Loonatics KR Update: New Member, Character, Plus Sneak Peek Chapter!

Hello everyone. Still part of the Loonatics? Today I got new updates working on in Loonatics KR.

New Member: Today we got a new member for our project Loonatics KR. Thanks to @mysticinternetdinosaur we have just added @segamarkiii as the new member for Loonatics KR She is a Loonatics Unleashed artist who draws the art of Rip X Kit including her OC Tess to check it out in her account. Again thank you for being part of us!

2. New Character Koale: We have also added a new character in the for the KR cut named Koale written created by @mysticinternetdinosaur and drawn by @segamarkiii . In short this character will appear as a busker when meeting Ace and he will talk about joining in a contest to get the prize money. There is not much about him to avoid spoilers for the KR cut so you can check his OC here.

3. Sneak Peek: I felt bad for not posting the KR cut but we don't rush the stories. As of now here is a sneak peek for the special KR cut from Episode 1 Chapter 1 featuring the first KR cut character Koale.

"Stupid Dad and his stupid dojo..." Ace mumbled under his breath, looking at his feet as he walked who knew where.

He'd been walking for a good while already but didn't know how long exactly. He just kept going until the hills, where his house was located, were lost behind the city's skyscrapers. The noises of flying cars and busy streets soon took over and he found himself not far from Acme University, where he had been studying for the past three years to obtain a Martial Arts coaching degree – which, of course, had been forced onto him by his paternal.

His mind was still wrapped around his argument with his father. Why couldn't he understand that military life was his calling? Not like he hated martial arts, he found it to be of good use if somebody tried to mess with him. But being forced into it just for the sake of "legacy" was extremely annoying – if not oppressive. No matter what he said, Nao would never allow him to decide for himself. What kind of parent does that? And he was twenty-one, for goodness' sake! He shouldn't even have to obey his father's wishes!

Still lost in his thoughts, he didn't even see the tall, black limousine parking beside the sidewalk and the young lady getting out of it. Before he could even register her presence, they both bumped into each other. Ace felt the pain in his jaw and cursed between his teeth, putting his hand on his furry white cheek. He lifted his eyes toward the other person – a rabbit, just like him, with cream-colored fur and green eyes, wearing what he guessed was a cheerleading uniform. She was holding her head with a hand, most certainly where he accidentally hit her.

They both looked at the others, and right at the same time, they sputtered:

"I'm sorry!"

"No wait, I'm sorry," Ace objected, "I wasn't watching where I was going! Are you hurt?"

"I-I'm fine," the girl replied, still holding her head. "Just a bit stunned, that's all. What about you? I'm sorry, I didn't see you there!"

"Oh, nothing bad, don't worry!" he reassured her with a friendly smile, suddenly forgetting his anger from only a few seconds before. "I guess we both need to be more careful with our surroundings, right?"

The other rabbit nodded with an amused smile and, oh, welp, she was cute, Ace thought. She was around his age and could be attending Acme University too. But he never saw her before, so maybe she was on another course. There were more of them there than fingers on both hands after all.

Suddenly, the girl seemed to remember something as her expression changed for a concerned look.

"Oops, sorry, I have to go!" she excused herself, taking off toward a building a few feet from them. "And sorry again!"

She disappeared behind the doors of a multi-sports facility, leaving Ace alone where he stood while the limousine next to him finally left. Apparently, she was also rich.

He sighed; he was a bit disappointed he didn't get the chance to talk a bit more with her. At least that would have helped him ease his mind. Well, maybe he'd run into her again in the future, who knew?

Deciding he needed something to keep himself busy, preferring not going home yet, at least not until lunch, he thought about his options. Many of his classmates had already gone home to other states to see their families, leaving him on his own. He remembered there was a science forum at Acme University, but science wasn't his thing and it was mostly for future students who chose scientific courses. With a sigh, Ace finally opted to go to the beach. He didn't attend to swim – he had no swimsuit with him anyway – but rather found a quiet place to think.

The rabbit then walked until he saw a subway entrance and took off toward the west of Acmetropolis. Thankfully, he had his credit card on him to pay for a ticket. But while he was waiting, he could hear a familiar song play across the subway. It was an old song that he used to listen to a long time ago. The artist who performed that song had mysteriously disappeared during a series of events. He continued to go inside the train.

The beach wasn't entirely quiet – it was right next to some restaurants and much smaller buildings than the skyscrapers in the middle of Acmetropolis. But for now, the place was mostly calm, with only the sound of the waves to break the silence. Ace didn't take his shoes off and simply walked on the almost white sand. He stopped only a few meters from where the waves gently crashed on the beach and lifted his brown gaze toward the horizon. He took a deep breath, feeling a small breeze caress his fur.

So, what now? He couldn't convince his father to let him live his dreams. Serving his country really mattered for him, but as long as he lived with his father, Nao would always come in the way.

Maybe... maybe he needed to move out. Find another place to live, far from his paternal so he would finally be left alone. He would have to find a job in another city to rent a small flat for himself, and once he saved enough money, he would be able to register in the army. That sounded like a good plan. Now he just needed to break the news to his father. Another day, of course; he had his fair share of arguments today.

As he was walking down the sand, he heard someone singing faintly in the air. He soon comes across an armadillo lizard playing on an electric guitar. The music is good to say the least. His voice was a bit scratchy, but the lyrics matched perfectly with the tempo. The busker finishes the song they were playing. He looks around, seeing that there is no one listening. Ace decides to tip him a few dollars. The busker takes notice of Ace's donation. "Thanks man!" He says in satisfaction.

"Sure, anytime." He says showing some slight stress. The lizard also takes notice of this. "Hey, why the blues?"

"Oh, uh. It's nothing really." Ace answers to him. "Just having a bad day, that's all."

"Really?" He says while tuning his guitar. "Well if it could cheer you up, got a song request?"

He was a bit surprised to hear this. "Are you sure?"

"Yeah, I am!" He answers, cheerfully. "Besides, I can play any song of any genre. Name it, and I'll play it. Your call."

He thinks of a song they can play. Then, a song comes up in his mind. "Can you play 'Faded Paradise' by Discorded?"

When the busker heard this, he was taken aback. "Uh..." He starts to look around in random places. "Are you sure you can't choose something else?"

Ace was confused by this statement. "But didn't you just say that you can play any song?"

"Sorry, any song BUT electronic." He says. "If you want, I can play anything else. I can play pop, folk, country, blues, R&B, jazz, rock, classical, classic rock..." He started to see Ace's disapproval of this. "You really want me to play this, don't you?"

"Just this one time?" He asked politely.

The busker sighs loudly. "Fine. But just this one time." He then started to play the song Ace requested. The performance of the song was beyond words. It was calm and peaceful, and it was as if his worries had faded away. He could only listen in awe at the way he was playing. The busker finally finishes the song. "So, how was it?"

"That was awesome!" Ace excitingly says. "You were able to sound like Discorded himself! It was perfect! Almost too perfect..." The song he played sounded familiar to the one he heard on the subway. He then started to put the two and two together. "Wait a minute..."

"Oh no." The busker says worryingly.

"You're Discorded!" He shouted. A few people started to stare at the two.

"Shhh! Not too loud!" Discorded whispered at him. The people ignored them and walked away.

"Fine, you caught me." He said, defeated. "I am Discorded. I mean, I was Discorded. But please just call me Koale."

"So this is where you've been for the past few years!" Ace says with excitement. "What happened to you?"

"Hum... Well... Uhhh... " Koala started to fiddle with his guitar pick. "Alright, I'll tell you. Just sit down with me for a bit, okay?"

Ace decides to sit next to him as Koale tells his story.

"I started to play music when I was around 14 years old." He said as he fiddled with his guitar pick. "For some reason though, no matter what I create, it becomes a total hit. Soon, some music producers found out about my talent and asked me for a partnership. I got a bit too cocky and said yes."

"What happened then?" Ace asked him.

"Let's just say I fell down hard. Very hard," He continued. "It turned out that I wasn't really making as much money as I thought. And I was a fool back then. I started to spend my money on almost everything. Clothes, shoes, and music gear; I wasn't keeping track of my savings. Eventually, they decided to cut my partnership with them and do it with some other dude."

Koale took a moment to inhale his vape pen, then blew out a big puff of vapor. "After that, everything went downhill for me. I lost my career, my so-called friends left me, and I basically shamed myself. I just couldn't handle the pressure I was under. So I left my hometown and drove to anywhere I could go. During my travels, however, I heard that Acmetropolis was going to be holding a music competition with a big prize at the end. So yeah, that's why I'm here."

He then looks up at the clear blue sky. "But I'm super nervous right now. What if I fail again just like I did last time? I don't want to go through that again."

"I think I can feel the same way." Ace finally talks to him. Koale looks at him with curiosity. "Oh?"

Ace continues with his problems. "I've been getting into fights with my dad recently. For some reason, he doesn't approve of the ideas I have. I want to go into the military and help others, but he wants me to inherit our family legacy when he becomes old. But I'm twenty-one for crying out loud! I already have dreams of my own! I don't want to be trapped inside the dojo for the rest of my life!"

"So, a 'dream being held down' type of problem?" Koale replies.

"I guess you can say that." He answers.

Koale takes another puff from his pen. "I don't think he's wrong. Being in the military is a hard thing to do. He probably just wants to keep you safe."

"C'mon, my father raised me in martial arts." Ace interrupts Koale. "I think I'll be fine."

"Fine, show me some of your moves."

Ace starts to show him some of the moves he was taught over the years. There were a few punches here and there, but one of the moves that really got his attention was when he jumped and did a roundhouse kick. After that, Koale was left speechless.

"Whoa..." He said in awe. "Okay. I think you'll be fine."

Ace wipes some of the sweat on his fur. "I'm glad I got some of that out of my system, but I need to go now. Thanks for helping me talk about my issues."

"No problem," Koale says. "But I think you should patch things up with your father. Try to see if things can work out. Take it easy."

Ace waves at him. "Later." He continues to walk on the sand.

Welcome To The Official Loonatics KR Blog!

Has anyone remember @purpleluckystar popular Loonatics Unleashed fan fic reboot called Loonatics R (aka Loonatics Revamp). It was one of the best fan-fics out there for the underrated fandom wanting to have a reboot. It has featured revamped characters from the show. Rebooted backstories from our favorite Loonatics and it even has a compelling story and new characters that this fan-fic has to offer on Tumblr and DeviantArt. It even has the ask the Loonatics in the Loonatics R Blog from the characters that Purple revamped.

Everything was going great until this fanfic was canceled due to her health problems (I hope you stay safe Purple). Which means almost without warning. Purple almost tried to delete all the Loonatics R-related content including the fanart in Deviantart. When she announced that she would delete her Loonatics R blog I had to save the fanfic including the asks that Purple made and transfer all her Loonatics Chapters from my Wattpad. I decided to try continuing the fanfic but time is trying to stop me and it would be impossible to continue the fic alone. That is @draze-a came in.

In Discord, we talked to each other continuing the fic and making new characters. I even have @mysticinternetdinosaur to join alongside me including @segamarkiii and @loonamonium who join in the KR project and even DarthCraftus from Deviantart who now joins in the project.

With a crew like this. We will try our best to do whatever it takes to keep this fanfic alive. And the best part. She gave away all of her OC characters and now I now finally adopted all the characters that Purple made. from Loonatics R

Q: What is Loonatics KR?

A: Loonatics KR (also known as Kervin's Revamp) takes on the same fanfic story of Loonatics R. Not just the KR version will continue the story for the unfinished chapter but it also brings more in a Snyder Cut-styled story that features new characters and new scenarios

Q: What is the purpose of why making the fic?

A: The purpose why I wanted to make this fic and take her place is because I wanted to keep the Loonatics Unleashed Fandom alive. Official Warner Bros continued to mock that show from Animaniacs, Teen Titans Go, and even New Looney Tunes. But this not stop me to prove that I am one of the people who have my love for Loonatics Unleashed. until its recognized for a reboot.

Q: This takes forever to make. When are you going to post it?

A: We can't promise when the release date will be. Sometimes making fanfic takes a lot of time. We completed chapters and retells but its best to keep it fully complete before we publish it again.

Q: Can I draw your characters from Loonatics KR?

A: I keep my characters protected and treat them like my creations. If you want to draw my characters (especially my adopts and the canon fan made revamps that I owned) Always ask permission and tell me what are you going to draw. Especially with my Discord friends

Q: What other sites will you use aside from Tumblr or Wattpad?

A: For the future, I may also plan to put it in Deviantart or Instagram

Q: Will your Asks remain open in Tumblr

A: There are not enough people asking for now so yes it will remain open

Q: Just in case what would happen if you quit the project or when you die while making the fic,

A: I'm not going to quit this project. This fanfic that I owned and am now in the making is everything to me. And even if WB already made a reboot I am going to make this my Loonatics AU (alternate universe). But when I say I would gladly let my project friends take place if I passed away. @draze-a would probably be the first one or @mysticinternetdinosaur

The Hypaethral Temple, also known as the Temple of Isis, was indeed located on the Isle of Philae. Philae is an island in the Nile River, near Aswan in southern Egypt. The temple complex was dedicated to the Egyptian goddess Isis and was considered one of the most important sanctuaries of her worship.

The original location of the Hypaethral Temple on the Isle of Philae was actually on a previous temple site. Over the centuries, multiple structures were built and modified on the island, reflecting different architectural styles and religious influences. The earliest known temple on Philae dates back to the 4th century BCE, during the Ptolemaic period, but the island was considered sacred even before that time.

The Hypaethral Temple itself was primarily constructed during the Greco-Roman period, between the 3rd century BCE and the 3rd century CE. The temple was built with an open roof or without a ceiling, hence the name "Hypaethral," which means "open to the sky." This design allowed light to flood the inner sanctuaries and accentuated the connection between the temple and the heavens.

The Temple of Isis on Philae was renowned as one of the last active centers of ancient Egyptian religion. Even after the decline of traditional Egyptian worship, the temple complex continued to be used as a place of pilgrimage and veneration by various cultures, including the Greeks, Romans, and early Christians.

Unfortunately, due to the construction of the Aswan High Dam in the 20th century, the original location of the Hypaethral Temple on the Isle of Philae was threatened by the rising waters of Lake Nasser, the reservoir created by the dam. As a result, an international effort was undertaken to salvage the temples of Philae and relocate them to a nearby island, Agilkia Island, between 1972 and 1980. The temples were dismantled, block by block, and reassembled on the new island to save them from submersion.

Today, the Hypaethral Temple of Philae stands on Agilkia Island, which has been landscaped to resemble the original Philae island. The temples of Philae, including the Temple of Isis, are now a UNESCO World Heritage Site and continue to be visited by tourists from around the world.

SAVING THE MONUMENTS OF PHILAE

The first Aswan Dam (El Khazan) was built between 1898-1902. This was when Philae was first threatened. Poets and writers lamented its destiny but their words fell on deaf ears. Between 1907-1912 the dam was heightened, and fears for the remains of all Nubia were voiced. The Egyptian Government set aside funds to survey, record and, whenever possible, excavate the endangered areas. At this time Philae was inundated for part of each year, from December to August. When it did emerge from the waters of the Nile, it appeared sorrowfully shorn of its vegetation. The picturesque ruins rose from black silt-laden soil with not a shrub nor tendril to break their barren appearance.

Between 1929-34 the Aswan Dam was raised another ten metres, to a height of 44.5 metres. Philae was now inundated for most of the year. Only the high pylon of the temple of Isis, and the kiosk of Trajan, situated at its highest point, could be seen. Small boats could, with difficulty, sail beneath the great architraves. The capitals of the Tolty columns alone hinted at what architectural treasures lay beneath the water. Being constructed of sandstone, submersion caused no lasting damage. In fact, the monuments strengthened from contact with water. And the silt which packed against the reliefs, though stripping them of colour, actually protected them.

The decision to build the High Dam (Saad El Aali) in 1960 caused attention to be focused once again on the fate of Philae. For now, with the constant high level of the water, the monuments would be totally inaccessible. Moreover, the swirling currents from the High Dam that was built south of the island and the existing Aswan Dam to the north would cause them irreparable harm, if not bring about their total collapse.

Egypt launched an international appeal through UNESCO. Philae was brought into the limelight. Projects for saving the monuments were many and varied. All were studied. One project was to build a protective dam on the west, cutting off the island from the main flow of the river and, theoretically, letting it rest in a lowerlevel lake of its own. This project was abandoned on the grounds that constant pumping out of water would be required to keep the lake at a constant level. The final decision was to dismantle the monuments and re-erect them on another island: Agilkai, slightly to the north of Philae.

An Italian contracting company was chosen to carry out the work. They started with the construction of a coffer dam in 1977. The water was then pumped out, and when the greyish-green blocks were exposed they were dissected, stone by precious stone (fortyseven thousand in number), cleaned, treated, marked and stored.

During the dismantling operations, many blocks of earlier monuments were found to have been reused, especially in the foundations of the buildings. For example, a kiosk dating from the 26th Dynasty during the reign of the pharaoh Psamtik II (594-588 BC) was found dismantled and reused on the western part of the island. Beneath the flagstones of the hypostyle hall of the temple of Isis, another temple, also dating from the 26th Dynasty, was brought to light. Nektanebos, the first ruler of the last, zoth Dynasty (387-361 BC) had reused granite and sandstone blocks inscribed with the names of Amenhotep II, III and Thutmose III for his own constructions on the island, but these had come from temples elsewhere since Herodotus made no mention of Philae when he visited Aswan in the mid-filth century BC.

While dismantling operations continued, the Egyptian High Dam Company blasted 450,000 cubic metres of granite off the top of Agilkai island. They used some of this to enlarge part of the island to resemble the shape of Philae in order to contain the monuments without distortion. The stones from the dismembered temples were then transported to their new home, and, in a record of thirty months, have been re-erected in an even more perfect condition than before, for many of the reused or fallen blocks that were located were used to reconstruct the original temples.

In March 1980, following an impressive public inaugural ceremony, Philae was declared open to the public. Visitors may once again view the elegant colonnades, the celebrated kiosk and the magnificent Temple of Isis. Soon, when plants take root, the 'Pearl will once again fit the description of Amelia Edwards who wrote in 1873/74: ''Seen from the level of a small boat, the island, with its palms, its colonnades, its pylons, seems to rise out of the river like a mirage. Piled rocks frame it on either side, and purple mountains close up the distance. As the boat glides nearer between glistening boulders, those sculptured tomers rise higher and ever higher against the sky. They show no sign of ruin or of age. All looks solid, stately, perfect.*

Name: Koale Hypaethral “A.K.A. Discorded/Dracon” (Armadillo Lizard)

DoB: February 11, 2751. Aquarius (Age: 22)

Nationality: American

Relatives: Aprina (Mother), Flint (Absent Father), Elio (Pangolin/Uncle)

Personality: Calm, mature, and clear-headed. Sort of sloppy and careless. Can be in moods of depression.

Appearance: He has a slim brown-scaled body with some muscle showing and a tattoo on the right side of his chest. Like his species, his body is covered with spikes and he has a spikey long tail.

Outfits:

(Casual Outfit): He wears bohemian-styled clothes which mainly consist of a beanie, a shawl, sunglasses, a white long-sleeve pocket tee, and gray jeans with ripped sides, all of which have holes because of his spikes. He sometimes wears sandals.

(Hero Outfit): His clothes have a medieval look to them. They consist of a gray high-neck sleeveless top with purple patterns, black torn jeans, and Roman sandals under a blue cloak. The color of his scales changes into a mix of light blue & silver.

Powers/Skills:

[Greatest Hit]: Koale can create music powerful enough to use for many attacks.

[Encore]: Koale can gain different abilities by listening to or playing different kinds of music.

Types of music and their effects:

Any intense or loud music (e.g. Rock, Metal, Pop, Punk) would be considered an attack.

Weapons: He carries his electric harp-like guitar named Crescendo which can sound like both an acoustic and electric guitar. He uses a chipped piece of the meteor to play Crescendo like a guitar pick.

He was born with Plum-ombre eyes.

His voice became scratchy from his habit of vaping.

He can impressively pull off rocker’s growls & screams.

He’s attracted to anyone (Pansexual) & crushes very easily.

Similar to his species, Koale can bite on their tail.

He joins Top Voices Got Talent, a TV Music Competition so that he can get his life back together.

Koale always had an unusual knack for composing music. Whenever he performed music, the most astonishing sounds would overflow his listener's heads. It was marvelous. So much so that he got contacted by music producers promising him money and a wealthy lifestyle. The first thing he did after graduating was to work under their terms. The musician named Discorded was born, as he created music under the company’s name.

What Koale didn’t know was that he was making less money than they intended for him. The company was secretly taking a percentage off of his salary. Koale wasn’t keeping track of his money for his equipment, outfits, and the backstage passes he got… to add more salt to the wound.

Eventually, the producers cut all deals from him and made him broke. Almost all of his deals from the studio were given to someone else because they had “more talent and money.” When news about his partnership spread, everyone that he knew left him. So you could say that he lost everything. His house, money, friends, family, and career were all gone.

As soon as Discorded vanished from the world, so did he. Koale had decided to drive from his home state to Oregon to cover his shame. He could make it through by busking with a guitar he still had. He still played music, but it just wasn’t the same.

Right, so if you were around for last year’s Aureate August, you know the game plan, but if you’re new, you probably would appreciate a quick rundown.

So, main thing is this is a no pressure event. If you don’t have the spoons, don’t push yourself. We want you to have fun. If you write every day, great. If you write one story all month, fantastic. If you spend the month reading what others write, even better! (Authors love comments, just fyi.)
