them in a nutshell:
(Unless Hori wants him to yell at her but in those cases it’s not really arguing more like foreplay lmao)

yes please, the world needs more Syu Iura x reader content
how no one recognizes the potential of my precious boy (ノ´・ω・)ノ
So real anon
I actually tried again today to look for more fics and I found a total of 2 that I hadn't already read from before
It was super disappointing to say the least (٥↼_↼)
Like look at how cute he is sobs
Anyway needed to go on an Iura rant but on the topic of Horimiya,
I've watched all of the anime including The missing pieces, but for manga fans is it worth giving it all a read? The art is so pretty and I could honestly stare at it for hours (art style inspiration atm)
I don't mind rereading through all of the plot cause the characters make my heart burst with joy
but I was also just curious if anything was different or if it was better than the anime at all
But anyway back to my corner to continue writing✌️

Horimiya: The Missing Pieces introduces some new characters who weren't in the original season. In this review, I highlight four of them.

So a lot of people have mixed feelings about the Horimiya anime and a lot of people who’ve heard about the Horimiya manga hype have been left disappointed by where the manga went. But I feel like a lot of these people have been missing the point of it all??? I don’t see anyone talking about Sakura and Remi’s relationship?? I see a lot of people talking about Hori’s abusive nature. There’s so much hate for the student council. Some people hate Yuki and others think she’s best girl and like to ignore all her flaws? Should I make a side blog for horimiya…..?

This is going to be controversial, but idc. I’ll never really understand the hype behind Horimiya. Yea, there’s some cute moments and Miyamura and Hori interact kinda naturally, but after the confession it gets mediocre. The build up and chase is always the best part of romance stories for me and when the characters reach that point it’s just meh.
The side characters are really the best part of the story and I enjoyed Horimiya: Piece the most when they were the focus. I still feel like even in the spin-off, characters like Sakura got shafted and weren’t on screen enough.
Credit where it’s due though, the last few minutes of this episode were really cute and it’s nice they adapted the epilogue.
