Been reading a lot of Soul Eater fanfic lately (yes im aware its the year 2021) and its got me thinking on how people who dont work for or associate with DWMA view miester-weapon partnerships. Like what do they think? Like if a random person is talking to a weapon in like a store and their partner comes up and is introduced as "this is my miester ____" what are they thinking? Do they see it like a work partnership (ex. Police Officers) or like friendship or like a "oh yeah they're so dating" kinda way? What movie/TV stereotypes are there about these partnerships? Is it like a romance trope? Do they even have movies/tv on them?

I love when fics leave it real ambiguous and mention that pretty much every miester-weapon pair date each other at one point because no one can really figure out emotions after they get good at Soul Resonance. Which led to my headcanon that some if not most of these pairs are actually in QPRs, which again brings me back to the question of what do everyday people think of these partnerships?

The alternate 2019 versions of the Umbrella fam have to have different names right??? Regardless of if they stayed with their mothers or ended up in a orphanage Grace wouldnt have the chance to name them (omg theyre personalities are also going to be so different). Robot Grace was the one to name them orginally so does that even mean Sparrow Academy has all the same names!??
