For @mercelotweek - Day 7: Gaia (free day) - And since Gaia is the Earth Goddess, I wanted to do the boys out in nature - so here they are enjoying a picnic! (except Merlin seems to have forgotten to actually bring any food... (because the artist is lazy) - he did steal the nice picnic rug from Arthur though!)
nothing will be able to describe the deep kinship you have with digital artists with the same tablet as you or the sheer delight when you see someone using it in a tutorial or video or speed paint or something we are brothers now
okay so idk if anyone's going to see this but I have a huion kamvas pro 13 and I use firealpaca. lately (as in the past several months) the pen pressure has been downright unpredictable; sometimes it works perfectly fine, others it does this odd thing where it'll think I put full pressure at the start of my brush stroke, and then act normally for the rest. sometimes it's worse and it'll look like I'm clicking repeatedly in a line with my mouse instead of using a tablet with pressure sensitivity.
I've tried using other programs (SAI, namely) and this still happens, so I know it's an issue with the huion tablet, not my art program.
I've tried reinstalling/updating the driver, replacing the pen nib, connecting the tablet to a different USB port, reconnecting the device entirely, and restarting my PC but nothing has helped.
please, if anyone knows how to fix this, let me know. I just want to get back to drawing.
Help. I tried to clean my computer and now its costing me problems. Beware for headphone users.
I have a Lenovo yoga and a huion kamvas pro 12. I believe it's causing pressure sensitivity issues for the art tablet. Since now when I touch work area It counts it as being pressed down despite the fact I'm trying to be light. My sibling was able to find out that if you don't touch the work area and hover right above.. it works. Also the mouse jitters. And that's just the issues with the tablet. Let's not think about the fact that the computer is screaming. All I did was unscrew the back of the computer unscrew the fan apart and clean out what I could. I believe I might have done something when I tried to remove the fan only to find it was stuck in place. If anyone on this platform can help. please. I need it.
