So what's the story or setting nanno is a part of?

The story Nanno’s apart of actually doesn’t have them as the main character. The story centers around Zana following her arrest and expulsion from college.

Zana and Nanno’s home dimension is called Mythea which is home to a plethora of magical creatures, but is currently facing a demora infestation pandemic. Demora are mindless beasts that have been responsible for the massacre of many. To combat the pandemic the dimension’s authorities have created a demora extermination force.

Zana wants to join but is brushed off as useless due to how she’s a flightless fae. She just decides to hunt on her own, but that’s landed her on the authorities’ radar since that’s illegal.

Following her expulsion, she’s exiled from her family out of embarrassment. Afterwards Zana goes on a mission to prove her capability and worth.

I’m currently working on writing this story. I have a long ways to go but it’s shaping up well enough.

In the story Nanno’s sorta a friend by circumstance. Nanno’s a vagabond with no real home. One day Zana finds them on her college campus trying to steal food and metal scraps. She soon offers Nanno a place to stay until further notice, but then further notice never comes so they end up being informal roommates. Since Nanno’s a changeling, they’re able to pose as Zana’s pet gecko whenever campus security are near.

I don’t have many settings drawn of this world since I struggle with backgrounds, but I have this that I made.

I’m aiming for something whimsical and fun!

I have binged and caught up with The Great North and it is a fantastic series! So many Bob's Burgers fans have taken a liking to The Great North and I can see why. It's a cooky loving family with its own identity, it doesn't feel like a cheap copy. You just naturally fall in love with the Tobins and their sense of humor.
