Bulimie

Hab jetzt den ganzen Tag nichts gegessen. Sonst esse ich abends ein Joghurt mit Obst, selbstgemacht. Aber ich übertreibe die Mengen immer so extrem, so dass ich es einfach nicht drin behalten kann.

Ich schaffe es aber auch nicht mir ein kleines Joghurt zu machen...

Nach dem Erbrechen bin ich immer total zittrig, weil ich ja den ganzen Tag nichts gegessen habe und dann wieder nichts in meinem Magen ist. Das provoziert die Essattacke erst recht.

Damit wollte ich versuchen diesen krassen Essdruck wegzubekommen.. es hat so semi gut geklappt. Ich hatte nur eine kleine Essattacke. Wirklich sehr klein.

Ich esse am Abend dann noch etwas Nudeln, um wenigstens etwas in mir zu haben und morgen nicht komplett zittrig und mit Essdruck aufzuwachen.

Bleibt tapfer
