tips on refrigerator ownership for the mentally ill
1.) letting food go bad does NOT make you a Bad Person.
2.) it is okay to throw out only one thing at a time. even especially if there are a lot of expired things in there.
3.) give yourself permission to throw out tupperware once in a while.

your mistakes do not define you. the trajectory of your life is not ruined because of one slip up. keep going. do not let this moment fester in your mind forever. it can be easy to keep analyzing your mistakes and wondering where you went wrong. but fight the voices that tell you that you could have done better. you are trying your best 🌱☀️

decided to become a person i wanted to be so badly when i was younger :
happy, in love with life and my body, doing things I want to do and saying things I want to say, good at taking care of myself and someone who worries less and lives more, watch me

waking up every day and choosing not to give up takes a kind of strength not everyone understands. i see you, i know you're trying your absolute best, and regardless of what this world tells you, trying is more than enough. some will see and understand how hard you're fighting, and they'll love you for it.

💜
you are loved
even when it feels like there is nobody to really love you, especially then, remember that you love yourself.
you love yourself enough to try, to keep going, to smile, and to be.
don't let anybody dim your shine, not even yourself ✨
