Labyrinth is one of my favourite films ever. I never get bored of it. I love that one of its message's is never let go of childish things or friendships. Never be ashamed of what they meant to you as you get older.

Inktober day 30: nightfall
I like the idea of them putting up plays in the park together and then rushing home because Sarah's late again <3

Showing off my new and improved Hoggle bookend, inspired by the one shown in Sarah's bedroom in Labyrinth!
I taught myself the basics of Blender to make a 3D model of Hoggle, which I then printed out on my Elegoo resin printer. Each piece was printed out each piece over the course of 30ish hours, then I assembled the pieces and added some modelling paste to give the 3D print a hand-made texture. Super pumped to see this one come together, it was my first big 3D printing project and it turned out beautifully in my opinion.
Another side project I've been working on, identifying and collecting all of the books that Sarah has on her desk in the film. Huge shout-out to the fine folks of the Replica Prop Forum who helped identify some of the books, I honestly did not expect us to find a couple of these titles and we managed to locate all of them based on this one screenshot from the film. It's extremely satisfying seeing all of these books on my shelf and knowing they match Sarah's collection exactly.

the labyrinth (1986)
one movie i feel every should watch AT THE VERY LEAST once in their lives. it perfectly encapsulates the (dark) fantasy genre of film prevalent during the 80s. from the characters to the whole concept, it is a very interesting watch. the whole feel of the film is immensely mystical and beautiful. i feel like it also combines both psychological aspects with vv catchy songs creating a pleasing contrast in my opinion. please watch if u haven’t !
