Can you imagine Noah being nervous the thirst time he meets ✨Her✨?

Hi this has been sitting in my asks for awhile but today it is heavy on my spirit so let’s go!

Because Noah, my sweet baby boy, is a DUMMY. He’s a DUMBASS. So when he sees ✨Her✨ for the first time, he doesn’t even register that it’s any kind of love-at-first-sight situation, just thinks “oh yeah she’s really hot and I wanna sleep with her that’s what this feeling is” even though someone (jolly) points out that Noah has slept with more than a few hot women before and has never had this visceral of a reaction, okay, whatever! Like obviously hotness transcends aesthetics but there’s something visibly different about ✨Her✨and I think that’s why Noah does a double-take and shrugs it off as good ole fashioned lust. But then :-/ things escalate right :-/ because Noah goes in with intentions of seduction! But you won’t be fooled by hot band boys! You are grown! You know ur worth and you refuse to be another notch in this boy’s belt and I think that would be the nail in the coffin for our guy Noah. Bc he goes back to someone in the band (Nicky <3) and is like “she… said no?” And he’s VERY confused you see because He’s Noah Sebastian and he doesn’t do well with rejection and you were very kind but refused him and so Nick is like “did you try asking her to lunch before propositioning her with sex?” And Noah is like hmmmmm…… a concept, Nicholas……. So he returns to you, asks you to lunch, you say yes because you know you’ll be able to resist the call of him bending you over a table in a public cafe at noon (stronger than me tbh), and Noah is so PLEASED. He is giddy. He realizes he’s more excited about your lunch (baby does not know it’s a date) than the possibility of getting to have sex with you bc he desperately wants to know more about you, stalks your Instagram on his burner, finds your headshot for your work on their website and proceeds to tell anyone who will listen (Folio) about how photogenic you are. Anyways! So yeah you go on a date lunch outing and it’s in your neighborhood so you show him the cute shops up the road and he buys you a book you’ve been wanting but haven’t invested in because you have no room on your shelves (“do you want to go to IKEA?” “For what?” “For a bookshelf, I can build it for you-“ “Noah.”) and he thinks he’s never gonna be happy again until he sees that sparkle in your eye when he handed you the flimsy sack containing the tome you so desired! And maybe he gets brave enough to hold your hand as he walks you back to your car! And maybe you’re not just another notch on his belt so you invite him back to your place for coffee! And maybe! Maybe he shyly asks if he can kiss you in your kitchen and you say yes and he tastes like cream and sugar and his hands are on your hips but not your ass and he’s smiling into the kiss and it’s making you giggle and maybe I’ll light myself on fire from where I’m watching outside the kitchen window! wait hold the phone yes i would actually ! wanted to hold off on posting this to include headcanons about what modern!neteyam would be like in a relationship, but i’m so eager to come back ! instead here’s some background about him & reader leading up to the relationship (part 2 pending if you guys want it) ! headcanons under the cut & for all intents + purposes, i picture college-neteyam ! additionally, in my brain, it’s canon that teyam as a human would be poc, hence the reference pictures i included below ! <3

so i definitely see neteyam having a very soft aesthetic, he’s such a sweetheart tbh

fs think that the two of you would have a meetcute in university & then end up being college sweethearts

his major is something specific like environmental engineering or child psychology ? he’s definitely really smart and excels in all of his classes !

which brings me to how the two of you would meet ? perhaps he’s taking an elective course in pottery and your major is in art with a concentration in three dimensional composition

the class is considered a lab, so the professor emails out the syllabus and students come and go as they please during class hours to work on their compositions.

halfway thru the sem, you and teyam stumble upon each other in the storage room between two classrooms, fetching different pieces that need to be glazed + fired.

“sorry, you can—”

“nah, you first—”

you laugh and neteyam’s smiling because WOW you’re really cute + had he known that someone as lovely as you was in the same section as him, he’d probably hang around the classroom more.

from that moment on, neteyam’s always lingering during the class’ meeting time, even if he’s already finished with his projects for the week because he wants to get to know you SO bad, but he’s way too shy.

(probably still canon that he’s phenomenal at literally everything, but i think it’d be so cute if he had 0 legitimate rizz bc he’s so used to kinda just bein’ him and pulling bc he’s a jack of all trades type of guy)

“what are you making?” you ask him one day and he snatches his airpod out of his ear so quickly even though he’s not listening to anything.

“ashtray” he answers quietly, a lil self-conscious because he’s come to find out that you’re absolutely amazing at sculpting and while you do this for your future, he does it is as a pastime / elective to graduate. “but like i don’t smoke or anything yknow, i just thought that i’d be a good thing to–”

you’re staring at him with the corner of your mouth quirked and he shuts up quickly, scratching the back of his neck nervously as he slumps on his stool.

“you should score using a crosshatch,” you tell him simply. “makes the pieces stick together better.”

he looks down at where he’d been scratching the damp clay laterally and your hands hover over his, head tilting to the side.

“can i?”

oh yeah, yeah! sure,” he splutters, leaning back a little to watch you work your magic.

can’t help but watch the way your fingers work over the clay, knuckles smudged with glaze and dust coating the silver of your rings.

he watches your hands, but soon he’s watching your face because you’re concentrated so hard on making sure you’re using your best technique for the little ashtray.

lo and behold, the pieces stick together so perfectly and smoothly, ready to be fired in the kiln, and neteyam’s grateful.

“thanks,” he sighs almost dreamily.

“yeah, of course. glad to help,” you tell him.

when you return to your own project, you slam back the rest of your melting drink and neteyam’s eyes are squinting the get a read on what it is you order.

you’re pleasantly surprised when you turn up to pottery the next session to work on a new project, and neteyam’s there with two coffees, one next to his wheel, another near yours.

“what’s this?” you hum, tying your apron with a messy bow.

“a thank you,” he says shyly. “for helping me last time.”

your eyes widen when you see your favorite; a chai with almondmilk, vanilla, and a shot of espresso.

“how’d you…”

“it’s what you were drinking…” he responds. “last week. i think.

“oh…” you trail off, cheeks hot because he noticed ???

“you don’t have to—”

“NO!” you yelp, a tad loud. some of the other students working on a few last minute projects peer at the two of you and teyam’s grinning like an idiot when he sees the way you tuck your hair behind your ear and reach for the drink. “this is good! it’s great. thank you so much. i actually missed my run this morning.”

“yeah, of course,” he sighs, rolling his lips together as the two of you kinda get off to a clunky start.

the silence between the two of you is a lil awkward, but you decide to break the ice since teyam’s technically played his hand and the ball’s in your court.

“are you an art major ?” you ask.

“uh, nah,” he'd say, rubbing his sweaty palms on the thighs of his baggy jeans because HE SHOWED UP TO CLASS 15 MINUTES EARLY and the agony of not knowing if you’d show up made him so nervous. “environmental engineering.”

your eyebrows raise ever so slightly, lips forming an ‘o’ bc wow that must mean he’s super smart.

“wow, that’s insane,” you say quietly. “what made you take pottery ?”

“only elective that didn’t make me wanna claw my eyes out,” he laughs nervously. “what about you ? what’s your major ?”

you seem to mull over your thoughts for a moment, obviously a little hesitant to answer.

“3d art...nothing special...” you trail off.

neteyam begins working with the slab of clay waiting for him in the center of the wheel, cheeks going hot because the words leave him before he can stop them.

“no, no. i think that’s really cool. art is a really challenging passion to have & i admire people willing to dive in full stop.”

the comment makes you smile, fingers pliant over the wet clay.

neteyam wants to DIE because he can’t read whether or not your smile is genuine or if you’re grimacing because he’s the biggest idiot ever.

he supposes it’s the former when you two are parting ways, signing the attendance log and you decide to bite the bullet and write your instagram handle on the bottom corner of the page and tear it off to hand to him.

he’s barely able to get a ‘thank you’ out before you’re racing out the door with your gifted coffee in hand.

you’re so giddy when you run out of the building and your phone pings in the front pocket of your satchel and you see that teyam.sully has followed you.

after that day, you two become really friendly !

neteyam frequently dms you about class, but eventually, he starts sending you vids and memes, saying that they made him think of you.

it becomes so obvious to both of your friend groups that you’re crushing on each other, but both of you are too painfully shy to say anything despite every green flag.

soon, looking forward to seeing each other during class turns into neteyam subtly asking you to hang out.

you make a comment about one of his hoodies and he mentions that he thrifted it.

“wait really??” you’re pausing your work to look at him. “i love thrifting!”

he smiles wide, word vomiting before he can stop himself.

“yeah? i know a couple of good places if you’re down.”

you say yes, DUH !

looking back at it, maybe that’s your first date because he picks you up from your dorm & bc you guys live in a fairly walkable city, you commute to the thrift and you’re SO giddy because the backs of your hands keep brushing every time some impatient pedestrian pushes by you guys on the narrow sidewalks.

you guys end up spending HOURS and teyam’s internally screaming because you find a shirt that has a peeling heart with the phrase ‘if lost return to wife’ and he happens upon the match to it a couple aisles down that says ‘i'm the wife’.

when you’re not looking, teyam buys the shirts and stuffs them in his canvas bag.

DUDE IS WHIPPED.

he wants you SO bad.

after the thrift, you guys get pizza, and after that, ice cream, and JESUS he doesn’t want the day to end because being with you is so easy.

over the course of the rest of the semester, the two of you make it a routine to hang out at least once a week and you’re always looking forward to it.

dates excursions include; trips to the museum to see recent exhibits, weekly pizza parlor dinners, study sessions at the 24 hr cafe a block from the school (in which he always walks you home after), park days where he reads books on environmental sustainability and you secretly draw portraits of him.

in these times, he learns that you want to become an art teacher, your favorite cereal is froot loops with the marshmallows, your all time show is amazing world of gumball.

almost cries laughing when he finds out that you have a secret pet turtle you hide in your dorm named franklin.

acknowledges that he’s falling, but falls even harder when the florist who owns the flower shop you two always pass hands you the prettiest little bundle of flowers and you spend the entire trek to the park, handing out individual stems to couples, children, and the elderly, telling them to have a beautiful day.

it all comes to a head near the end of the semester when he realizes that he can’t keep dancing around his feelings for you and the feelings he’s almost certain you have for him.

tells you to clear your schedule for the upcoming friday night and dresses a little nicer than usual when he picks you up.

brings you two to the planetarium in the city and, instead of watching the exhibit, he spends the entire time watching how you light up.

he knows in his gut that you could be it for him.

he’s loved getting to know you and spending so much time with you.

he’s so immersed in this feeling throughout the entire night.

probably wipes his sweaty palms over the thighs of his pants before shakily taking your hand as the diagram of the constellations shift.

can’t help but smile when your fingers squeeze his and you seem to shift closer to him as the narrator starts the presentation.

and he’s especially quiet after the exhibit, fingers still twined with yours as the two of you walk down the bustling sidewalks of the city center.

two of you probably stop by a dessert cafe and sit outside on a bench in the spring air, enjoying the buskers as you share a little cake.

you’re talking about home and how you’re excited to see your family again and he can’t help but imagine bringing you home to meet all his siblings and his parents because he knows that they’d absolutely love you and—

you’ve paused your speaking, thumb brushing the corner of his mouth and he’s SHORT CIRCUITING.

“shit, that was weird i’m so—”

his palm cups your jaw, thumb on your cheek, pad of his pinky and ring finger soft against your neck.

“can i?” he whispers.

TRIANGLE METHOD !!

he glances at one eye, gaze dropping to your lips before glancing at the other.

you already know what he’s referring to, could feel the romantic tension between the two of you since the beginning, but only become sure of it in the recent weeks.

”can you what?” you swallow.

he breathes a short laugh because the knowing smile that quirks your lips is a dead give away.

“can i kiss you?” he asks softly, absently setting your abandoned dessert somewhere behind him on the bench.

“yeah,” you’d nod, leaning into him. “please.”

before the two of you go your separate ways for summer holiday, he shows you the shirts he bought at the thrift store the first time around, but insists on keeping the shirt that says ‘i'm the wife’.

i am actually so suspicious of this god damn moth post but i cant find any concrete evidence to prove theres something wrong with it other than my gut feeling and i feel insane

like of course first of all this post is from 2013 and im not really willing to believe any given post from 2013 is true specially when the post is this amazing coincidence of this person coincidentally finding those two coincidentally aesthetically pleasing moths and managing to get them coincidentally snuggling together for a picture. yknow. it does feel too weirdly good to be true

BUT SECONDLY im so weirded out by these two moths specifically.

ok bear with me. the little one is very obviously a rosy maple moth. (which is also coincidentally one of the most famous moths specifically for being pretty)

but im willing to believe any given english speaking tumblrgirl at the time could find one considering they live seemingly accross the united states and canada. fair enough

BUT my problem is the big one. of course everybody even in the notes seems to be classifying it as a luna moth (ALSO a famous moth species for being pretty) you can also feasibly find them in north america, ok.

theres also the point of their lifespans

luna moths as adults live only for about 7-10 days, and i had a harder time finding info for adult rosy maple moths but it seems its about the same

the source of this is an old article from someone actively breeding maple moths x but i believe its the same with moths in general, since they literally dont have mouths and cant eat so they just mate and die.

SO youre gonna have a small time span to find one. both moths are also mainly nocturnal, which makes even weirder that op found both of them during the day.

theres also the point of WHEN are they adults. aka maply moths seem to show from from may through the summer

luna moths though, seem to vary in when they show up depending on place. some do include late may or early june on northern regions, ans a generation in july in central states.

which means you could, feasibly, have a span of about a week or so in may, june or july where both maple moths and luna moths are adults and alive at the same time.

BUT THE POST IN QUESTION IS FROM APRIL 16

thats NOT when adult rosy maple moths show up, much less both of them.

though maybe im just being too pedandic with specific dates and theres margin for variation, but its, again, some real big coincidences

BUT FINALLY theres the fact im suspicious about this luna moth IN THE FIRST PLACE.

i might just be going actually crazy here, but for this we've been assuming the luna moth is the species that exists in north america (otherwise these two wouldnt be in the same place at all)

and like this is what the luna moth looks like

and you see how theyre kinda weird compared to the one in the pic.

the luna moths are mostly green, with much less of this pretty pastel pink of the one on the tumblr post. you could argue they have pink markings but in most pictures i see they seem more like a dark red/brown with a remarkable very thick marking on the wings

you see how the moth in the pic just looks kinda weird. but that can also be from filters or editing to make the photo prettier making the colors different.

(i also think the tail looks weirdly long, but there seems to be variation in the tail length in various luna moth pics ive seen, so i cant speak for sure about that)

(i also cant tell you whether the sizes in comparison to each other are right cause i suck at visualizing size comparisons and its not like theres any other pic on earth of the two together so.)

CONCLUSION: i dont fucking know. i spent an hour looking moths up online and didnt get any reasonable answer to my doubts. i guess in the end THERE is, even if small, a chance of you finding both these boths alive at the same time in the same place so i can fully discredit the op. i give up im going to have breakfast

well, first and foremost i have to admit that i just really, really like the thought of valves looking distinctively different than, yknow, a normal pussy, which is why the wide petals of a big pitcher plant are such an amazing choice, like are you kidding me. i think that valves, like pitcher plant rims, vary in shape, in colour, there are ones with the rim petals shaped like stars, or wide at the bottom and thin at the top and vice versa, striped and spotted and gradient, stretched petals and tight petals, ones with one large petal at the very front, hanging over the anterior node. seriously, google pitcher plants and just look at them for a moment, imagine which ones are your fave's pussy. honestly, most of my fascination is with the aesthetics, but i do have a few little valveplug headcanons... ⬇️⬇️

so this is where it goes two ways. think of it, a cybertronian's valve is perfectly safe for another cybertronian, but it's Deadly for humans. this is kinda dark but it does kinda turn me on, like the fluids, the lubricate, the transfluid? they are so good at dissolving organic matter (for whatever evolutionary reason) and any human that somehow finds themselves inside, thinking they're gonna plow the fields of scientific discovery (and fulfill their sexy fantasies), get burned. nasty, nasty, nasty. crawling up the slippery walls like a stupid little insect... hoooot (and this is even darker, but cybertronians being able to trap organics/humans in their valve, draw pleasure from feeling them squirm until suddenly they stop... because they die... that's hot to me. that's kinda hot)

and then, the second way- there is the concept of cybertronian valves being very dangerous for other cybertronians. of course it's not seen as being "dangerous" but they are very acidic and corrosive and when a spike is inserted, it... gets dissolved. it's not particularly painful, some mechs don't even feel it, most in fact draw pleasure from it. it's not seen as anything weird or uncommon, but it does lead to cybertronians not having much sex, maybe once or twice every few centuries is considered the average amount... maybe this way, sex is a much, much more intimate activity than we can imagine... i mean, the amount of trust it would take for someone to insert their spike into a valve, knowing the metal and mesh will slowly melt and dissolve in their partner's acidic pool, and they will have to be spikeless for a period of time, a part of them forever absorbed into their partner... oh man, that's romantic to me. it's romantic

I feel as if Weather report would be a semi large bull? Like, he's an older bull no doubt, but he'd have more of a lean and tall build, yknow?

Quiet, well spoken, a little lowkey mushy around old friends; He's the soft, silent, & strong type. He works honestly and doesn't cause much trouble for those around him.

On hot/summer days, his go to spot for hanging out is normally anywhere where shade is a constant. Inside a building, underneath a giant tree, ect. He can't stand hot weather for too long (hah weather. Get it? No? K).

He's not particularly all that comfortable around Joseph and may tend to butt heads with him every once in a while, but honestly... Who doesn't?

Oh, and he's a fucking whore for Mangos.

Weather doesn't really take as much time to preen like everyone else, but he still looks decent nonetheless. He just won't necessarily care for intimidation or flare like the other Joestars.

Does that mean he's not similar to them at all? I think fucking not.

He's the type of bull who, kinda like Jonathan, won't force you to breed, but if you went to him for it he'd blow your back out, feel me?

Refuses to be milked, same as Jotaro, Josuke, ect. Not cause he thinks it's embarrassing like those two, but because he thinks it's pointless. (all the fucking cows you have and you run to him? Go milk Holly. She'll be more than happy to give it to you.)

He'd find Jolyne's lame jokes, that even Anasui cringes at mind you, kinda funny. Sometimes he's repeated them and gotten a collective groan from whoever's in earshot, but who cares it's him and Jolyne's thing.

And I can tell you right now, Weather has a nose ring.

Yes, they're uncomfortable for bulls since they're sensitive, but he kinda just bears with it for aesthetic. Not like he can't just take it off at any time.

going over to a friends today to do washing and gossip (I have no washing machine kms) and I hope all goes well😔 I love my friends and they’re all so interesting and kind and unique but I am reallt feeling the ache to have a friend who is artistically and aesthetically inclined as I am? I would love to show my friend the movie I watched last night but I know within the first 5 minutes they’d find it boring and I know it is a boring movie but it’s the message yknow!!! And it’s so beautiful and pleasing to watch but I know that they won’t see that and just hajdhdjsjejjfdjjs I want someone who I can make art with and share my writing with and take photos of and really just talk about art in a way that they will understand me and I will understand them because sometimes I feel like I need a little push from a person with similar interests that can understand the stress of said interests 😞

I like a lot of horror games made in rpg maker and in general indie ones. Pixels my beloved. I like psychological horror the most and find most big name stuff eh personally. I get the slasher appeal but it's so boring to me. I like ARGs and such too and find most if not all through night mind on youtube. Various folklore and in general supernatural is nice and I do believe in it.

If you can understand german do I recommend corrupted and nesfatelp. I also watch manlybadasshero and that's pretty much it. Do I play horror games myself? Ha no I'm way too much of a scaredy cat for that.

Please be at the very least 16. I personally watched quite the stuff at a way too young age but definitely do not recommend it. I doubt anything on this blog will come close to what I seek(ed) out but just in case.

there’s something I find vaguely upsetting about more recent horror games. they all build on the scary thing being the “lore” or the mysteries of it, rather than being actually scary.

like, as a person who was introduced to fnaf when I was 11, around the time fnaf 2 came out and this new kid in my class introduced herself to my friend group with “do you know what fnaf is?” and, being 11 and barely knowing how to use youtube, the answer was no. so I checked it out at home later that day and for weeks I was terrified purple guy was in the shadows in the hall, trying to murder me and stuff me inside a fluffy animatronic suit, or that various animatronics were just waiting for me to close my eyes to get a jump on me. yknow, kids in 2014.

but, the point is, I found the game terrifying, and that was before I even found game theory and went “oh, so the murders are a normal thing here”. I was scared because the game was scary, not because I was confused over child murders in a pizzeria in a place that’s probably a couple hours flight away. I was scared in an irrational way. and, yeah, you could say it’s because I was 11. but, not really? because, around three years later bendy and the ink machine came around. and I became vaguely versed in horror by that point, the fnaf jumpscared only slightly terrifying because I’ve been at it for years. and yet, this new game had terrorized me so much I couldn’t even get to the part where you actually start up the machine because the atmosphere caused me nightmares so bad I didn’t sleep in my own room that night, and instead went to my mom’s office and sat in her chair and stared out the window till 3 am rolled around and I was like “oh, no, I have school tomorrow”.

I made it a point for myself, as a person who is into horror for what’s almost a decade now, to not find new movies/shows/games when I know I need to wake up energized and on time the next day. it’s a habit that remains with me to this day, but nowadays?

I... don’t really get to use it that much. games nowadays, at least the sort of stuff that’s generally put in the same box as both the previous games I mentioned, seems to assume the success of these games come from those so called mysteries. but nothing new was very scary (well, the part where huggy wuggy chases you in poppy playtime scared me a lot the first time, like, what the hell is that and why does it have so many teeth, oh god). maybe I’ve become desensitized, but, considering how I sometimes just come up with stuff, even just an aesthetic a game can have or a line that feels out-of-place where it’s put, and that can be terrifying if you do it right. but these games put more thought into “lore” and the many dead children in said lore, over the actual scare factor. it becomes more of an arg pretending to be a game than an actual game (and, as an arg enthusiast, some of those can be very scary, too.) the concept of “these horrors live among us” is scary. the concept of “some children died” is more sad than terrifying, especially now that I’m not a kid.

tldr; make horror scary again please, I need something to blame my lack of sleep on

(ps: as I mentioned, I can casually come up with various levels of fear inducing things, and I really like horror. if someone here knows how to make games, or has a program that can teach me how to make games, let me know. I have at least one game planned and it’s based on the concept of “I’m not doing these terrible things to real people, they’re game characters. ... right?”. please help I have too many ideas and I have no idea how to make them happen)

Gives me big Blood/Hope vibes. Blood because a lot of the conflict of the dream smp connected to someone breaking his trust or harming the things he cares about, Hope because a lot of the plot of the dream smp stems from Tommy starting shit based on his ideals and what he thinks is right.

the first to instigate fighting against the trolls

bbh contacts him once and tommy keeps cursing until he disconnects from frustration rip

wields Gunkind and his only strife weapon at the beginning is the Vlog gun. He has Gunkind as his strife specibus mainly because he looked up at schlatt and he imitates him.

Fundy

it was his idea to play SBURB but only through Dream.

he talks to dream the most among the other trolls fwt stans getcha juice this is the rosemary of the session

dream’s the one giving him exposition about the game so that’s how he knows how to play SBURB.

wilbur trolls fundy once and instantly adopts him.

“You’re my son.” “How does that even work??” “I was one of the people who created your universe. It’s basically the same thing.”

Fundy relents anyway.

Techno

no i haven’t done their sprites yet bc it would take so much time and i’m not even sure if people wanna see more of this au skjdkdsakdfkl,, but i have Design Ideas.

events of the dsmp revolution are just a FLARP session drawing parallels to how the homestuck trolls had a FLARP session that spoiler alert: destroyed friendships. dtrio, eret, will are involved. eret betrays will's faction and wilbur's still Bitter over that.

on the context of alternia (highbloods and lowbloods) lmanburg and dreamsmp have their roles SWAPPED. the emancipation theme thing is completely gone since highbloods are in more power than the lowbloods (the dream team) .

wilbur made a faction called l’manburg because he wants a place where he and his fellow highbloods could make drugs vibe.they take a piece of land that was owned by the dream team. in normal circumstances, they shouldve stood down because lowbloods aren't supposed to start shit with highbloods (especially a group of highbloods that has the alternian heir among them) but dream turned it into an activism thing about lowblood rights. the story plays as close as possible without tommy or tubbo in it (which is pretty hard ik but this is the best can do).

like in the dreamsmp revolution, dream kinda let wilbur do what he wants but this time he has more reason to because he’s in a lower caste. dream really only fought back when wilbur announced that he’d be building lmanburg on their land and calling it theirs.

eret betrays wilbur by supporting the lowbloods and wilbur and co. technically won but only because he finally called the drones in, as a reference to how lmanburg absolutely got crushed by the dream team in the smp but technically won. l’manburg keeps the piece of land and the dream team scatter away to find a new home.

wilbur soot's a fuschia because a) he's in a position that has a lot of power, b) yknow how he wrote a song about squids and his thing with sally… yeah.

eret's a violet because nobility!! dream looks down on him because he's ambivalent on fighting for lowblood rights when he's in a power to do so "you just sit there, and you look pretty that's it"

also like eridan he has a minor aesthetic mutation (herobrine eyes) that won't classify him as a mutant.

jschlatt is purple because it makes sense thematically because of the gamzee parallels (a. substance abuse b. if you know what happens in act 6, you know this already but spoiler alert, he ruins the main protagonists' lives) also he's a funnyman he deserves the clown caste

quackity's a teal because he’s a law student. moving on--

ok but for real it also makes sense thematically because he's the one who wrote the thing that tricked schlatt into agreeing also he gets manipulated by schlatt which also draws parallels to certain events in the comic

skeppy and bbh are BEST FRIENDS despite being highblood and lowblood respectively. initially, skeppy just wanted to bother bbh but they grew to be good friends in time. y’know like how they actually becane friends :D

philza minecraft is a jade because dad friend. also works thematically, because spoiler alert he gets to murder a seadweller for going batshit crazy.

he also god tiers early. he dies fighting his quick undead denizen (haha baby zombie) but the consorts of his land carry him to his quest bed because he’s treated them all so well.

dream was initially going to be another caste but then i realized that means i have to make his hoodie something other than green which is unacceptable so its a good thing the fact that he's a lime works out

dream was the one who thought of playing sgrub in the first place- initially only planned to have gogy, sap, and bbh in the session but then realized that they four won't be enough so he invited more into his session

he’s also the first to go godtier ez clap blind speedrun not sure what classpect tho

the only reason why dream avoided being culled at birth for being a limeblood is because his rng is That Good. he quickly picked up the fact that he’s not supposed to exist and masqueraded as an oliveblood and kept mostly to himself to avoid suspicion.

george is still colorblind but he has lazer eyes along with it instead. dream lives with him in the same hive since being a mutant means dream doesn’t get a lusus of his own (dnf fans getcha juice “and they were roommates”)

despite living in the same hive, he never really figures out that dream is a limeblood. possibly because a) he’s colorblind and when he sees dream bleeding he just sees yellow b) he’s just that fucking oblivious and it’s so valid of him.

sapnap’s a bronzeblood mainly because i know he’s the instigator of the pet war with tommy also because i associate him with the color orang in my mind so bronze it is

the only thing i’m confident about in here are the kids’ lunar sways. i’m not an expert in classpects and homestuck lore so there’s that too!! i just wanted to make this post because adhd means that the idea wouldn’t shut up until i finished it. This initially started as a single shitpost edit of tommyinnit talksprite but then the hiveswap 2 trailer came out and that means i have to combine my two hyperfixations.

also i have ideas about potential quadrants but idk how much of that is breaking some streamers’ boundaries about shipping (even the non romantic quads such as kismesistude, morallegiance and auspisticism) so i decided not to include it.

1. how would you describe your style?

I often find the most common description I give my style is 'comic book style' but if I were to push that I'd say it's specifically american comic book influence, but I've definitely taken tips from older cartoons (vintage and 2000-2010's styles) as well as 3d game models of various kinds haha. super smash bros and typical 'anime style' is kinda where I started!

8. what’s the most fun and the least fun parts about your process?

GOd. the least fun is definitely figuring out anatomy and getting the flat colors down, I absolutely hate both of those LMAO. Sketching is fun at first until I have to make it LOOK accurate and fix the proportions. Flat coloring is also just STUPID tedious LOL

the most fun I have is LIGHTING! I love love love adding the finishing touches with light, slapping all the beautiful light refractions, highlights, glow, shadows- you name it! lighting makes me happy and I have fun with it. By far way more easy to be messy about and have it look good than the other processes!

16. favorite media to work with when drawing traditionally?

markers!! I actually really enjoy ink pens and markers! There's something about the way the ink bleeds over the paper that makes my brain happy, it just lends itself to solid pleasing aesthetics to me. Also ink pen sketching has a unique quality that ballpoint and pencil doesn't have!

17. what do you love getting compliments about?

First off: everything and anything, if you compliment anything about my art I WILL LOVE YOU FOR IT. But I think my two big favorite compliments are having my art style praised in some way and also being told my art was impactful to someone. If I'm told a piece I made really stuck with someone it means so much to me! I also love in general if people point out details, because it's nice knowing someone really saw my work longer than a glance haha.

23. what’s something you hope people notice when looking at your art?

Honestly mostly the feeling of it! I want them to really FEEL what I'm trying to put into my work, or draw a feeling from it! I also hope they appreciate and notice my lighting details haha, but what people notice will always be different. Also, yknow, being told people can see my hard work is nice :P

Anyway, it was probably some sort of community thing full of tons of different age artists (bc you’d have basketball or something after school and he had volleyball)

So like once a week on thursday afternoons everyone gets together and does all sorts of artsy stuff

Everyone listens to lo fi music (or you can bring headphones) and chit chat and just paint for a couple hours

Its in the back section of a library (bc the library near me does stuff like this its awesome) so if you want you can go read a book while you wait for things to dry

One day the person that ran it suggested you talked to the new guy

He was about your age, it was his first day, they didn't know what all he was good at, and tbh they thought you two would look cute together

Just the vibes yk

So you set up your canvas and stuff next to him and introduced yourself

And you guys just vibe to the playlist

He’s REALLY good

Compliments you a lot too

Which is fun because he’s cute so it makes you a little flustered

You find out you guys go to the same school and he’s on the VB team

And says he has a (practice) game that weekend and asks you to come if you can

Which you do

And they win! So its fun!

Matsukawa basically asks you out for him though

Until you all sit down for lunch and oh, the only open spot for him is next to you (since when is matsukawa willing to sit between iwaizumi and oikawa??)

He asked you out after art club that week (Mattsun threatened not to give him any more monster for the rest of the month if he didn't get the guts to do it)
