it's funny in retrospect because my first thought back then was Heinz Doofenshmirtz and I was like, NO!!! HE IS SERIOUS!! >:[ but now, he kind of is a doofenshmirtz-esque character..

This Doofenshmirtz aura stems HEAVILY from one very iconic moment in his playthrough. You can romance basically any character in Dragon's Dogma (my first playthrough iirc i Accidentally Romanced the innkeeper or quest-giver without knowing it bc i talked to them frequently. girl help!!), so for Seveste's playthrough I decided to properly romance Aelinore, the young wife of the duke, who is. Much Older Than Her :( iirc this romance was written pretty nicely, although I think you do get thrown in prison and whipped for cucking the duke 🥺🥺 It's all worth it because, in the end, you do get Aelinore out of her situation!!

So, Aelinore romance arc concluded! I carried on with the plot, which eventually meant I had to fight the Now Super Aged Duke in his bedchambers.. Important note here, Seveste is a magick archer and iirc he could shoot flaming arrows? And there were many pots of oil in the bedchambers.. so I remember either pouring these pots out all over the floor or just setting them up maybe? all while the old and feeble duke is trying to get a few punches in on mister Seveste.. it was a time

I got it all set up though, and so the most iconic moment of my entire life unfolded... I had Seveste ready a flaming arrow, and then I yelled at this poor old dying fuck, "FIRST I STOLE YOUR WIFE... NOW I STEAL YOUR LIFE!!!" And then I shot the arrow and he blew the FUCK UP <3

My younger sister and I were like OUHHHHHHH!!!!! It's one of my fondest memories to this day XD Whenever I think back on it now, my brain applies a Doofenshmirtz voice to the quote which makes it even more potent!

50. Give me the good ol’ OC talk here. Talk about anything you want

all of this has made me want to play Dragon's Dogma again... the second game is coming out soon so maybe I should!! beyond that, MAN.. Something I've realized lately is that I honestly need to start reading more and taking more media in.

Growing up, most of my OCs were basically dolls with enough personality and story to make go mwah mwah with the canon characters in whatever thing I was watching. That, or they were my fucked up little meow meows that I used to RP the Hunger Games or what have you... Between Dragon's Dogma and now, I think they've gained a stronger sense of narrative BUT. Something I've noticed between my more recent major OCs like Lana, Thalis, and Gioia is that they're all a reflection of myself in one way or another. Which is partially fine, everything I ever create will have a bit of me in it somehow yk. But I think they're a little repetitive and I want to branch out more with their personalities and stories.. everyone kind of has a depressed girl era that they crawl out of, which I've written to give myself hope in a personally dark time but.. their depressed girl eras can be Richer! them crawling out of the hole can have more depth!

I want to revamp a lot of the OCs I made in my youth and rewrite their stories, but I think I will expand my own horizons before I do so!

SYPNOSIS > Wanting to start a new stream series with his best friends, Jay had a bright idea of playing some simple Minecraft with them. Everything was normal, until he realises there is another person in the call with them. He quickly learns that it was ni-ki’s older sister, (name). Watch how streaming a simple game of Minecraft can dig up some interesting feelings between the main leads.

a/n: idk if anybody watches Chinese dramas but there was one scene from that drama that I referenced. something about how the guy can’t contain himself and he is a werewolf, leading them to- ehem you know🤠

WARNINGS: just slightly suggestive🤏🏼 not that much though.

jake and sunghoon were crazy. definitely drunk. there was no way in hell were they telling you to actually sleep in the same bed as jay. right? you looked down at your bed. you had to change the sheets because only god knows what actually happened on your bed between heeseung and yvet-

oh my god, speaking off. you had to speak to her about this. how could she just do that with heeseung on the bed, drunk. while you didn’t mind your two best friends for finally getting it on after years of chasing each other. but your bed. you wanted to cry in horror and terror, you didn’t walk in on them but it felt like it.

you shot a quick text and attached a picture of the panties on your bed to Yvette. she surprisingly answers quick and she calls you too.

“babe, that’s not my panties.”

“but jake and sunghoon saw you and heeseung.” there was a clear whine and pout to your voice.

“me and heeseung did talk upstairs but we didn’t do anything. does the panties at least look clean?”

“I don’t want to know.”

“were they just laid nicely on the bed?”

“uh, yeah.”

“then it’s definitely not used. I got them for you, there should a matching set of bra somewhere on your bed.”

“WHY WOULD YOU.”

“to tell you to fuck jay.”

“no! we’re just friends.”

“for now. anyways, since those panties fooled you into thinking something happened between me and heeseung on your bed, why don’t you go sleep in jay’s bed.” you could almost hear the tease laced with Yvette’s tone.

“how about no?”

“how about yes because I will come over to your house right now and lock you in jay’s room.”

“you don’t even know which one is his room!”

“I think it’s obvious which one is it. the multiple guitars on display?”

‘damn, should’ve thought about that factor.’ you thought.

“w-well…”

“no stuttering, get in there and pretend that I fucked heeseung on your bed right now then go and ask Jay if you could share a bed together. oh and wear those cute underwear set when you go to bed with jay.” Yvette teases.

you sighed, “whatever.” you end the call. you looked down at the set. shivers down your spine as you thought of the various scenarios that could happen.

your thoughts were quickly interrupted by a knock and when you turned around, jay pops his head by the door. “umm, hey.”

“hi.”

you could tell he was hesitant, almost shy to ask. “do you wanna…uh, sleep in my room?” he finally asks.

it went dead silent before he speaks up again, “you don’t have to if you don’t want-”

“umm, I’ll come over to your room in a minute. I just need to change into my pyjamas.”

jay hums and shuts your bedroom door. just as the door clicks, you felt your heart racing a million times worse. you breathed in and out and then grabbed your favourite pyjamas, a satin dark blue set. not a lingerie set, an actual long pants pyjama set.

after changing into it, you had looked into the mirror. you realise it was actually quite a tight fit. you had debated on actually wearing a singlet but just decided to not do it. you were bare. which, I shall not explain any further. you felt comfortable without anything under the pyjamas. you weren’t sure if this would do anything but whatever, this was your home too.

you had knocked on jay’s bedroom door. when you heard him say ‘come in’, you had peaked your head inside. jay had laid down a pillow and a thin mattress liner onto the ground.

“are you sleeping on the ground?”

“yeah, I wouldn’t want to make your uncomfortable.”

“you wouldn’t do that…” silence.

you could almost see the gears turning in jay’s head trying to figure something out that you weren’t quite sure. “u-umm, why don’t you take the other side. there is more than enough space for the both of us on the bed.” you quickly suggested.

“are you sure?” jay tilts his head.

“yeah, umm.” you had grabbed a bolster and placed it in the middle, creating a separation between the bed. “here. don’t cross the line.”

jay snorts, “okay, don’t worry. I won’t cross the line. I’m not a werewolf like jake who would pounce at you while you’re asleep.”

“he does that?”

“if he sleeps in the same bed with a pretty girl like you, then yeah.” jay teases. you could feel the heat grow on your face.

“let’s just go to sleep.” jay chuckles.

“alright.” the bed dips right beside you and it grows quiet. the only sound was the fan whirling on the ceiling.

a few minutes pass, you didn’t know how long but it felt long. the bed moves and the bolster was thrown aside. you were now facing jay, there was something unreadable written on his face.

“maybe, I am a wolf.” jay mutters. before you could even react, jay’s lips fell right on yours. your heart races quickly, his hands lowered down to hold onto your waist, seemingly pulling you closer towards him as the both of you laid in bed practically making out.

it almost felt like a dream…

“(name).”

god, where was that noise coming from and who was calling out for you?

“(name).” it was jay’s voice but he was kissing you, what’s going on. then, the room shakes. you were slowly waking up and the bright sunlight greets you.

you woke up and looked up at jay. he was dressed up since he probably had classes in the morning.

that was all a dream?

“you were umm, talking in your sleep.” jay explains. your face flushes with embarrassment as you realised that you may have just dreamed of jay kissing you. unfortunate part is, he may have heard your scandalous dream.

you raised up your hand and covered yourself with the covers. “d-don’t. I don’t want to know what I was mumbling, it’s embarrassing.”

jay snickers, “mmm, alright…” he pulls the cover off your face. “must be a nice dream, hmm? I was the main star wasn’t I?”

“shut up.” you looked down on the ground beside the bed and grabbed your comfy home slippers. “say something again and I’ll throw my bunny slippers at you.”

jay laughs. “okay okay! I’m joking, I won’t talk about it anymore. it’s between you and me.” you hummed. “alright, I have to go now. classes start soon and I have to wake those two hungover asses up.”

before jay leaves, he ruffles your hair and leaves a small peck on your forehead. you had no idea why but it still made your heart leap. the door shuts and you fall back onto jay’s bed.

you couldn’t believe it, it was all a dream…

Not sure how much this’ll help you but I, like so many of us, have been ghosted as well and literally for nothing. It sucked so much because I genuinely liked them and we talked about everything all the time. They suddenly stopped talking to me for days or weeks and then would reappear as if nothing happened. Their reason was they needed space for one reason or another. Which is fair but I’ve never ghosted someone that I’m close to over needing space, or anything for that matter. They did this to me a few times with the same excuse every time. It got to the point where I told them, like/love you when we’re together but I’m not committing to this if you’re going to act so carelessly and then think I’ll let you get away with it. It sucked to do, it hurt me, but it was better when I put my foot down and didn’t look back. Sorry you’re going through it right now and I hope you can find some closure.

Thank you so much. You guys have no idea how much your words and the love you shared helped me. I can understand the personal needs of other people for space (I would never, this doesn't help at all in my point of view) but I respect that they need space. It just cannot be tolerated that ghosting is cowardice. You must show why you are leaving and give a chance for the other side to say one last thing, even if it is a goodbye.

By the way, things have been settled. He has finally spoken with me after all my drama. It truly was my suspicion that he couldn't hold an online relationship (understandable). We are not lovers but friends and I still get to keep in touch with him. The silence has been won over.

Massonically WOW yet again last night what a fantastic meeting we had at Wraxall Lodge 9011 that meet in the Nailsea Temple here in the Province of Somersetshire 🙏

The meeting was a short one upstairs to deal with vital lodge business, no ceremony 💪

We did receive a wonderful talk on The Holy Royal Arch or Chapter as it's know, this was very informative with some history lessons on parts I did not know 🙏💪

The festive board or after meeting as it's known was quite simply awesome, first off the food was magnificent, one visiting brother on our table, The Wraxall Pirates of table number three, had to loosen his belt and waistcoat after the third course nom nom nom 😋

We had such a wonderful jovial evening where a room full of good men a Freemasons were so happy to be in each others company.

We even had our wonder PGM there VWBro RG and one of our APGMs there too, another good man VWBro ARG, I looked across and could see their table were having a wonderful time as all of us were 🙏💪🤠

The raffle a truly jolly affair with so many prizes, I even won that's twice this week 💪 the money raised is going to local food banks,🙏

Our secretary WBro SC told us of so many people in need of help as they have to decide weather to heat the places they live in or eat, not enough money to do both, the tales of our amazing NHS staff, our Nurses etc, junior police officers and emergency staff not having enough money to survive, so our brilliant secretary has started off an initiative he calls carry the can, other lodges might want to get in on this and help donate canned foods etc so we can get them to the food banks, contact WBro SC our secretary at Wraxall Lodge 9011 here in the Province of Somersetshire 💪🙏🤠

I am often asked why do we call our little band of light blues The Wraxall Pirates of Table Number Three, well it has a Masonic Theme, we are all light blues support all of in Wraxall lodge on our progression, we also make up some of the membership team, not only are we supporting each other but we have a jolly fine jovial time together too, both in the lodge and outside Freemasonry meeting up in our personal lives, we also go off visiting other lodges too, perhaps you might like the Wraxall Pirates visit your lodge and help inspire your light blues and point you in the direction of The Adair Club.

“So,” Pidge says, leaning back on the palms of her hands, glasses doing that mischievous glint, “Texas, huh?”

Keith groans, slapping a palm against his face while Hunk and Lance collapse into laughter in front of him, seemingly driven to tears of mirth just by the mere mention of that specific state in America.

Bad decision, Keith thinks, recalling morosely his response of, “Lance, I’m from Texas, I know what fucking roja means,” when Lance started saying something in Spanish. Really bad decision.

“Keith, Keith, can you say ‘y’all’ for me?” Hunk asks eagerly, recovering briefly from his laughing fit to ask Keith this ridiculous question. He’s gazing at Keith with stars in his eyes, though, the very picture of innocent eagerness, and Keith just cannot find it within himself to say no to that.

He heaves a great sigh. “Y’all.”

There they go again, falling over themselves with giggles. Keith gives them all a scowl—this is all just a joke to them! Texas is his heritage, and they’re making fun of it! The nerve!

“Now you gotta say it in a sentence, Keith,” Lance says breathlessly. “Go on, go on, say it!”

Why am I doing this? Keith thinks as he says, “Uh, y—y’all are really fucking annoying.”

Lance positively howls, and Hunk screeches, “Yes, exactly!”, locking hands with Pidge and bouncing with excitement, even though they’re both still sitting on the floor. Keith doesn’t get paid enough for this. In fact, he doesn’t get paid at all, and he certainly didn’t get paid to be a Texan.

Would he have chosen this life for himself, if he could have? Keith considers for a moment. Well, maybe he would’ve chosen to be born somewhere other than in a random Texas desert, but a Dallas hospital doesn’t sound too bad…

“Wait, Texan Keith,” Hunk begins, snapping Keith back to his torture fest. Keith’s hackles automatically raise at the new nickname—kill him now. “Did you ever ride a horse? Wear a cowboy hat?”

“Oh, he definitely wore a cowboy hat,” Pidge says, nodding wisely. “You like, have to to be Texan, don’t you, Keith?”

Lance scoffs. “A cowboy hat on a mullet? Jesus Christ, could you be any more like Billy Ray Cyrus, Keith?”

“I never even said I actually wore a cowboy hat!” Keith bursts out, annoyed. He quiets down immediately, though, a childhood memory flashing through his mind. “…I, um, did wear one, though. But it was only once!”

Shouts of “Noooo, he did NOT” and “Oh my GOD” greet him at that, and Keith decides then and there that he’s going to pull a Matilda and glue cowboy hats to all of their heads, see how they like it.

Are there cowboy hats in space? Well, there are cows in space, so, their hats shouldn’t be too far off…

Wait, what?

“Okay, okay, Keith, I need to know: have you gone to a rodeo?” Pidge asks, grin lighting up her face.

Thankfully, Keith can answer this one with confidence. “No,” he says firmly, “I haven’t.”

Hunk boos him, and Keith immediately shoots him a sharp glare.

“Texas is just another state, can you guys shut up?” he says, voice thick with offense. There are a lot of conceptions about Texas, sure, but these guys are reacting more to that than they did to Keith being half-alien! What’s the deal?

“It’s noooooot, though,” Lance whines, shaking his head. He gets up close in Keith’s space, making Keith swallow and glance away. “Like, when my parents were still in Cuba, I’m pretty sure Texas was one of the maybe four states they could place on a map. Texas, Florida, California, Hawaii. Oh, and Alaska,” Lance recounts, pulling a finger down with each state he names. Keith recovers from his momentary fluster, and glares.

“Then it’s the same as your state, Florida boy,” he says, tone icy. Lance rolls his eyes.

“I wasn’t born in Florida, though. Not the same.”

“Yes, it is!”

All Lance gives him in response is a doubtful, somewhat pitying look, which Keith turns away from in disgust.

“I hate all of you,” he declares, as Hunk and Pidge continue to snicker behind him. “I’m never telling you anything about my life ever again.”

“Wait, I have one more question, and then you can, you know, do that.” Hunk uses his knees to walk over to Keith and grabs him by the shoulders. Keith swallows, his brain short-circuiting into cuteboytouchingmewhatdoidoahhhh once again.

Hunk looks him dead in the eyes. “Do you guys really sell pickles at movie theaters?”

The room goes completely and utterly quiet, and all eyes are trained on Keith, who is looking studiously away. Tension courses through the air, palpable; Keith feels like he could gather it all in his hands and make it into a whipcrack if he wanted to.

Realizing that he can’t just stay quiet and deny the truth, Keith sags with a sigh. “Yes.”

Everyone goes absolutely ballistic. Lance starts screaming, Pidge bangs her hand on the floor, Hunk keels over and dies—okay, maybe not that last one, but Hunk does fall backward onto the floor from laughing too hard.

“It’s not real,” Pidge keeps saying over and over, shaking their head and banging their fist, “It’s not real, it’s not real, it’s not real—”

“Keith,” Lance gasps, having just emerged from a truly insulting amount of laughter, “that’s insane. Pickles in the—what the fuck?”

“They’re too loud!” Hunk cries, throwing his hands up. “And—And the smell? Of a pickle? In the movie theater?! Do you people not have noses?”

Keith has his head in his hands. Yeah. There’s just no excuse for this one, but it was a fact of life when he lived in Texas—go to the movie theater, idly browse the snacks, stare at a pickle for a while, etc., etc. Nothing remarkable.

Or, well, so Keith thought, until he moved to Arizona and Shiro tried to take him to the movies and Keith discovered that there were no pickles there. He’d then made the mistake of curiously asking Shiro if they were out or something—just as friendly conversation—after which Shiro took it upon himself to implant firmly in Keith’s mind that there are never pickles at the movie theater and Keith should not want there to be pickles at the movie theater and also Texas is really fucking abnormal for having pickles in movie theaters.

Keith learned to shut up about the damn movie theater pickles after that.

“I’m killing you all, I’m leaving Voltron, I don’t care, you all suck,” Keith says, finally standing and turning his back on the rest of them. They pay him so mind, though, too busy having therapy sessions about pickles in cinemas or weeping their sorrow at the reality of it or whatever other theatrics Lance specifically is getting up to. Keith is done with all of them.

He marches out quickly, only to run into Shiro, who was walking with a rather confused air down the hall.

Keith meets him with a glare. “I hate this team.”

Shiro raises an eyebrow. “What happened?”

Ah, well. Is mentioning it the best idea? Keith decides to skirt around the issue, just a little. “Well, I told them I was Texan—”

“Ohhh.” Realization dawns on Shiro’s face, and a smile unravels quick after. “They learned about the pickles, didn’t they? Freak.”

Keith throws his hands up and stomps away, leaving Shiro chortling behind him.

Did you see that post talking about how Elain doesn’t deserve Lucien in the Elucien tag? Honestly that post made me so irritated because that’s why some elriel’s claim that we don’t care about elain when infact we do care about Elain. The people that say that don’t actually ship elucien, they are just persons that hide behind the elucien frame to say that Lucien deserves better than Elain or that the only reason they ship Elucien is because they want only Lucien to be happy or and I love gwynriels with all my heart but I have seen some of them say things like I don’t care that much about Lucien so I will give Elain to him as if Elain is some kind of pest . Like listen do I think that Lucien deserves better than the way elain treats him currently, yes I do but that doesn’t mean he deserves better than Elain “the person” and I really hate the notion that someone deserves another person,that’s some toxic thinking right there. I will defend Lucien till death but let’s be honest they both have flaws,no one is perfect in this book including Lucien and Elain and I don’t think any Elucien actually hates Elain, she even happens to be one of my favorite characters because I identify with her a lot we don’t know much about her but the little we know was what made me to ship elucien in the first place since I identified with both Elain and Lucien,individually more than the other characters. I mean they are both grossly underestimated by the characters and the fandom, they are always the ones who get lost in the backgrounds and are pushed aside like their nothing even if they are trying to standout plus and most importantly they will show everyone that you don’t always need to kill and fight to be considered strong or a warrior and I can’t wait for them to finally get the spotlight because their strength as individuals and as a couple will be the type that no one will see coming, just look at that scene where Lucien controlled cassian’s violence by just saying “easy” with a flick of dominance or Elain kicking those hounds to save Azriel and Brair, the amount of power they already hold without even trying is truly something.

I get why you are irritated, anon. I think there’s people like that everywhere though. I’m pretty sure there are eluciens who ship gwynriel because it’s convenient. like I think most vuciens ship vassa and lucien because they’re elriels and it’s convenient for them to just put him with vassa.

I get why that bothers you, but I think it’s just a side effect of shipping fictional characters and preferring one couple to another.

I think I can speak for most eluciens when I say that we care for both lucien and elain equally and we want them both to be equally happy. they both deserve whatever is best for them, and in my humble opinion, it’s each other 🤠

at this point I’m lowkey annoyed about constantly pointing out that yes, lucien deserves better. yes, they both have flaws. and so on. like its annoying because it’s just so obvious that these characters are not perfect, but name one character in the history that actually is. and as you said, none of us hates elain because we are all aware there is more to her, and we also know we have to wait to find out what exactly it is.

I also very much agree that they are both underestimated by literally everyone and they get lost in all the plot of the other characters. but … we have to wait until we get their story, and I’m absolutely fine with it. I cannot wait to read their book. it’s gonna be great to see them grow individually and realise what they both want and are capable of doing :)
