HmmmmMmmmm let me tell you more about Revali's condo building. Dead in the center of the city he's immediately in the most posh/vibrant area of downtown as soon as he's out the door.

There are only two penthouse condos (The Medoh suite being one of them) so he gets three directions of city views. All three outer walls are like, 90% glass so you really feel like you're soaring above the city skyline.

The main area of his apartment is open concept so the kitchen, tv area and dining room are all in the same large space. It makes the kitchen a very central spot in the home. Very convenient if you're someone who practically lives in the kitchen. Revali isn't but... maybe a future lover will enjoy cooking.

I collected reference pictures for funnies a while back:

Revali is ABSOLUTLEY the kind of guy who feels COMPLETELY at peace taking a bath in front of a massive window overlooking the city. (He knows that he's a work of art and has nothing to hide).

This open-view bath to me is the most important element to the whole apartment XD Hylian/Human Revali just strikes me as SUCH a bath person. He's luxurious like that.

Hello!! I absolutely love your art!! it's helping me find my own art style and confidence! Do you have any tips on shading or lineart :D?

hi tysm !! of course:D

most of the time i love to use vibrant n soft colors on my art, the way i shade these are pretty simple actually ! just take the base color and little by little start moving the the color wheel to the sides, to then, and change the tone of the color doing a curve shape.

and the result should look like this ! and if you want to make it look a little more fancier, u can try adding some highlights too.

i personally use white above w a slightly darker color than the base below it, to then change the layer mode to 'subexponer color', which gives the effect u can see here:D

and for lineart, do whatever you feel comfortable with !! try different brushes, with or without texture, give your lines volume or maintain them consistent, and if u want, you can even paint it !! there's so many ways to give ur lineart personality. experiment and stick w the one you think fits ur style better ^_^

here are some examples of the drawing w different things done on the lineart.

the fisrt image's lineart is colored to match the base colors. and, in the second one, the layer of the lineart was duplicated, and it's above the original, then changed to multiply mode, w opacity at 70%

and since we're talking about lineart, here's a version of the example done w a different brush !! + the sketch -sadly i was a little bit lazy to finish this one hfjdhf-

Eeee these types of questions always give me a hard time because I usually love everything I read because I find something to like about them 😭 but right now here are some favs !!! I hope you guys don't mind the tags 😭🙏

A Slow Paced Envy by @fumblingmusings !! It is SUCH a treat how they characterize every character in this story but I am particularly fond of the focus, Miss England <33 I absolutely ADORE all the little historical references and overall just how well-researched and how vividly I can imagine everything happening!!

Literally everything @historia-vitae-magistras turns into gold I swear. All the character musings and ideas and fics they put out are so consistently good that I just ??? often find myself having to put my phone down and pace around my room because of how good everyone is written JHHFJFH It's so hard to choose a favorite 😭 but this specific one, Love Is Stored In The Citrus on AO3, just hit me in all the fluffy spots. Maybe I'm biased because Arthur in this fic reminds me of someone I know very well, but yeah 😭 it doesn't stop it from being a great read!

One may accuse me of being biased bc they're a beloved bestie but idc because everyone needs to know just how fuckin good @the-gremlins-hotel 's writing is??? My personal fav will always be Seeker but Thanks for The Tip, Sugar (NSFW!) is ALSO VERY GOOD,,, the way they write Alfred and how she manages to make everything flow so so well is SO good I'm. in love.
