how’s the mead making? (how does one make mead?)

i only did one batch of mead and then decided to get a lil creative with it and use some leftover fruits for wines but both are really easy! essentially you just boil a sugar until it's dissolved (honey for mead and i used regular cane sugar for wine), add any fruits you want after, sprinkle in some brewers or champagne yeast, and then bottle it in an airtight container and wait for it to ferment (make sure gas can escape though. I got these little bubble tops that help gas escape without letting air in and let you know when the fermentation is done).

I'm going to let them all sit for a couple of weeks and check on them and go from there so I'll let you know! i did a blueberry/blackberry combo, a strawberry/peach combo (with my own strawberries I'm so stoked), dragonfruit and melon, I honestly got kind of carried away with it lol (i had a lot of old glass bottles to use, make sure you sanitize them if you ever try this).

i swear every time after i watch one of boat's streams. not even always after a stream sometimes it just happens passively. boat's voice like invades my head and narrates all of my thoughts. not even just his voice i think in the exact way he talks. at this point i cant even tell if something i say or think is a stolen boat-ism or purely a me-ism the lines have blurred so much. this isnt even a recent thing this has been going on for years
