Both the official and direct translation titles are just brutally straightforward. Lol

Summary Exactly what it says on the Tin. Main girl is a huge stan for the ML in her fave novel. Reading a completed novel left her ~unsatisfied~ so of course we gotta stalk the novel’s author(?) please don’t Eyyyy here comes truck-kun to yeet her into the novel itself, albeit in the backstory portion. So her oshi is only a baby. And daddy thinks her “stalking” is directed at him so *~marriage~* Ok, I know the initial premise sounds kind of sus but the FL gets better and her initial “stalking” is mostly like the gift-giving and fainting-in-his-presence level. Also the actual plot and world-building is really interesting. 

Tropes   - Truck-kun strikes again (actually surprisingly rare in the manhwa I’ve read so far)   - isekai-ed but I’m just an extra!??!?   - how DARE you mess with MY (step)SON   - just throw all these bloodline-obsessed nobles away   - *~whacky misunderstandings~*   - the art does a *glow-up* over time   - yo some weird shit ain’t adding up from the original novel

I decided to ruin my life earlier… yesterday I guess by starting I Became The Hero’s Mom or I think the Tapas title is I Married The Male Lead’s Dad

But yeah um, I’m almost caught up, I’ve been crying for the past 20 chapters straight, This is the worst [read: best but SO GODDAMN PAINFUL] emotional rollercoaster I’ve been on

Like I don’t think even Stepmother’s Märchen and How To Get My Husband On My Side have had this severe of emotional whiplash on me, they devastate me every time, but like the way IBTHM is like playing with my hopes and dreams only to CRUSH THEM and then picks up the pieces gently like it’s fixable only to crush them AGAIN has quite literally no match with all of the manhwa I’ve read

Easy 10/10 so far, I am in so much pain I feel like it might start causing actual physical damage
