(Genshin Impact x gn reader - sagau)

(second person pov)

Prologue —> part 1 —> part.2

After being tossed into the world of teyvat, you start to make your way down starsnatch cliff. Unlike what you had previously thought, the winds were quite gentle and gave you a sense of serenity that some what soothed your aching head. It was about sunrise when you had landed here so it shouldn’t take until sunset to get to mondstat.

the dirt path was a great aid to the city and in all honesty the walk down the cliff was quite nice as you got see the lovely sights of windrise and a ancient four winds temple.

there were a few adventures out and about but they paid you no mind. It was better that way. as you slowly approached the small cooking pot set almost right outside the city you decided it be best to test a few things.

Grabbing a small left over sack from the wood stump, you took out a small pocket knife sheathed in leather. Taking the small knife out you looked around to see if anyone was there. to your relief there was no one besides the pigeons on the bridge.

gently holding the knife you proceeded to make a small cut on the side of your wrist.

Gold..

quickly after your discovery you use the bandages in the small bag to cover it up. Wouldn’t want someone to see that..

gently holding the sack you found you thought it’d be best to keep it. It’s free no? Smiling happily with your newly found possession you started to walk across the large bridge.

a few characters you decided were best to avoid were obviously venti and kaeya. Venti was an archon so it was already a big no even if he didn’t know what you looked like. Kaeya is from khanria so who knows what he could sense. Both of them have visions so both of them could possibly recognize your aura.. even though venti uses a fake one, it’s still likely that as an archon he would recognize your aura regardless..

well that is if they decide to believe in the strange aura of yours. There’s a chance they won’t even bother tracking you down.

gathering your thoughts together you make your way into the city nodding at both of the guards as a sign of respect. To your surprise they didn’t even stop you from going in without a small questioning.. you guess it’s because they barely get any respect *snorts*.

walking into the city, you realize it’s about 9 o’clock and your a bit peckish after the long walk. Why not treat yourself to a delicious fisherman’s toast? looking around you as you make your way up to Sara, you find that the city is more crowded than what it seems to be in game. People by the fountain, merchants flocking the side of the paths, and even little kids playing with what looked to be a yo-yo. In all honesty it put a smile on your face. Everything was so beautiful.

making your way up to the counter of good hunter you spot a familiar sight, amber and Eula were eating at good hunter too! ‘Oh god it’s my otp AAAAAAA’

‘Calm down y/n..’

afraid of staring at the pair for too long, you glance away not noticing the strange look Eula shot at you.

after waiting in line for a little bit you manage to finally order your beloved fisherman’s toast. Using the mora inside your (stolen) bag you pay off the fisherman’s toast and find a spot to enjoy your crispy delight.

“Why hello there” a familiar but suave voice calls out to you.

“I haven’t seen you before, are you perhaps an outlander like our dear honorary knight?”

god.. it was kaeya

“Hm? Oh I’m actually from liyue.” You lie trying to maintain a calm demeanor.

“Oh? I Must say, you don’t dress like someone from liyue, I apologize for my assumption.” He looks down at you with a sly smile and inquisitive look.

“It’s no problem, really” god you never realized how hard it was to act.. you should’ve taken up those acting classes from your aunt.

“If you say so” he smiles again. “Enjoy your stay in mondstat I’d love to show you around some time traveler”

“Oh no, i mustn’t take up your time”

“Oh but I insist. Whats your name by the way lovely traveler?” He says with a confident look on his face.

“Y/n, you must be the suave Calvary captain that all the ladies in mondstat have been chatting about.” You tease him slightly to get the attention off of you

“You flatter me Y/n. Your quite the smooth talker yourself” he chuckles and smirks.

“Well it was nice getting to meet you, I must be on my way now, even though I would’ve loved to stay and chat”

“It’s no problem Kaeya” you smile softly and wave off to him as he walks away.

‘Holy fucking shit’

You felt as though your life flashed through your eyes as you finish up your fisherman’s toast. Hopefully he didn’t see through your facade.. he might’ve noticed your aura but probably dismissed it as something else. well he’s gone now so there’s no need to worry to much about him right now.

the thing you should be worrying about is going broke after all.

ayato: man? he is so mesmerised!! how the hell can someone as stunning as you even real? he always is looking out for the finer things in life, he is spoiled enough so he thinks he deserves it <3 he is the head of the clan am i right? :V so when he crosses paths with you on one of his journeys outside inazuma, he is stunned. stopping between his path and walking towards you, “excuse me, i don’t mean to be creepy, or won’t even be the slightest of daring and audacious… but what is your name?” the sincerity in his voice is so genuine that it feels natural. “y/n” you mumble. ayato swears his heart can’t take it, the way your voice echoed over and over in his head, damn!

zhongli: he first saw you when he was out as wangshang funeral parlor’s consultant. somebody had died in your household, what a grim vibe and atmosphere. he almost feels guilty for not being able to take his eyes off you. how you look devastated only makes him imagine over and over how gorgeous would your smile look. would you get dimples? do you smile with your eyes? he can’t keep that sight out of his mind. zhongli had a reputation throughout liyue, for the first time he was thankful for it, the opportunity to have a one-on-one with you. it could be something meagre, like his condolences of course! “greetings, i am here to offer my sincerest condolences for your loss, it must be truly painful,” he softly spoke, kissing your knuckles like a gentleman. “i know how it feels to lose your kin, your dear ones…” he continued, and somehow you could find the tranquility in his voice that you just needed<3

childe: you were at the northland bank for some transactions, and childe swears he hasn’t ever seen you before. how dare you miss his eyes? he looked at you and for a moment, malfunctioned 💀✨ you could swear he was speechless, absolutely stunned. “h-hey girlie,” he blushed, grinning at you with a chaotic, tooth rotting sweetness of a smile. “hello, childe,” you spoke. he was famous in liyue, for good and bad reasons. it was normal for you to know him hence, but boy! oh boy?!!?! childe never expected that :3 “you know my name?” he raised a brow, widening eyes and clearing throat to gain composure, “uh…” he smirked, turning on his charm switch and leaned closer, “it’s only fair i know yours,” the rest is history 🥰 ok? ok.

itto: he saw you when he was running from the kanjou commission, (his story quest get the gist pls) -,- he wanted to find beetles to fight with, but he laid his eyes on you. you were there, picking lavender melons. for the first time he felt an emotion that was… weird! his heart started racing, cheeks dusted red, “oh my god oh my god oh my god-” he looked at you like an excited kid, “GOD DAMN!” he groaned, watching you intently, completely forgetting about the onikabuto battle ok? and that’s saying something 😤 “tell ya what these bigger ones are actually the worse, they taste like shiiit~” he interrupted you, grinning and giddy. let’s just say you got a great friend that day, and an even greater boyfie xoxo

xiao: the yaksha basically rescued you from a group of samachurls. “worthless,” you hear him utter with absolute rage, absolute ruthlessness and the unflinching determination to slay. you noticed it took him mere seconds to finish them off. then he finally saw you, normally he doesn’t even remember the face of every civilian or a non-adventurer traveller that he saves. but to you? he comes closer and asks, “are you hurt?” you had a few scratches, nothing too serious. but boy were you traumatized. you shivered, shaking head no and quivering lips. it was then the alatus spoke, “i will protect you, always. don’t fear these monsters, just say my name and i’ll be there. my name is xiao,”

Qiqi stands, and you see her holding a basket in the crook of her other arm, full of greenery

(some u recognize like violet grass, horsetails, but others are completely new, wow u gotta wander around Liyue after u find somewhere to sleep tonight to check out how much more fleshed out it is irl...)

The little cryo user is the picture perfect image of sweetness 💝✨️

She kinda looks like she forgot the way back,, you figure you might as well ask

"Do you want help getting back to town? The pharmacy right?"

Qiqi looks back at you, and nods, "Okay...thank you..."

After hearing about your homeless situation, Qiqi and Baizhu offer the guest room for the night, also partially as a thank you for helping Qiqi (thank fuck theyre that nice)

After talking on the way over,

Turns out that Baizhu lives just out of town of Liyue, (not found in the game, was is it with not showing characters houses...) that way he has some greenery around his house, and has a garden out back :D 🌱

Baizhu just gets this strange familiar feeling from you (it almost reminds him of,, seeing a regular customer that has been to see him hundreds of times...) that convinces him to offer you a job at the pharmacy, in exchange for living in the guest room for awhile ! ! WOO

MISSION 1:

FIND SOMEWHERE TO SLEEP + GET A JOB, COMPLETED

Now MISSION 2:

GET MONEY, GET FOOD, SCOLD BAIZHU, LOVE QIQI

Literally on the first day out ur like,, Baizhu.

My boss, my friend, my buddy, my homie, my guyyyyy

U gotta let me go with Qiqi from now on, she will literally get lost hoe. 😐

Tapping ur foot at him and everything,

He's a little intimidated tbh bc ur so upfront about it, and agrees

U lowkey shame his parenting (and he actually feels quilty wow)

WITHIN THE FIRST COUPLE DAYS SHE ALSO SAID THIS!!

SO QIQI CANONICALLY HAS A NOTEBOOK ALREADY!!

(U help her press flowers in it to both leave inside as a pleasent surprise when she forgets about them, and attach some to the front 💖)

And SHE HAS A SCHEDULE.

In the morning, she goes herb picking, then makes medicine, and then does stretches at the end of the day before bed

(At least im pretty sure thats it, it was like 3 things so she could remember easily)

ON LIKE,, THE FIRST FEW DAYS WITH HER, SHE STARTS TO FOLLOW U AROUND MORE AND MORE LIKE A LITTLE DUCKLING

And she even says "...I started memory training exercises recently. So don't worry, I won't forget who you are." 🥲💘

Qiqi seemed excited to tell u all the plants u dont recognize and what they do in medicine,

U mostly think that bc she walked and talked a little faster,

her emotions arent super obvious bc apparently her facial muscles arent super flexible... :/

(she later on after she trusts you more, will sometimes let u rub her little cheeks and massage her face to let her have more range, she looks like a content kitten those times 😭😭)

But when ur not out and about Liyue's nature with Qiqi,

U do little odd jobs around Liyue, like dog walking, delivering peoples' medicine, and u even registered w/the Adventurer's Guild so u could take on small commissions :D

U used ur money to buy ingredients to cook food for urself and the household (bc Baizhu cant make anything besides soup and tea apparantly srsly how is this man alive)

And thru a series of trial and error (and consulting Xiangling..)

U made coconut milk!!! ✨️🥥🥛

Qiqi loved. It. Every. Time.

She's not tall enough to reach the kitchen counters w/o a stool, but she can peek her little head over it and put her fingers on the edge, which she does everytime u make it 😫😫🥺🥺

She has a 6th sense for everytime u make it, no matter where she is in the house/nearby lol

It was also one of the things she wrote down in her notebook that she didnt wanna forget LMAO

Next to a reminder that she knows you + other facts abt u, is "can make coconut milk"

You can bribe her with it too lol

QIQI BEST KITCHEN HELPER

Shes already Baizhu's assistant, so she is great at cutting, chopping, and prepping ingredients

She insists on helping u everytime, she'll even delay her morning routine for u to make breakfast <3

(U also make sure to remind her to eat and hydrate consistently, bc thatd be hard af to keep track of w/ memory issues, i would know 💀)

Also apparently u still have access to the character menu? And ur inventory?? And quests???

U CAN UPGRADE QIQI

(YESS YESSS- MAKE HER THE STRONGEST CHILD IN THE WORLD, GODLIKE STRENGTH THE IMMORTAL UNDYING QIQI AGENDA HAHAHAHA)

(Her outfits show up in her outfit screen!! theres just kinda a hologram button hovering over her chest at all times..)

She seems rlly fond of upgrading her, her weapon, and artifacts bc she likes to be a stronk 💪girl to protect ppl she loves aw <3

(SHE SAID SHE WAS HAPPY TO BE ABLE TO PROTECT U BETTER THE FIRST TIME U ASCENDED HERRRR 😭💘

She also likes to help u out with commissions too, it brings her some variety in her day that shes become fond of!!

Ur quests menu is rlly helpful for you but also her!! U just gently reroute her or remind her everytime she needs it :)

(she has slowly gone from asking you what she forgot/what she was supposed to be doing, to just... LOOKING UP AT YOUUUUU FOR THE ANSWERRRR W/O SAYING ANYTHINGGGGG 💔💔💔💔💔💔)

Bc u got jackshit all else to do in ur freetime, other than exploring, u started picking up some hobbies thatll benefit the both of you!

U bought some fabric and whatnot to make Qiqi a backpack!! So she doesnt have to carry around the herb basket anymore

(the ones being sold were too expensive, and werent quite right for her anyway, but u did stab urself enough times that Baizhu gave u bandages..)

You give it to her on her birthday!! (she also remembered yours!! She gave u herbal medicine and a necklace of gemstones she handmade like noctilous jade and cor lapis cries)

It has lots of pockets, bc Qiqi also likes to get interesting rocks or non-medicinal flowers to give you while yall are outside <3

She loves the backpack, u saw her make the

Smile ever, which made it even cuter to see

(She also just, held it to her chest the whole day 😭)

ALSO BC SHE STRIKES ME AS A SLOW BURN TYPE OF PERSON TO LOVE SOMEONE (idk if u get that feeling but thats what it seems like to me esp with her memory needing time to remember a new person, she apparently canonically cant always remember Baizhu's face??)

SO A RANDOM DAY AFTER ABOUT A MONTH AND A HALF, YALL WERE ABOUT TO GO HERB PICKING AGAIN AS USUAL,

WHEN SHE TOOK UR SLEEVE AND JUST,, STAYED THERE THE WHOLE TIME,,

EVEN WHEN SHE WAS HERB PICKING-

But when yall r in a crowd of Liyueans and tourists, she straight up latches onto ur hand like a vice grip

She WILL NOT lose you, and ur holding back just as hard, you WILL NOT lose ur amnesiac child!!!

She likes to come into town with u when u go bc while shes not a fan of crowds, she can deal with them a lot better when ur there 🥺

Plus she wants to be able to look out for you!!

U saw this in action in real time when Hu Tao was strolling down the path near where yall were herb picking off to the side

U were looking down at plants but noticed Qiqi not moving, and looked up to see the most intense staring contest ever LMAO

AND LIKE SOME KIND OF LIKE BIRD OR SQURRIEL WHEN THEY LIKE FREEZE AND THEN BOLT WHEN U ARENT EXPECTING IT THEY ARE OFF LMFAO

QIQI IS RUNNING FOR THE HILLS, ITS LITERALLY INSANE TO WATCH HER BE SO FAST AHSHAKKALDFH

HU TAO IS ALSO FAST BUT LIKE THERES STILL A GOOD AMOUNT OF DISTANCE BETWEEN THEM-

AS U FINALLY GET OVER THE SHOCK, U RUN AFTER THEM LOL

THEY QUICKLY OUT PACE UR SLOW ASS AND UR HUNCHED OVER DYING AND JUST BEFORE THEY GET OUT OF RANGE U HEAR-

"YOU HAVE TO LET ME PUT YOU TO REST, DON'T WORRY YOU'LL LIKE IT DOWN THERE THE DIRT IS NICE AND COLD!!"

AND AN INDIGNANT "No!"

LMAO HU TAO GIVES UP 2 HOURS LATER, AND QIQI WAS LITERALLY RUNNING AND CLIMBING THE WHOLE TIME LMFAO

it was kinda shocking to finally have ran into him (bc u figured there was no way he would come down to see some rando human, even if u had almond tofu)

AND HE'S PASSED OUT??!!?!?!

Bonus: Zhongli has been going in-fucking-sane trying to locate where u are lol, Hu Tao literally made him take a few days off bc he was pacing around the harbor so much 😭

He always seems to get to where you are, just as you leave the area (apparently Qiqi's deathlike presence throws off ur very full of life one)

Literally as soon as you landed (woke up?) On Liyue soil, he was hyper aware of you

The other adepti are searching the rest of Liyue just in case ur someone where else

i feel bad requesting so soon but um! Keqing coming home from a bad day at work, only to be welcomed by her wife and their kid(s?) who made dinner for her, and then they spend quality time together! if it's not much trouble?

Keqing Family Fluff After Work

Characters: Keqing x Fem!Reader.

Warnings: None! Just a lot of fluff.

Notes: Thank you for requesting! I hadn't written Keqing in a while and I missed her, this was very wholesome to write. Halfway through I forgot about the dinner part but I hope you enjoy it still!

It’s late at night when you hear the front door opening, the sun already past hidden by the time you feel Keqing’s steps on the wooden floor, coming towards the only light in the house: The kitchen, where you find yourself now.

You see your wife entering the room, covering her yawning mouth with the back of her hand. Her lilac eyes look tired in yours, her entire demeanor slow and heavy as she approaches you.

“Ah, I'm finally back. Hello, my love. You're still awake, aren't you? You were waiting for me again tonight?” She says, her voice slow and tired. “I'm so sorry, I lost track of time. There were just so many things I had to take care of today…”

“It’s okay, my heart.” You walk up to her, pressing your lips to her cheek softly in reassurance. Her skin warms to your touch. “Did you have a busy day?”

Keqing nods, locks of lilac hair falling over her eyes at the motion.

“More than usual. I mean, with Rex Lapis gone, things have been even more chaotic than ever. There are so many things that need to be done, and the work is never-ending. I've been at it so long that my back's killing me.” She sighs, stroking her back. Then, her eyes light up “…Oh! But I almost forgot! I had something very important I wanted to tell you.”

“What is it, my love?” You tilt your head, listening intently.

“Remember those plans that I was drawing up for new development in the city? Well… I finally finished my proposal, and I took it to the Liyue Qixing this afternoon… And they said yes! We're finally going to start a big construction project.” She tells you, her lilac eyes sparkling in the dim light of the night. “I guess it just goes to show that anything is possible when you put in the work. Heh… Just don't tell the others, but I'm still not quite sure what I'm doing as the Yuheng of the Qixing.”

Keqing walks up to the kitchen table and sits down with a heavy sigh. She is visibly exhausted, her limbs heavy with the tiredness of the day. You walk up to her, placing your hands on her shoulders, smiling softly at her.

“That’s wonderful news, sweetheart! You had been working very hard on that project!”

Keqing returns the smile, her lips tugging at the corners with poorly-concealed pride.

“I know! It’s really… It's really been a long day. I've been running around the city, making sure that everything is proceeding smoothly. I’ve had a bunch of important meetings, too… All sorts of paperwork and contracts to sign. I'm exhausted.”

You rub her back lovingly, your hand slowly stroking her skin through the work shirt she’s wearing. She sighs and leans to your touch, your warmth slipping through her veins in waves.

“You did so good, my heart. I’m so proud of you.” You lean down, pressing your lips to her temple in a familiar gesture of affection. She briefly closes her eyes to the contact. “You deserve a reward. Anything you want.”

“Anything, you say?” Keqing leans her head onto your shoulder, locks of lilac hair tickling your neck, and you can almost see her blushing. “There does seem to be something I want…”

You smile softly, playfully so. “Hm? And what would that be?”

Keqing turns her face to you, her sharp eyes finding yours and softening around the corners.

“Maybe a massage to ease the tension in my shoulders… And maybe a nice hot bubble bath… And then we can head to bed?” Keqing’s eyes sparkle with affection at the idea. “What do you say, my love?”

You lean to her, pressing a gentle kiss to her lips. You smile against her mouth, and feel Keqing shivering underneath.

“That sounds wonderful. Why don’t you take a seat on the couch and wait for me there? I will be right there.”

She is quick to nod. “Okay, I can do that.”

Keqing goes to the couch and sits down on it with her eyes still sparkling, smiling to herself with excitement. She gazes warmly at you, waiting patiently for you to return. She smiles again when she hears footsteps. She is expecting you to return with the massage, and maybe something else. Keqing is already leaning back against the couch and is looking forward to what comes next, turning to the sound.

“Ah, you're back already, my love. I didn't think that would be so— Oof!”

Two kids jump at her on the couch, giggling. “Mom is home! Mom is home!”

Keqing is startled by the sudden movement of the two kids, and looks at them with wide eyes. She quickly regains her composure when she realizes that it’s her two kids, their lavender hair and sharp intelligent eyes unmistakable, and they are just excited to see her.

“Hey, you two!” Keqing picks up the kids, and begins to tickle them. She laughs along with the children, and the three of them have a very happy reunion. “Why are you up this late? You should be sleeping!”

Keqing kisses their heads, and the kids playfully pinch Keqing’s cheeks to get a reaction. The kids' presence brings Keqing a feeling of joy, as if her tired mind has been instantly refreshed, two little suns in the dim light of the room.

“We couldn't sleep without Mom's bedtime story!” Says the older one, barely six.

��We missed you!” Says the smaller one, four years old and hanging tightly to Keqing’s shirt.

Seeing how happy the two kids are, and how much their presence has improved the mood of the whole apartment, Keqing can't help but be filled with love and appreciation, sinking into her bones as the sight.

Then, you come into the room. Your soft footsteps make the three of them turn their heads towards you.

“So, about that massage— Oh, kids! You were supposed to be sleeping!”

Keqing chuckles, seeing the surprise drawn all over your features.

“That's what I told them, but they said they couldn't fall asleep without hearing my bedtime story first.”

The two kids are clinging to her legs, looking up at her mom with wide eyes and pleading facial expressions, Please!

“Come on children, your mom is tired from work.” You walk up to them and slowly kiss their hair, a thoughtful expression behind your eyes. Then, you smile. “How about we give her a comforting massage, all three of us?”

The kids jump in unison, cheering with their little fists in the air, their eyes crumpling with smiles.

“Yey! We’d love to massage you, Mom! We want to help you relax!”

The two kids are clearly very excited and pleased at the idea, and are already bouncing on their toes.

“What do you say, my love?” You caress the side of Keqing’s face with your fingers, soft and light. Keqing smiles, her skin growing the faintest shade of pink at the contact, and nods slowly.

“Sure, I could definitely use a massage.” She leans up on the couch, and the kids are quick to climb onto her stomach, eager to start the massage. The two kids work together to give a relaxing massage to Keqing, and she laughs and enjoys the warmth and energy of her kids as they work on her back with your help, too. The family atmosphere fills all four of you with joy and love. “It feels great to have you and the kids take care of me, too.”

After a while of massaging and laughing together as a family, the kids start yawning, covering their mouths with their little hands.

“Sleepy…” Says the older one, rubbing her lilac eyes.

The two kids are starting to fall asleep, already curling up as they massage Keqing sleepily. Keqing chuckles and kisses the children’s hair, but makes no effort to stop them from sleeping.

“Looks like you two are about to nod off.” She says, and the kids nod, blinking slowly. Keqing smiles softly, now looking at you. “I think the four of us can have a bedtime story together now. How about we read a book about a fun adventure?”

“That sounds wonderful, my love.”

You nod, and you’re quick to go to the kids’ room and fetch a book. You all gather around together on the couch, and Keqing reads the book aloud. The story of a girl discovering an entirely new world brings a magical, cozy feeling to the room. The kids close their eyes and start to doze off. They are soon fast asleep in Keqing’s arms, and she smiles at you, before the both of you take the children to their bedroom.

Closing the door to the girl’s bedroom behind you, you take Keqing’s hand in yours with an apologetic smile. “I’m sorry, my love. I know you wanted a romantic night of relaxation.”

Keqing looks at you and smiles warmly, affection pouring out of her like a waterfall.

“Oh, you know me. It’s okay. These things just happen sometimes, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Just one look at our girls, and all the tiredness has been washed away.” She presses a kiss to your cheek, and then pulls you close to her. She whispers to your skin, “I really love our life together.”

“It’s late, but…” You press your lips to hers tenderly. You smile at her, your eyes sparkling with playfulness and oh, so much affection. “That nice hot bubble bath sounds good. If it’s something that you still want?”

“Oh, I really do. After a long day of work, a comforting bath… Nothing could be better, to be honest. Let's get cozy and go to sleep afterwards.” Keqing nods enthusiastically, her lavender hair falling over her shoulders at the motion. “That sounds like the perfect conclusion to the day. Let’s go, my love.”

And then, you and Keqing head to the bathroom together to enjoy a beautiful conclusion to a busy day.

aA can I make a small request of Childe and a shy S/O who's quiet/not so vocal in bed? Well, they'd make some sounds but they're quiet. Those two have had their intimate moments together but it's usually always Childe that's initiating it. So one day they're the one initiating it for the first time, but since they're shy... They're far too embarrassed to ask. Ignoring their 'problem' isn't going to help either, so they try to figure out how to ask him or get his attention... "You want me to take care of you?" he asked, causing you to nod. He hummed softly, picking you up and immediately helping to undress you. You, finally deciding to be a little more bold, slowly started unbuttoning his shirt, before lowering your hands as you looked at his scarred chest. You always loved to trace over them after a long night shared between the two of you. Ajax finished undressing you and finally laid you down against the mattress once he'd finished undressing himself. You sighed softly when your back hit the bed, watching as he gently grabbed one of your hands and kissed your knuckles. His other hand made its way further downward as he started to play with your hole, slipping his fingers in and scissoring them to prep you. Diluc had always been an overprotective parent, even before the first of his children were born.

Took any kind of morning sickness wayy too seriously.

For the first few months, he wouldn't let you do anything on your own.

Shopping? Servants had it handled. Cooking? Are you insane, he had his own chefs for a reason! Cleaning? Hello, maids? Going out for a walk? Don't you know there are thieves and bandits and who knows what out there?!

One day, you sat him down and had to tell him if you were stuck inside for one more day, you were going to lose your mind.

Growing up, nothing was too much for his kids. They wanted a pony for their birthday? They got a pony.

His kids could also do no wrong. His kid punched yours? Well, what did yours do to upset his? Of course, once they got back home, he would teach his kid more efficient ways to deal with their feelings.

I can't see Diluc having a small family, I just can't. He has to have at least ONE set of twins.

Kaeya was the parent that all the other kids wished they had.

Sure, Diluc spoiled his kids with toys and ponies and whatnot, but Kaeya was the cool dad!

Probably let his kids go out on small "missions" with him, day or night

Slow, boring paperwork days were always bring-your-kid-to-work days for him, much to Jean's dismay

His kid wasn't as mischievous as Kaeya, but archons were they curious. Even if Jean was sure she locked the door, somehow they ended up in rooms they definitely were not supposed to be in

Kaeya knows what a dangerous world it is, so he makes sure to train his kid in at least the basics with a sword.

Believe me, Kaeya makes sure his kid knows his parents love each others. Constant kisses and hugs and snuggles, enough to make any kid go "bleugh, so gross!"

He's still affectionate to his kid, of course. More often than not the 3 of them share one bed.

Often times takes his kid to play with his cousins. He's the uncle that's always telling stories that you're not sure really happened, but they just might've.

"Have you guys heard of the legend of the Darknight Hero? Well what if I told you guys that I knew him personally?" type beat

Venti is definitely a "go do whatever you want" kind of parent.

He stood by your side the whole pregnancy, but once that kid was out, he was irritatingly more carefree

He still took care of his little family, don't get me wrong, but at least in the beginning he probably wasn't there enough

He would come back every night and sing his child to sleep, but often times during the day he was off doing who knows what

That is until, one day he completely forgot his kid had a performance at the church that day! By the time he realized, it was already over and his child was giving him the silent treatment.

From that point on, Venti made sure to make it up to them. Constant affection, hugs, kisses, reassurances, songs about how amazing they were, and he was never late to any of his kids musical performances.

Of course, he made sure to make it up to you as well. He knew you had to do so much without him, and he would do everything to make it right

Takes you both out to see the most beautiful spots in Mondstadt. While you're admiring nature, he's admiring his family, singing about how you're his beautiful windblume and your child is his wonderful and free dandelion

Jean is a very caring (if not overprotective) mother

While she wants her kid to be happy, she also wants them to be ready for what life throws at them

How to care for themselves, how to defend for themselves, how to clean up after themselves, how to cook for themselves...

You often have to gently remind her that kids will only be kids once and to ease up on them

Jean is a very busy woman, but she loves her kid and wants to give you a break as well, so she often brings them with her to HQ with her.

"So it's perfectly okay for you to bring your child, but when I bring my darling little angle there's a problem?" Yes Kaeya, because Jean actually watches her kid and they're not wandering the building unattended! Kaeya has the audacity to act offended over being told this.

While Jean's kid is naturally curious as well, they prefer to stay in the mothers office chatting or just reading a book.

Definitely takes her family out on picnics on any days off she gets to have

Lisa already has the MOST mommy energy, do you know how she'd be as an actual mother??

Her kids are getting lunches with handwritten notes EVERYDAY!

If you were pregnant, she would remind you of how lovely you are everyday and how cute your kid would be!

Would be just as excited if she were the one pregnant, although her cravings and constant nausea in the beginning would be quite challenging

If you chose to adopt, the first kid you meet is the one to her and she decorated their room for them that night.

"Oh, honey! I saw you playing with the eldest Ragnvindr boy earlier~!" "EW MOM WE'RE JUST FRIENDS-" would totally tease their kids for their crushes.

But when it came to get serious, she gave THE BEST relationship advice for her kids.

Once they're older, her kids help her out at the library with simple jobs.

She thought about having them help out when they were younger, but just thinking about what such young children can make out her perfectly organized library...the thought still makes her shudder to this day.

Once again, Kaeya is salty nobody says anything to Lisa about having her kids here. ("They're WORKING Kaeya! Do you even know where your child is right now?!" "I'm sure they headed towards the barracks, they've been awfully curious about our armory lately." Jean is about to explode.)

diluc canonically being the more rambunctious child while kaeya was roped into their shenanigans.... diluc charging out of the winery with his claymore because he thought some naked guy was harassing his maids.... diluc sneaking alcohol when he and kaeya were younger.... guh

The first time I saw this two days ago I felt so touched that you are curious about my opinion 🥺💜

And now, when I am finally done with Kaeya's hangout I am so fhsyshabsuwi holding him in my hands 🤲

I literally spammed a friend about it so much and there were so many moments I nearly cried about.

I KNEW DILUC WOULD BE THE TROUBLE MAKER KID WHILE KAEYA WOULD BE A SHY POLITE ONE. One that note I also wanted to cry so much when Adelinde told us stories about the two, I love her so so much, I was excited to see her 💜 Also it feels like Kaeya was a little more favourite to Adelinde lmao - she couldn't protect those rare bottles from him. And that's also adorable. She wants to spoil him every chance she has😩

ALSO THE WAY DILUC IS SO HUFFY YET STILL WELCOMING OF KAEYA AT THE WINERY. And it's so amazing how everyone at the winery misses and trusts Kaeya - that moment when he sends Elzer to the doctor and the man passes the winery duties to the Cavalry Captain WITHOUT A SECOND THOUGHT had me pleasantly stunned. And Kaeya handled things immaculately.

AND HOW THEY STILL ADDRESS HIM AS MASTER KAEYA AND ARE SO SWEET WITH HIM.

It was also nice to hear a little bit about Crepus. I bet this man had weekly headaches from raising two boys. And that he made a drink specifically for Kaeya (and I believe he did this to both sons many times) is so heartwarming.

And how Diluc is protective of his maids 😭 grabbed his weapon and ran outside to protect them the moment they assumed the danger.

I loved the three ways of Kaeya's hangout - in Sumeru, Liyue and helping the choir, but my ultimate favourite ones are at the Dawn Winery. I haven't felt such warmth from any of the character's hangouts. Everything is just as I pictured it to be.

On side note - now that Diluc being a troublemaker is a canon, I can say that Rufus from my family AU is gonna be so much like his father in his chilhood and teens.

Hello! First time requesting on your blog so I hope I do it right.

Could I request Zhongli with an s/o who's a sea demon? The two were originally enemies because of reader's immensely powerful control over water and the two would fight for the silliest reasons. But after a bunch of fights, Zhongli began to fall for and eventually they got married but hid their relationship from the public.

People still believed that the two hate each other, so imagine their shocked faces when Zhongli and reader meet up and start kissing while calling each other pet names.

I lost my energy to post the past days so… yes ✅/⭐️.

“Morax!” You said as you saw him eat a bit of your sandwich. Slightly angered at him as he opened his eyes and looked at you.

“Sorry Y/N I was hungry.” He replied as you came closer. You scoffed at him and hit him lightly. The adepti watched you and Zhongli at the picnic.

Xiao was with Ganyu and the other yakshas Seemingly interested by cloud retainer and mountain shaper. The birds entertained the them.

Madam ping and moon carver focused on the wellbeing of the picnic and little gathering. With gouba helping out with them.

You looked at Zhongli with anger. Trying to get your desired sandwich back to which he responded by handing it over and splitting it into two.

You were shocked and take the half he gave you. Staying silent as the kids came up to you. Also wanted some of your sandwich. You gave them the half Zhongli gave you as they all took pieces.

Zhongli noticed this and gouba gave him more food. Handing a full sandwich to you and ate his. SeaGazer and Skybracer focused on keeping everyone safe. Watching from afar to make sure no one would bother the group and ruin the gathering.

The event was enjoyful and would have many more to come in the future. Except the archon war… ending the lives of some of the adepti. Effectively protecting liyue and dieing in honor. -_-_-_-_

Many moons have since passed since the dreadful war. Many thoughts still clouded your mind of the images of fallen soldiers and adepti. You shaked your head clearing it out of the memories. Making your way to one of the restaurants you had a reservation for.

Seeing as Zhongli was waiting for you. Both of you went inside and enjoyed your lunch. Going out and playfully fighting. Many were puzzled. Weren’t you and Morax enemies? Staying close to Zhongli on a bench you kissed and called him a pet name with him doing the same back.

Many were confused as you got bombarded with questions. Answering as many as you could before rushing off somewhere with him. “Too much people for my liking it was like a crowd.” You said as you arrived to the spot.

“It’s understandable. Would you like some tea and to go take a stroll?” “Yeah! We can go tomorrow.” You said with a smile and dangled your feet. “Why are you so dedicated to hiding your archon form?” Asking him in a whisper. “Well they think I died remember?” “I wasnt there.”

“Oh.” You both said to eachother and laughed. Looking at the view ahead of you both. Watching the cranes fly and animals move around was relaxing.

Aether x Reader Female hybrid(demon and human)!Reader -------------------------------------------------

Love at first sight.

Aether was passing by Liyue and had spotted a pair of horns and thought “Oh! A monster! Guess I better take care of that.” and he sneaked up on you. You were asleep leaning on a tree and suddenly, you were awake and had punched Aether in the face. “OH MY GOSH I'M SO SORRY!” you quickly moved your arms away and bowed to try and apologize.” - “Oh no no no- you shouldn’t be apologizing to me! I thought you were a hilichurl or slime so I planned to uh.. Kill you?” You sighed “Most people try..” and he looked a bit confused, “why is that?” he asked, a bit confused.

“I am an outcast for these stupid demon horns.” You tug on your horns and then grit your teeth since they are sensitive. “I wish I wasn’t born with these..” He had a frown on his face. “Well, I'm not exactly human myself,” he said. You looked at him “Well you look human.. You smell human..” You got closer to him and your tail swayed back and forth. His face went red as you were VERY close to his face trying to see if he was human or not. “It's hard for me to tell which human scent is yours since you have so many different scents on you.” You backed away and saw how red he was. He was a blushing mess since no one was that close to his face, especially someone who was as pretty as you.

Aether coughed and changed the subject. “Xiao had mentioned you a few times.. He said he took you in?” You nodded quickly. “He's my dad! Well, I just call him that. He raised me.” Aether was in awe, he never knew xiao could be a parental figure. Then, Xiao appeared. “You both said my name.” You ran up and hugged him and he was embarrassed since Aether was here but he hugged you back, hesitantly. “Dad! Dad! I made a friend!” You pointed to Aether and Xiao was relieved it wasn’t some hilichurl again. “Hello Aether.” Xiao greeted Aether. “Didn’t know you were the type to have kids Xiao.” Aether smiled at him and Xiao just looked away a bit embarrassed. “Well you two have fun.. I need to go back to my work.” And in a flash, he was gone. Xiao never mentioned ‘killing demons’ around you. Aether looked a bit confused but never asked. “So…. What do you want to do, new friend?” You asked Aether. “Call me Aether.” He smiled, “But how about we take a little walk around?” He had no clue what to do with you since he doesn’t really know your interests. “Sure! I know this place like the back of my hand! Want me to show you around?” Aether nodded and you took him by the hand and dragged him to the top of a mountain with an amazing view of Liyue Harbor. “Never knew this was a place you could see Liyue at… Guess I needed a little more exploration on my map!” He took out a map and started drawing a star on this exact spot. “Why are you doing that?” You asked him. “So I can remember the good times when I leave.” - “You're leaving?? When?” You looked sad not wanting to have your new friend leave so soon. “No, not soon, when I find my sister I will go home.” You frowned and hugged him. “I don’t want you to leave!” - “I promise to come visit when I can, okay?” - “Okay..”Aether and you watched the stars and he ended up falling asleep on you. You picked him up and laid his head on your lap so he would be more comfortable. Timeskip to morning You were humming, he slowly started to wake up but nuzzled back into your lap and a few seconds later he realized where he was and literally JUMPED off. “U-UHM” He began a red stuttering mess. “I AM SOSOSOSOSO SORRY!” He tried to apologize but you giggled at him. “It's fine! I put you there.” He looked shocked for a minute then turned even redder than red. He coughed and said “W-well how about we start our morning off with some breakfast? I can cook.” You nodded happily. He cooked you some Lotus Flower Crip’s. You ate them all. He laughed and said “Wow! Someone was hungry.” You scoffed “You have no respect for the ways of demons.” Clearly mocking Xiao, he started laughing more. “Oh Archons, you're funny!” You giggled and said “I just want to have a good bond with my friend!” And for some reason, when you said friend. It hurt him. His heart started to ache, not knowing why he frowned. “Are you okay? Did I say something wrong?” You had a worried look on your face when you said that since he just started frowning out of the blue. He quickly stopped that and apologized since he was just ‘thinking about something’ as he put it. You hugged him, “I hope it wasn’t anything bad..” His heart raced a tiny bit at this small action, and he had no clue what the heck was going on. You got off of him and he had the urge to pull you back for another hug.

Xiao, watching from the distance how he was getting a little too close for comfort to you.

Xiao had one and only one idea on what he could be doing. The human emotion called “Love” is what he was feeling. Did Xiao like that? Not really. He didn’t want his beloved future protector to fall in love with Aether. He was just worried that Aether would break your heart and you wouldn’t be the same. Xiao loved the way you were and he didn’t want you to be a depressed little demon. Aether was giggling and so were you. Both of you are happy at the moment, hoping xiao wasn’t gonna drag you away again for some stupid task. You jinxed it. “(Name). I need your help with something.” You groaned and said goodbye to Aether. Timeskip to a few days later You came back covered in wounds and blood while Xiao remained unharmed. He put you through some ‘basic training’ with some high-level monsters. Aether had been waiting for your return and saw you in such a state. He immediately scolded Xiao and helped wrap you up in bandages. “How could you do such a thing! SHE'S COVERED IN BLOOD AND SCARS!” Xiao disappeared, not trying to deal with him. Did he feel bad for putting you through that? No one will know. You flinched when Aether yelled at Xiao. He noticed that and gently hugged you and apologized. “I was so worried about you and I knew I should have just told Xiao we were busy… I am so sorry you got into that..” You smiled and cuddled against him, resting for the first time in days. You instantly fell asleep. Aether sighed and mumbled under his breath.

“I love you..”

HELLO! HI! I HAVE JUST COME TO THE REALIZATION NOTHING IS STOPPING ME FROM WRITING HEADCANONS OF [NAME] BEING LIKE, 14 IN GUIDE AU AND BEING ADOPTED BY EVERYONE

Keep in mind this is not the canon, this is me having ideas that make my found family loving heart very happy.

Please enjoy but either way, oh well because I need to write this for my soul.

This also isn't very good, this is me rambling and it has been sitting in my drafts because I didn't know if I should post it or not.

For some context... ish. This is very self indulgent.

[Name] didn't always look their age, or act it to be honest, and when people think you're a god they let you get away with a lot of things.

So honestly [Name] didn't bother telling anyone their age, it didn't bother anyone, it's not like they had anyone flirting with them, it's not like it would gain them any respect, the only thing it might provide was an explanation for some more childish behaviors of theirs but if you look at Venti, you know it's uncommon of gods to be immature.

It only really came up on accident though someone was bound to find out someday.

It was supposed to be just another Teyvat meeting. Zhongli had some paperwork he wanted signed, Ei had some questions about offerings, Childe wanted me to help him fight Aether, Diluc was fighting the urge to drop kick Scaramouche, Xiao and Venti had gone somewhere and Albedo and Dainsleif were caught in a conversation about some kind of project, that wasn't everyone but it was normal.

However, [Name] found a bit of a problem in the paperwork and sighed. They really didn't want to lie about their age or have anyone know but unfortunately this piece of paper was about payment for items and required you to be of legal age, something [Name] was unfortunately not, so they slid the paper back over in Zhongli's direction who then looked up at them.

"Was there something wrong with it?" He asked and [Name] shrugged.

"I can't sign it. I'm not old enough yet."

Zhongli paused at that, staring at them for a few moments. "Please repeat that…"

"I'm not old enough to sign that. You need to be at least eighteen. to sign for anything regarding financial issues in that country, I'm not." [Name] did their best to reply casually and not make a big deal out of it and luckily for them, Zhongli seemed pretty relaxed about the whole thing.

"How old are you exactly?" He asked.

[Name] internally sighed, hoping there wouldn't be any getting in trouble for this. "Fourteen."

Zhongli blanched and [Name] could tell they were likely going to get a rant regarding the fact they had signed so much paperwork, but he surprised them, simply asking "Why didn't you inform us?"

Again, [Name] shrugged. "No reason to. I have a bedroom I can act like a kid in if I so chose."

Unfortunately Zhongli shook his head "No, that won't do. I'll speak with the other archons about lessening your workload and finding you some friends in your age range."

[Name] held back a look of disgust. "No thank you. I'm doing fine, please just treat me according to how I act."

Zhongli nodded and [Name] hoped that would be the end of it.

Update, it was not the end of it. Two days later, [Name] had been called out to make an appearance in Liyue, some sort of holiday celebration.

If [Name] was being truthful, they weren't actually listening during the meeting, planning their later adventure with Venti and Kaeya, unfortunately that meant they had no clue what they had said yes too.

They had arrived only twenty minutes before but found themselves facing both Zhongli and Childe at a restaurant that had been reserved and [Name] fought to the urge to berate the duo over just how much money this must have cost.

Not long into the meal, Zhongli brought it up again, this time, and [Name] was tempted to say he did this on purpose, with Childe in the room.

"So, Your Grace, I've spoken at length with the other archons over how your duties will change now that we are aware of your situation."

Childe raised an eyebrow "Situation?" He asked.

"Don't worry about it." [Name] told him, glaring daggers into the archon's head, who simply smiled like the self assured asshole he is and spoke, much to [Name]'s chagrin. "Their age. Their Grace is in fact, a minor."

[Name] had to restrain themselves from making a I'm a Minor, and I'm Neurodivergent joke, but decided against it.

Childe looked over to them in shock "You're a kid?! But you act so old… that does explain a lot though."

[Name] rolled their eyes "I don't know if that's a compliment or an insult."

Childe grinned before pausing for a moment and asking another question "What about your family?"

[Name] also paused.

"What do you mean?" Zhongli asked.

Childe straightened himself in his chair as he explained. "Most human children really should spend as much time as possible with their family. I don't know how old they are exactly-" Childe was cut off by Zhongli "Fourteen" "Oh that's even worse. Your Grace, again I ask, what about your family?"

[Name] shrugged once more. "They showed me how to care for myself, I'm sure they'll appreciate that I'm putting those oh so important life skills to use."

Child shook his head. "That's not what I meant. I mean, what are you going to do about your family now?"

"I just told you, they'll be fine."

Childe looked over to Zhongli who shrugged. He knew he wasn't the most aware of the emotional needs of human or godly children.

Childe groaned in annoyance and turned back to [Name] "I mean, you're gonna need somebody to be a sibling or parental figure."

[Name] stared at him. "... No. I refuse. Absolutely not. All of you act more like children than I do. Not a fucking chance."

To [Name]'s annoyance, Childe just laughed "I'd be happy to be your older brother. I'm sure my parents would also be happy to be your parents."

Zhongli nodded slowly in understanding. "If it's a parental figure you need, an archon like myself would be a much better choice to teach you about growing up into godhood."

[Name] buried their face into their arms and groaned.

When [Name] made a return to Mondstadt, they had a few more unwelcome interactions regarding their legal guardian.

It midday on a so far enjoyable Saturday afternoon, they sat in the training grounds of the Knights headquarters, watching Jean care for Klee and witnessing Bennetts usual stunts when training with Kaeya. [Name] winced at a particularly hard smack on the older man's ankles.

They almost didn't notice when the wind began to pick up, chiming in their ears and attempting to draw their attention.

[Name] tuned into their song just long enough to hear the wind call Venti's name before tuning out once more and mentally preparing themselves for his arrival.

As always when the bard arrived, it wasn't without his share of theatrics.

He had apparently jumped from the top of the knights of Favonius headquarters and didn't bother to use anything to catch his fall until the last moment.

[Name] wasn't startled at his arrival, the warning from the wind being enough, but Bennett sure was, resulting in missed swing from his mentor and a hard blow to his side.

Kaeya looked to the side awkwardly for a moment before regaining his usual demeanor. "And that, is why you don't take your eyes off of your opponent."

Venti simply smiled at let out a small '"ehe!" Before turning to face [Name] who looked at him in confusion as they greeted him.

"Good Morning Venti… Is there something you need?"

He grinned and [Name] just knew they had opened the floodgates to something they didn't want.

"I hear you need a family."

They resisted the urge to punch his stupid smily face.

"I don't need a family." They told him "I'm perfectly fine without a family here in Teyvat."

Jean looked over at the two in curiosity "What are you talking about?"

Venti grinned even wider but [Name] jumped to their feet and placed their hands over his mouth before he could speak, leaving his words as untranslatable noises.

[Name] answered for the muffled god. "Nothing, don't worry about it. Go back to your previous task."

Venti laughed behind their hand and forcibly pulled their arm away from his face. "Their Grace is a child~" he told Jean in a sing song voice.

"Really? You're gonna talk like that and claim I'm the kid in this situation?"

Jean stared at [Name] for a while before whispering "Are you really?"

[Name] rolled their eyes. "Yes. Yes I am. I am fourteen years of age."

She looked at [Name] with a level of pity that tempted them to throw her off a cliff.

"That must be so lonely… to be in a new world without a family… I would gladly take you in if you wanted me as your mother."

[Name] huffed. "This, this is why I don't tell people."

[Name] had no plans for returning to Mondstadt or Liyue for the time and visiting Snezhnaya would only make Childe's insistence worse, so Inazuma it is.

Arriving, they were constantly on guard for any comment that could have been made towards their age and when they could have sworn Ei was going to say something, they quickly redirected the conversation, requesting to plan a visit to the Kamisato estate, hoping, praying, to anyone who would listen and apparently themselves that nothing would be said.

When they arrived at the estate, all they wanted to do was discuss business. The first conversation ended up derailed however, instead of focusing on trade deals with Snezhnaya and moving towards family stories, Ayato had plenty of stories to tell about his dear younger sister.

It was a story that took place when Ayaka was around [Name]'s age that caused them to tense and one of the two to ask what was wrong.

Honestly [Name] had enough of avoiding the topic at this point that they simply explained, starting with the fact they were fourteen and ending with several tales of people insisting they have a legal guardian while in Teyvat.

"See, the issue is that if I choose someone to be my family, it's like choosing a vessel but twenty times worse. If I choose the wrong person, they'll hold it over everyone else's head for eternity!"

Ayato and Ayaka simply shared a look. "Perhaps" Ayaka began "You could be a part of our family. You'd definitely enjoy it and we promise to be respectful towards others."

Ayato chuckled "For the most part at least."

[Name] simply shook their head. "I'm fine as I am. I really really am."

It was almost 3 weeks later when [Name] got a knock on the door to their bedroom.

With a call for them to enter, [Name] put down the book they were reading onto their desk and directed their attention to the door as Childe, Ayato, Venti and Zhongli walked in, closely followed by Jean. [Name] knew this wasn't going to be good.

"Well good morning to you all as well… to what do I owe this meeting?" They asked after a long stretch of silence.

More silence filled the room until Childe broke it, a stack of papers that [Name] realized was in his hand was plopped down in front of them at their desk and [Name] looked at the papers in confusion. "What's this?"

The group looked between each other before Jean spoke up. "Adoption paperwork."

[Name] could only facepalm.

Ajax (gets ready to leave)

Alright, that’s the end of the interview! Thank you everyone for watching–

Zhongli (interrupts him by placing a hand on his shoulder and chuckles)

Not so fast, I’m afraid.

Charlotte

Very funny, Ajax. We’re not letting you go until all the tea is spilled!

Hmmm.. Oh right! This reminds me, where is the Liyue trio? I had thought Ms. Ganyu and the others would be attending?

(Charlotte looks somewhere off camera, as if to confirm something. Some rustling and muffled noises of people talking can be heard)

Xiao

Ah yes, unfortunately they got caught up in some other work and couldn’t make it. It was last minute and they couldn’t inform you in time.

Zhongli

Mmh, that is correct.

Charlotte

Awe,how unfortunate! We were quite excited to meet up with the bona fide Liyue Qixing. Next time, I suppose!

Okay, let’s start off now. Who among you guys messed up your dialogues the most?

(Camera zooms in at Aether’s face, who looks quite embarrassed as everyone stares pointedly at him)

Aether

It was me, ‘m sorry. Are spoilers allowed?

Xiao

Obviously, go on.

Aether

Ahem so- I might have gotten super annoyed by the side quests that the uhh… Traveler received from Mr. Morax. Such stupid side quests! I felt annoyed on behalf of Traveler, I mean– going all the way to Mondstadt to BOIL A FREAKING STONE? ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?? And then walking all the way back to Liyue. Also, don’t forget about spending absurd amounts of money on FLOWERS– FLOWERS I TELL YOU!

(Aether does the jazz hands to express his frustration. Meanwhile, Zhongli observes bemusedly)

So I may have said some things extremely off the script and we had to redo scenes. Multiple times. I’m so sorry guys! Blame Morax, he’s the problem.

Ajax

Yeah! We basically played “take a shot every time Aether says OH FUCK YOU”. I think it’s best to say we all got drunk, really really bad.

Xiao

Hmph. You just can't hold your liquor. I was sober, thank you very much.

Zhongli

Oh? Really now? Ajax, where did that recording of him singing “My heart will go on” go? He did the entire Titanic ship pose and all.

(The camera zooms in again, now at a very red Xiao, who looks like he’s about to burst. To make it worse, Aether and Ajax are wheezing, trying to hold their laughs in but failing miserably)

Charlotte

Is that so? I’d love to see that.

Xiao (looks at Zhongli in horror)

NO.

Zhongli

Aha, so you do remember!

Charlotte

Sounds like you all had a fun time during the shooting. Any interesting moments that you’d like to share?

Xiao

Oh yes definitely, I’m sure you all remember seeing a clip in which Morax stares at Tartaglia’s butt.

For those wondering, no, it was not part of the script. It was just Zhongli. All him, I swear.

(Ajax visibly chokes on air and hides his face at Xiao’s comment, grumbling indistinctly)

Zhongli (clears his throat)

Well I– it wasn’t on purpose… I was… Lost in… thoughts. Yes.

Aether

Lost in a daydream, you mean to say.

Charlotte (cackles and almost falls off of her chair)

Interesting! Well, let’s change the subject otherwise a few people might die from embarrassment here. Not that they haven't already.

We can all agree that the scenes in the movie were absolutely epic! Such a beautiful landscape. And the sunset skies! Was it all CGI or did you all actually go to those gorgeous places?

Ajax

It was mostly real, a few things were CGI but honestly you could say 85% of it was the real deal. Acting in these areas was super difficult though. I mean, you can’t really control weather and most of the time, since we did a lot of shooting around mountain areas, it was WINDY and all the hair would keep going in my mouth, the hanfu wouldn’t stay in place… A nightmare honestly.

Aether

It wasn’t that bad though.

Ajax

Yes, it was that bad and you can’t change my mind!

Charlotte

Well Mr. Ajax, despite all your struggles, I must say your acting was superb. You had me gripping the edge of my seat! How thrilling! It’s hard to believe such a bubbly personality such as yours could act as a villain. I’ve heard that the directors saw you and called it.

Ajax

Oh yeah. Umm, I’m surprised as well! This is my first acting experience honestly and sure, I’ve done concerts with Rosaline and Kabuki, but acting? Way above my paygrade. But they were super adamant I must audition for the role of Tartaglia. Next thing I know, I said a few lines and they picked me.

Aether

He was absolutely nuts, I swear. Super in character! Directors made the right choice, he looks and feels like THE living breathing Tartaglia. That one scene where he pulls out his water blades and does the cheeky toothy smile? That was all impromptu, off script. Ajax did all that and he didn't even realise it.

Charlotte

Impressive! Also back to the hanfu and hair. Oh my god, you all looked stunning! The costumes were gorgeous and the hair! Looked so real.

Zhongli

Mmhm, the costumes were all designed and made by Menogias. It’s always a pleasure to wear his hanfus, they really take your breath away.

Xiao

Yes, and it’s always a pleasant experience too. Which is rare, for such heavily embellished attire. You’d think they’d be heavy and itchy to wear but for some reason, Menogias makes only the best. It feels like you’re wearing pajamas. They're that comfortable.

Aether

Agreed! Oh and by the way, we actually needed to grow our hair out for this movie. I mean, mainly me, Xiao and Ajax. Since Zhongli does a lot of historical movies and dramas, his hair is almost always long. I’m sure you must have noticed.

Ajax (nods along)

Yeah, it was all our hair. We had extensions in a few scenes but it was mostly just… us. Honestly, I didn't think I’d like long hair, since it seems to be quite a hassle to take care of, but I kinda enjoyed it.

Xiao

Mmhm. It wasn’t bad. Plus, the kids had fun braiding it. Mostly Qiqi, she’d see us and immediately give us those sparkly puppy dog eyes. She’d have fun braiding and we’d get a free hairstyle so, win win.

Charlotte

I can totally imagine the kids having fun, this is giving that tangled scene vibes right now.

(Someone off camera comes and whispers into Charlotte’s ear and she looks surprised)

Oh dear! Time sure flies when in good company! I didn’t even notice that we’re almost about to go over your schedule.

Zhongli

Oh don’t worry about it, we can spare a few more minutes. This has been quite enjoyable.

Charlotte

Alright, let’s go through a few more questions then! I’ll go rapid fire speed, alright?

(Everyone says “yes ma'am!”)

Any scenes that made you feel like you were in actual danger?

Aether

Oh yeah, that one scene where I had to do the free fall and Xiao caught me. My heart almost jumped out of my chest!!

(The others nod)

Xiao

That scene was a bit scary. We had those rope contraption things holding us up, no idea what they’re called. Still, it felt awful.

Charlotte

Mhmm, the fans call it the moment “conqueror of demons falls in love with the traveler”. You were both gazing at each other quite intensely.

Aether

Trust me, it was the fear of falling. Nothing deep.

for the nth time that day, you sighed again, playing with the food zhongli has set up for you on the table with your fork. at first, your father thought it was just you being tired after a long day at school but he's heard you sigh for several times. something was wrong. "m/n? buddy? is something the matter? you seem a little upset," zhongli asked, worry evident in his eyes.

you looked at your father and pursed your lips, hesitating. thoughts swirled around your mind before you eventually shook your head and answered a small "no". xiao, who was seated next to you, stopped eating his favorite almond tofu and offered it to you, answering him with a small smile before shaking your head.

zhongli tilted his head before sitting in front of you, your brother taking this as a sign to get you two some alone time. "m/n, what happened at school today? did…something bad happen? tell me," he coaxed, tears suddenly flowing down your eyes after you placed your utensils down.

"it's…just. the other kids in my class kept bullying me because i don't look like xiao. i mean, i obviously won't but i didn't know how to answer it which got me frustrated. in the end, i stuck bubble gum to his hair…the person who started it," you explained with a frown, hoping your father wouldn't get mad at you. "are you disappointed in me?"

"what? no, no i'm not. why would i ever be disappointed in my own son? sure, what you did was…surprising, but he deserved it," zhongli answered with a chuckle, a smile on his face. you reflected the smile on yours and laughed. "look, m/n. i know it's hard for you, but just know that you're not alone. you have a father and an older brother."

you nodded at him and continued to eat your meal. zhongli smiled at you and patted your hair. "dad, i want to eat ice cream," you stated after you've finished your meal, your father nodding as he removed the apron he was wearing.

as you and zhongli got ready, xiao came down from the stairs with an empty plate in his hands. "where are you going?" he asked you while your father was cleaning in the kitchen. you looked up at your brother.

"to get ice cream. wanna come?" you offered. it was tempting, but he heard the whole conversation you had with zhongli so he shook his head, thinking it was best for you and your father to spend some more quality time.

besides, xiao has already experienced being spoiled by zhongli back when he was just as little as you. this time, it was your turn to feel his fatherly love. "it's alright. thanks," xiao answered, a blank expression on his face before turning towards the kitchen where the sink was.

you and zhongli walked side by side in liyue harbor, buying things that seemed interesting to you. the brunette would watch you with a smile as you looked at the kites in the sky. "wow, so pretty," you muttered, eyes practically twinkling.

"do you want to fly one, m/n?" he asked which got your attention as you turned your head towards him and nodded eagerly. zhongli smiled and walked towards a stall nearby, you following beside him like a little chick.

the lady in the stall offered a welcoming grin and clasped her hands together. "good day, mr. zhongli. oh, you're with your son? must be a father-and-son hangout. what may i be of service?" she asked.

your eyes were glued on the crane-like kite, your hands on top of the counter as you stared at the kite with interest. "mhm? it seems the little one like this kite," she stated, you nodding and looked up at your father.

"it looks like auntie xianyun, dad!" you pointed out, zhongli coughing as he smiled awkwardly at the lady and paid for the kite, the woman in front of you two nodding before watching you two walk towards an area to fly the kite.

the brunette looked at the place before he crouched down and looked at you. "this is a good place to set the kite," he stated before standing back up then connected the string to the kite, you watching in excitement.

after, zhongli raised it, waiting for the wind to take it high up in the sky. luckily, the area was super windy so it was easy to get the kite up. you looked at it then held onto the hem of your father's shirt. "pretty," you mumbled.

then, when he finally had enough of it, zhongli gave the string to you and watched you. you took the string from him and let out a happy chuckle when you controlled it, loving the way the kite flew. "dad! i'm flying a kite!"

zhongli nodded as he silently picture your smile and chuckles in his brain, wanting to treasure it forever. "you're doing great, m/n. even better than xiao," zhongli uttered which made you purse your lips as you looked at your father.

"xiao wouldn't want to hear that, dad," you pointed out before focusing back on the kite. your dad chuckled at your words then agreed with a small "you're right".

as the day progressed, you and zhongli formed a much deeper father-and-son relationship. honestly, you felt like you were accepted by both your brother and your father no matter how far you looked like from them.

you realized that you weren't alone and that you have people who'd trust you to an extent.

the day was spent with sharing stories, exploring the town, buying things, laughters, and such. it was fun if you had to be honest. back at the orphanage, the only place you've always visited was the convent and the greenhouse that was located at the back of the convent.

the world was actually big and you had so much to explore. zhongli was the best father you could ever ask for. "huh? traveler, look! it's zhongli." upon hearing your father's name, your ears perked and looked up to see who called him.

mentioned male looked towards the direction of the person who called. "ah, it's paimon and the traveler," zhongli said, your eyes turning curious as you looked at your father.

"what are you doing here, zhongli? and…" the blond male who was sheathing his sword looked down at you and his eyes literally sparkled. "woah! zhongli, who's this cute little fella?" he asked as he crouched down to level your height. "i'm aether, but others prefer to call me the traveler. and the one beside me is the best companion, paimon."

you looked at the male and offered a sweet smile, offering a hand for him to shake. "hello, my name's m/n. zhongli's my dad. nice to meet you," you said, aether's sparkling eyes turning wide as well as paimon's.

both aether and paimon looked at zhongli then back at you. paimon flew swiftly beside the blonde male and hummed. "zhongli, we didn't know you had a younger son," she said, a smile on her lips as she looked at you.

aether shook your hand and stood back up. "how come you never told us about m/n? you know, we would have been more than willing to babysit him if you were busy at the wangsheng funeral parlor."

"actually, i'm adopted," you opened up, both paimon and aether letting out a surprised 'oh'. "is there something wrong?"

the blonde male shook his head and patted your head. "no, nothing's wrong with that. we just didn't know zhongli had an adopted son. yet, you don't look as gloomy as xiao. which is a good thing honestly. xiao would obviously need some sunshine in his life."

you smiled at him and looked back at zhongli who showed you the same sweet smile. "well, m/n and zhongli, we don't want to interrupt your family bonding so we should go," paimon stated, smiling before patting your head with her small hands. "we'll see you again soon, m/n!" she exclaimed as she and aether went towards the docks.

"seems like the traveler and paimon took a liking to you, m/n," zhongli spoke up, your heart beating in excitement, wanting to see the two of them again. "hm, i feel like we're forgetting something."

"ice cream! let's buy almond tofu ice cream for xiao, dad!"

"sure, anything for my little one."

after buying the desserts you oh-so love, you and zhongli finally made your way towards your home where xiao was probably waiting. "i had fun today, dad. i like the meeting with mr. aether and ms. paimon! i want them to visit soon," you opened up, a smile on your face after eating the last bite of your favorite popsicle ice cream.

the brunette smiled and hummed. "they will, m/n. but ptobably not soon. the traveler and paimon have lots of wonders to explore around teyvat," he reasoned out. he expected you to feel sad but you only chuckled and nodded at his statement.

"it's alright. i'll be waiting for them here in liyue," you answered with a smile etched on your face. upon seeing your house nearby, you ran towards the direction of your humble abode and knocked, waiting for xiao to open the door.

a few seconds after, the door creaked open and you were engulfed in a tight hug by your older brother. "hm? xiao? did something happen while dad and i was gone?" you asked the taller boy before zhongli joined and hugged you both. at that, you felt the warmth of your family's love.

though you may not be related to them by blood, their love for you was strong enough to tell you that you belonged, that you were their family.

I thought of a contribution by the power of the pspsps imagine like the languages in teyvat are based on the nations’ real life counterparts (like Japanese for Inazuma) but like only loosely. So creator knows like exactly 3 words in Japanese and think they’re gonna take that and somehow make it work but they get there and understand NOTHING. They finally understand like one word but turns out it means something completely different in this version of “Japanese” so they think someone told them hi and they said hi back but they’re just going around saying “fuck” and no one wants to tell them

Everybody froze and looked at you, before Beidou starts screaming laughing, Kazhua's wheezing so hard he's leaning on a barrel nearby, the traveler is trying to keep it together, but u can see Beidou's ridiculous laugh is contagious and is spreading rapidly to crew members and to the traveler,,

The angry Liyuean man no longer looks angry, oh, he's leaving, welp, you can tell u did smth funny, but u havent a clue what u actually said

Every now and then Beidou will come up to you and try to teach u more Liyuean words, but anytime the traveler sees it they shoo her off, she has a shit-eating grin on her face, while the traveler looks unamused or is at least trying to hide their amusement

(There r so many characters that will take advantage of this and only try to teach you cuss words, at least at first, CHILDE, kaveh, VENTI, Itto, BEIDOU, Xinqiu the little prankster, ppl i can think of quickly god i gotta look at a character list)

Beidou BEAMS anytime u say "nîhâo" now, and gives u a thumbs up everytime 👍

You learn much later that you probably should just give up trying to say any of your world's lang. That sound equivalent to each genshin country's lang. bc apparently the few words you know from them are either random shit like "egg, bowl, etc." Or straight up explicit "fuck, shit, piss etc."

How The Genshin Girls React With A Pregnant S/O

Characters: Ganyu, Ei, Miko, Lisa & Ningguang.

Warnings: Reader is GN. No gender or pronouns mentioned, except the fact that they’re pregnant.

A/N: The request, “ hello there!! 😁 can you write for how ningguang, ganyu, lisa, ei and miko would be around their pregnant S/O ???!! thank you in advance.” I absolutely adored the concept 💕 It was super fluffy, adorable and I had such a great time writing it.

She would be the sweetest person ever, more than she already is. If she’s around (and she is, most of the time) you are not lifting a finger.

She would request Ningguang for a shortened daily schedule while you’re pregnant. Not entirely, she only asks to have a little bit of time in the morning to cook breakfast for you and wake you up with a kiss before she leaves for work, and to come back in time to make dinner for the two of you to share together at a reasonable time before bed. Ningguang obviously complies, given how Ganyu had never in her three thousand years of working for the Qixings asked for any modification in her schedule.

She would be reluctant to tell Cloud Retainer at first, but you encouraged her to do so, and once she did, Cloud Retainer is constantly paying visits to the two of you, always babbling something about artifacts she’s building and testing for when your kid is born. She’s very excited to be an aunt, and Ganyu won’t admit it but she enjoys seeing her mentor be this openly happy for her.

Ganyu is usually a shy person, her love language being acts of service, so when you’re pregnant her acts of service multiply endlessly. You’re not lifting a finger as long as she’s around. She makes the bed, breakfast and dinner, she joins you in the bath and helps you wash your body and your hair, she walks around Liyue with you with an ever-present happy smile hanging on her lips and her arm carefully around yours.

She won’t tell you right away, but you’ve been with Ganyu long enough to notice the slightest changes in her mood, and soon you’ll notice she’s somewhat anxious about the baby. It’s going to have Qilin blood like her, what if the kid has a hard time finding their place in the world like Ganyu? What if the child has horns too and they grow to dislike it? What if they don’t inherit Ganyu’s immortality? She wouldn’t stand losing her beloved and her child in the same lifetime. What if she’s simply not cut out to be a mother?

You know your way around Ganyu’s emotions. So you settle down with her on the bed, your hands carefully holding her face, thumbs stroking her skin right underneath her eyes, and she stares at you when you tell her that it’s going to be okay. That she’ll be an amazing and loving mother. That the kid will be perfect, and even if things don’t go right all the time, you have each other to figure everything out together. It takes her some reassuring, but soon Ganyu feels like yes, everything will be okay, and you’ll be even happier together than you are now.

Hurt/comfort aside, Ganyu would try to build a crib but fail miserably. She ends up asking Shenhe for help and she builds the most perfect crib in a single evening. Shenhe doesn’t express herself much, but Ganyu knows she’s looking forward to being called auntie soon <3

Overall, Ganyu is super excited and nervous, but more excited to meet your child and hold them in her arms as soon as she can. She’s ready to love them forever.

She would be very confused at first. As an Archon, she’s well aware of how humans come to be and how they grow into adults, but as a God, she has never been expecting a child or been in a position of taking care of someone who is, so she’s fairly confused and unsure.

She asks Miko a million questions. Up to the point where Miko dreads seeing Ei walking to the Grand Narukami Shrine in fear of being questioned about human babies again.

Ei is super careful with you. She was before too, but ever since she learned that pregnancy makes that many changes to your body, she treats you like you’re made of porcelain. She doesn’t let you lift a finger, of course. You want to go to the other side of the Tenshukaku? She’s bridal carrying you. You want to take a nap? She’s bringing you into her plane of Euthymia where absolutely no one can bother you. You want to eat a specific dish? She’ll have the best chef in town come to the Tenshukaku especially for you. You want to take a bath? She’ll be right with you, making sure you have everything at your disposal.

She delegates most of her most time-consuming tasks to her subordinates, everything she can spare to have more time to spend with you. Ei knows how flickering fast a human life can be, and she wishes to get the most out of this experience with you. So she makes sure to always be next to you somehow, either having a picnic together, going on a stroll through Inazuma or writing reports with you resting on her lap. She always has to be touching you somehow.

Ei spends a lot of time meditating, too. Now more than ever does Ei want to make Inazuma a safe place where everyone can smile and live a happy life, a nation that’s welcoming towards change and the endless possibilities of a prosperous future. She wants to build a world that’ll be good enough for your child.

She, the God Ei, the Raiden Shogun, Beelzebub, the Electro Archon of Inazuma, cried when you told her you’d be naming the child ‘Makoto’ when it’s born. She held you so tightly you thought you were going to break, and you brushed her tears with your thumbs, and Ei told you she had never wished for eternity more in her long life, a forever made of happy moments with you and your little family.

It’s no secret to her that Ei has a complicated past and that conditions her view of the future. She’s witnessed the death and parting of most of the people she’s ever loved, so she confesses to you her most sensitive fears on a stormy night. She’s a fighter, hardly a lover, what if she’s not made to care for a child? What if there’s a war and she must watch her most precious thing in the world pass away like she once did with Makoto?

You’re quick to reassure her, hands in her hair and the gentlest smile drawn over your lips, that she is a good lover and she will be an even better mother. She will make an Inazuma that her sister would be proud of, that her child will enjoy, and where she’ll finally find the peace she so dearly deserves and craves. Ei cries in your arms as you hold her, but you know what she feels in her chest is relief and affection, excitement for what’s to come.

A life with you and your child, such a beautiful dream. Ei can’t wait to make this dream her everyday reality.

Miko grows very, very protective of you. Extremely so. You’re walking around Inazuma and she notices a person staring at you? She’s giving them the deadliest stare that could make the earth crack under their feet. Someone made you upset? She tracks them down and pulls her threads so an unfortunate event leaves them in misery. Someone brushes your shoulder while you’re walking? She brushes them with her fingers and makes thunderbolts crack inside their bones. Not deadly, of course. She wouldn’t be that mean <3

She reads every. single. book. on how to care for human babies. Miko knows how to raise fox envoys, of course, but she wants to be extra prepared in case the baby comes out being human. She rushes Ei into dismantling the Sakoku Decree and quickly has the Tenryou Commission importing books on nursery and childcare into Inazuma for her research.

Miko opens a new branch of books at her Publishing House: books for kids, parenting books, books to read during pregnancy, you name it. She sets up a contest to encourage the people of Inazuma to share their knowledge with the world and, of course, with her.

She treats you with the utmost care. Miko doesn’t really drop her flirty nature around you, in fact it feels as if she enhanced it somehow. She’s constantly throwing compliments at you, brushing your hair for you, leaving kisses on the back of your neck, on your ears, on your fingers. She loves to feel you near.

At your demand, Miko will let you hug her tail to sleep. It’s the fluffiest thing you have ever touched, it’s like embracing the softest of clouds, and Miko thinks it’s adorable how peaceful and content you look while hugging it as you drift off. However, you’re completely forbidden to mention this to anyone. No one would believe you either way, right?

Miko really really enjoys reading to your tummy. She could spend hours on end simply lying next to you, reading out loud the latest book she picked up, imagining how your kid will look like when it’s actually there. She loves ghosting her fingers over your belly, and you always chuckle at the slight raise of her fox ears when she feels the baby kicking her hand.

Overall, Miko is endlessly excited for this new adventure in her life. She knows every day will be an amusing one from now on.

Lisa grows softer around you. She’s all gentle kisses to your hair, holding your hand when you’re walking, embracing you from behind when you’re cooking, playing with your hair right before going to sleep. This woman needs to be touching you somehow, her love language is physical affection, after all.

She isn’t overwhelmingly attentive towards you. Lisa knows you can defend yourself alright and that you’re not frail in the slightest. However, she always makes sure to be around in case you need assistance with anything— Reaching up for something on a high shelf, leaning down to open a drawer, carrying heavy things, etc.

She would read all the books about nursery and parenting, but truth is, she already has. Lisa has read every single book in that library of hers, so she’s well prepared for every and any eventuality. Still, she rereads the books with you if you ask her of it, to ease your mind and to bond with you over having a kid soon.

Lisa is very vocal about her emotions, but not as much with her feelings, so for a couple of weeks you wouldn’t notice the subtle change in her mood. Only after a restless night did Lisa open up to you in the safety of your shared bed. Her vision came with a price, something you know well. She found a book years ago that promised her an unbelievable power in exchange for half of her lifespan, and Lisa thought it was a deal worth taking at the time. Now, with your arms wrapped around her neck and her hands softly caressing your belly, she feels nothing but guilt. She would leave behind the gentlest soul she has ever met and her own child. But you hold her a little bit tighter, Lisa finding her favorite place to rest under your chin, and your voice sounds calm and overflowing with affection when you reassure her that it will be okay. You knew of that before you fell in love with her, before you decided to have the child, and your love for her is so worth it nonetheless. You’ll raise a happy child and live a happy life to the very last day, and that’s all that matters. Lisa is content with this and she eventually falls asleep with your hands on her hair.

On a happier note, all of the Knights of Favonius are endlessly excited for you two. Klee is already making drawings of the baby, Kaeya and Rosaria are discussing which wine they should give you as congratulations when the baby is born, Eula has proudly promised she won’t let any other kid pick on yours, and Jean has repeatedly offered her assistance in any possible way you might need her. They’re all a big family waiting for the newest member to arrive.

Lisa is overjoyed that you chose to be with her, however much time left she’s allowed, and make every second of her life the happiest she can be.

Ningguang would have you move to the Jade Chamber while you’re pregnant. She wants you to be around her at all times while also having her privacy, but she needs to make sure you’re in a safe place where all your necessities will be met in an impeccable manner.

She builds a nursery room in the Jade Chamber. Is it professional? No. Does she care? No. Is anyone able to confront her about it? Also no. Ningguang looks forward to spending time with her child while also being efficient with her work, so this was one of the best solutions she came to think of.

Ningguang would spoil you rotten. You want a specific dish? She’s taking you to the finest restaurant in town and paying up front for the whole restaurant so no one can bother you while you enjoy the meal together. You want a dress that fits you better because your tummy is growing? She imports the finest silk from Teyvat to make you as many dresses or outfits as you wish to have. You want her to go to bed with you but she hasn’t finished with her workload yet? Ningguang will hire a fourth secretary to delegate her delayed work to and have the time to go call it a night with you and cuddle under the covers.

She tasks Ganyu with reading all the books about raising a child, pregnancy and nursery and then write an extremely efficient and detailed report for her to study it. She wishes to be an exemplary mother that excels in caring for her child and her partner.

Ningguang is usually straightforward, so she would confess to you that she has some reservations when it comes to the future. She didn’t have parents to serve as role models to follow, she raised herself on the streets and learned to beg for money and then to earn it herself. She never had an adult to lean on, to show her affection, to praise her when she did right and scold her when she did wrong. Ningguang knows she’s a well-adjusted person, but she wishes to be only the best for you and your child, and she fears she might not know what to do sometimes. You take her hands in yours and draw silhouettes on them with the pad of your thumb. You reassure her it’s going to be alright. Even more so, you’re one hundred percent certain that she will be the best mother any child can have. You knows your kid will never be left unprotected and they will grow having everything, all because of the splendid mother they’ll have.

Ningguang is eagerly and patiently waiting to meet your child, who she knows will be the most precious thing she’ll have among all the priceless things she owns.

Hiii! First fic!

An: I had alot of fun writing this! Sorry if it's a bit ooc! Enjoy! I FINALLY FIXED THE FORMAT! ENJOY MY LOVES

Warning: this is a tickle fic, if you dont like that, just move along!

Fandom: Genshin Impact

Prompt: All the Archons meet up, and a specific bard is pestering the geo archon. Good thing he knows how to put him in his place.

Ah, what a glorious day. All the archons, with an exception of 2 or 3 (we don’t talk about it.), had met up in the beautiful land of Sumeru. Nahida had offered the Sanctuary of Sarasthana, but the others said just somewhere outside would be better, mainly not to be a slap in the face to her. They instead found each other at a peaceful waterfall.

“Ah, hello Barbatoes! It’s a pleasure to have you here!” The child smiled.

“No need to be so formal, just let loose. What is it the traveler calls you? Nahida?” The bard laughed.

“Oh, yes. Sorry, I don’t remember any of you from before I lost my memory, apologies for my formality,” she finished by placing a hand to her chest, “Nahida is fine, thank you.. what is it? Venti?”

“Yes, Venti! Not bad for a kid.”

“Oh don’t bully her, I know Diluc has mistaken you as a fifteen year old, yes?” A certain Geo god poked in.

“It happened twice! You need to let go of the past, Mr. Zhongli!” Venti scrunched his nose as he poked Zhonglis chest.

“Oh please, it truly is a pleasure to watch the oldest Archon play around with a practical child,” Ei stepped forward from behind Nahida. Nahida laughed.

“Why do you guys hate me?” Venti frowned.

“For the record, I don’t hate you. I find you mildly amusing to poke fun at,” Zhongli crossed his arms and blinked.

“Ugh, you’re always so mean, Mr. Zhongli.”

"I am not mean, I just-"

Before the two could start arguing, a green box appeared between the both of them, only to explode.

“Be nice. My first time meeting you after losing my memory 500 years ago, and you act like children? I am the actual child here and I act better!”

Ei choked back laughter, “I’d listen to her, she is the goddess of wisdom, after all.”

Venti started to argue but Nahida held up her finger, “Moving on,” she paused and glared at Venti, “I had Traveler teach me how to make Sumeru specialties, please enjoy!”

…… (pretend I wrote about them eating, I don’t have the creativity to actually)

“Wait, is Focalors not coming?” Venti tilted his head.

“Oh, no. She sent a letter. Apparently a big trial involving the traveler is going on today. Something to do with a train of missing women. I do hope they figure it out,” Nahida bowed her head.

Ei nodded, “Sounds like the traveler gets into way too much trouble. Everywhere they go, they end up in some grand scheme.”

Venti elbowed Zhongli, “I agree. Hey didn’t you fake your death while they were in Liyue? Some welcoming for the ‘Great Hero of Teyvat’!”

Zhongli grabbed his side, “You seem to like pushing your limits, Barbatoes.”

“Always so uptight! Maybe you should relax!” The bard smirked.

“Don’t you dare.”

“And if I dare?” He started poking the stoic man’s side, only for said man to grab his wrist as a final warning.

“Lay off.”

“Such a buzzkill.”

“Did I mention that I prefer peace in my nation? Don’t start something we all know you can’t finish, Venti,” Nahida grew a flower, letting it blow with the breeze towards Venti.

“Getting told off by the youngest, isn’t that sad?” Ei sipped her tea.

“Do not forget that I am also the wisest. I know how that situation would play out for both of you,” she fiddled with her hair, “Come to think of it, actually, that would be quite a sight to see. Continue if you wish, I suppose.”

“I say, if he continues, he’s going to get his ship wrecked,” Zhongli threatened.

“To change the topic, oh and it’s too late. They’re arguing,” Ei sighed.

“Just let them go on, he’ll learn his lesson eventually,” Nahida grew a new purple flower and passed it to Ei.

“Oh, this is beautiful! What flower is it?”

“It’s my specialty! I believe my people call it the Sumeru Rose.”

“It is very pretty."

Meanwhile:

“If you so much and poke me one more time, Venti, I will personally make sure you learn not to do it again,” Zhongli attempted to stand, only to crumble in on himself due to a jab directly to his hip.

“Ohh! That’s a new one!” Venti yelled as he reached to do it again. He would’ve succeeded, had he been a little quicker.

“I warned you, Barbatoes.”

Suddenly, Venti had been flipped onto his back with a vengeful-looking Zhongli sitting on his thighs.

“Heh…”

“Don’t kill him!” Ei called out.

Zhongli refused to look away from the younger, but replied, "No promises."

“I… had this coming,” Venti tried to wriggle away, but failed.

“Yes. You did,” Zhongli scowled, placing a jab to his side.

“Ihi think we could stihil tahalk about ihit.”

“Hm,” the older moved his hands to hover over the bard's stomach.

“Ihi dohont think this ihis necesSAHARAY!”

“Oh, but it is!” He made this comment as he skittered 5 fingers across the other's stomach.

"Nohoho!!"

With the more peaceful archons:

Ei sipped her tea, "How long do you think they'll go for?"

Nahida tilted her head, "I would imagine that Zhongli will not stop until he gets an apology and a promise that he'll be left alone."

"That does sound realistic. If I recall correctly, however, Venti is rather stubborn. It might take a moment for that apology to even be considered."

"From what I've gathered, he also cannot take what he dishes out," the child paused, "Oh! I forgot to mention Sumeru`s fine desserts! I'll bring it up when Ventil should apologize."

"Perfect." Ei smiled. However, she immediately covered her ears due to the screech coming from the god of freedom.

"Wow," Zhongli almost stopped, "That will be noted."

Nahida glanced over, "What did you do?"

"Squeezed his knee. Though, I didn't expect that," he lifted his hand that wasn't in use and pointed to a very, very red Venti, who was still trying to muffle his laughter. Emphasis on 'trying'.

"Shuhuhut uhup!"

Zhongli smirked, reaching back to the poor bard's knee, "Well that is not very nice, now is it?"

Que the shriek.

"Oh my, you are so loud! Too bad the entirety of Teyvat is now unable to hear because of it," Ei teased. If there was a color redder than Venti was before, he was that now.

"Shuhuhush!"

Zhongli almost laughed, almost, "Do you not learn? Respect your elders!"

And another screech.

"Leahahvehe myhy knehe alohohone!" Venti screamed, starting to kick violently.

"Then be nice."

"Whyhyhy?"

"You kind of asked for it," Nahida stood up, "is now a good time to mention that dessert is ready?"

"Ohh, nice. If only a certain archon would apologize so we could eat without ear-piercing screeching," The electro archon stood as well. Walking over to Venti and squeezing his ribs.

"NEHEVEHER!"

"No dessert for you, then."

"THAHAT'S NOHOT FAHAIHIR!!"

"Then say sorry."

"NOHOHOHO!"

"In that case, you made me do it," Zhongli shot both his hands up to the younger's upper ribs. Ei laid off, not wanting to overwhelm Venti.

"NOHOHO! OKAY OKAHAY IHIM SOHOHORRY! STAHAHAP!"

With that, Zhongli stopped and climbed off of Venti. Said god took in greedy breaths.

"Are you done with pestering me now?"

"Yehes."

"Okay. Then shall we start dessert?" Nahida skipped over to the other three, a little rosyness dusting her cheeks. Everyone decided not to mention it, mainly because they wanted their fair share of dessert.

It's safe to say Venti chose not to annoy Zhongli any further.

Mr. Storyteller

Kazuha arrives to Mondstadt to meet with Aether, but somehow ends up being entrusted with the delicate task of taking care of a kid... who loves explosions

A/N: Hiiii!! I'm back from my break 😸 I hope you're all doing well ^_^ Today's fic was requested by a sweet anon and it was a challenge to write, since it's such a rare pair, but I had a lot of fun nonetheless!! Buona lettura 💚🩶❤️ (Have a nice reading)

It took a lot of energy and many days, but after a long trip, Kazuha arrived at Mondstadt. It was a little more chilly than in Inazuma, but it didn't bother him at all. He loved the fresh air and the sunny weather, and the wind was blowing just enough to make it enjoyable.

He admired the quaint architecture, so different from the one of his homeland but attractive and admirable nonetheless, and took a quick tour of the town, stopping to grab a snack.

After getting a taste of Mondstadt grilled fish, which left him extremely satisfied, he kept walking, until he stumbled on the person he was looking for. "Hello Traveler, it's been a while"

The blonde turned around quickly, surprised to hear that familiar voice in that moment. He smiled widely when he saw the Wanderer waving at him and greeted him warmly. "Kazuha! What are you doing here?"

"Captain Beidou heard about the Weinlesefest and wanted to pay a visit, but Ningguang needed her in Liyue, so she sent me here to buy some wine for the crew. She knew you'd be there, so she sent me to let me see you again." The heir of the Kaedehara Clan explained, but he felt another presence approaching. However, he remained calm because said presence didn't seem or sound menacing.

"Oh, is this a friend of yours, Aether?"

Kazuha saw a young man appear from behind the Traveler. He had light blond hair and blue eyes, and he was as tall as Aether, more or less. "I'm Albedo, Chief Alchemist of the Knights of Favonious. It's a pleasure to meet you." The young man introduced himself.

The Wanderer did the same and they chatted for a couple of minutes. It seemed like the Alchemist needed to run some experiments with the Traveler while he was still in town, but he had to look after a certain Klee, which made it hard to go to Dragonspine... and made it dangerous to go into a lab with delicate and explosive substances.

Being the gentleman and great friend he was, the red-eyed guy offered himself to remain with this Klee while Aether and Albedo went to the mountain, which the other two gratefully accepted. Arrangements were made, and in an hour everyone was ready.

After saying goodbye to the scientist, Klee looked at Kazuha, curious about where he was from, so they decided to take a walk while getting to know each other better. "Ooohh I like your story..." the child said with a tone full of admiration towards that guy who seemed to have traveled so much already.

"Klee likes the wind, too! Here in Mondstadt resides the Anemo Archon! I think he'd like you really much!" She said cheerfully.

After a while, the kid started to get bored, so she asked to her new friend if they could play a game together. Kazuha agreed immediately, curious to know which games she liked, but she told him that her game was particular and he had to follow her.

She led him to a lake full of fishes and pulled out a strange object, which smelled like gunpowder to the Wanderer. He jumped up alarmed and tried to get rid of that object, but Klee reassured him and said it was all part of the game.

"Are you sure it's alright?" He asked, still really perplexed and doubting the positive impact of that game. "Of course it is!" She reassured him, even though he perceived a slight hesitation in her tone, "Watch this!"

...

"Klee, I told you countless times you must NOT blow up fishes!" Jean's voice had such an angry tone that Kazuha thought he could feel the walls tremble. It appeared that the child had forgotten about the blonde lady's order to not play with fishes, and he had to listen to that scolding as well, since he was with her.

"And you even got our new guest involved this time! Come on, give me all your bombs!" The Acting Grand Master was fuming and it was only thanks to Kazuha's intervention that Klee got the permission to go out to play again, but she had to be under his surveillance every second.

The two of them decided to take another walk and stopped at the Statue of the Seven in Windreise. They sat down to rest and enjoy the pleasant breeze, that carried the fresh scent of Whirlwind Asters, but the Inazuman guy noticed that his little companion was still moping.

He knew Jean was right and that scolding was deserved, but he just couldn't stay there and watch a sad child. Her brother wouldn't have been happy about it, either. He needed to think about something, so he focused and finally had an idea.

"Would you like me to tell you some stories of Inazuma?" It was perfect, stories are the best ways to distract kids. Klee seemed enthusiastic, so he hosted her on his lap and started his narration. To make it less confusing for her, he chose to talk about how the Traveler had solved the civil war in Inazuma, that way she would've known the main character and she probably would've been more interested.

"The valiant Traveler had just saved the city of Liyue Harbor from the evil god Osial, but he couldn't find out anything about his sister. So, he decided to go to Inazuma, but it was a hard trip because it's an island and there were many storms. Only the captain of the ship I live on was able to sail all the way to Ritou, an island of Inazuma." Kazuha explained, keeping everything simple to not annoy his companion.

"When he arrived, he found out that the Archon had decided to take away all the Visions from her people." Klee gasped, "No!! Why would she do that?" She was really confused, but at the same time the story was intriguing.

Kazuha didn't go into detail, "She was really sad, and people whispered false things to her ears to make her go against her people. The Traveler tried to talk to her, but she wouldn't listen. Her ears were sealed by the bad people's influence."

While he talked about ears and listening, he began to massage the kid's ears, and wasn't disappointed when she rewarded him with some bubbly giggles. "Mr. Storyteller! Hahahaha it ticklehehes!" She squealed, while her ears were gently caressed.

"I apologize for such inconvenience, but I'm afraid my mimics are fundamentals for my narration. Would you let me continued, accompanied by my movements, please?" He asked, ready to stop if she said no, but the child nodded between her chuckles, so he just went on.

"Unfortunately, the Traveler lost the first duel against the Archon, but he managed to get away, thanks to his friends. He trained really hard, and before he knew it, he was ready to face the God of Thunder again." He gave the kid a little break from the tickling, that way she could keep her focus on the story.

"However, the leader of the bad guys who were influencing the Archon couldn't just let the Traveler ruin her plans, sho she challenged him to a duel first." He prepared his wiggling fingers to strike again, now that Klee was distracted and engulfed in his narration.

"She was a scary opponent. She had the power to create ice so cold that it felt like it could bite you..." He started scribbling and nibbling on the little girl's neck, watching carefully to notice any sign of discomfort, but given how much she was laughing and not trying to gey away, he understood that he could go on.

"Eehehehek!! She wahahas so mehehehean!!" She complained while jumping and squeaking from the nibbles. Kazuha smiled, looking at how much she was enjoying herself. "Oh, she was really mean, and she had a secret power! She could use fire as well, and she created Pyro tornados that blew away everything!"

Keeping the connection with the word 'blow', he blew a few raspberries on Klee's neck, enjoying how her laughter increased in pitch. "AAAAHHHAHAHAHA IT TICKLES!! IT TIHIHIHICKLES!!" The red-eyed girl squirmed all over. "That's how strong her tornados were" He replied in a fake solemn tone, giving the kid another break.

"After a strenuous fight, the evil woman was defeated and her minions were forced to retire, but it wasn't over yet. The Traveler still had to face the mighty Archon." Kazuha added, endeared by how the little rascal was already giggling in anticipation, as if she had already understood what was about to come.

"The battle was heated. The Traveler was determined, but the God was furious. Her lightnings fell all over the battlefield, hitting everywhere at an impressive speed. He started poking and squeezing Klee's midriff, making little 'zap sounds' as if his quick attacks were the lightnings of the Raiden Shogun.

"EEEEEHH!! MR STORYTELLEHEHER PLEHEAHAHAHSE IT TICKLES!! EEHEHEHEK!!" Kazuha tickled her gently. His fingers were nimble and moved quickly, but in a more gentle way compared to when he reserved that treatment for his friends. It was only natural to be more careful, though, since he was dealing with a child.

"WAAAAHHAHAHAHAHA I CAHAHAN'T!! PLEAHAHASE STAHAHAHAP!!" Hearing the little girl's pleads, he stopped immediately and rubbed her torso to ease the remaining tingly feeling.

"It took a lot of ambition, determination, and effort, but in the end the Traveler won the duel, also thanks to all the people who wanted to regain or defend their visions. The Archon changed her mind and her ways, and the civil war came to an end. That's how our friend saved the Land of Eternity."

"Wow, you're so good at this, Mr. Storyteller!" Klee's enthusiasm made Kazuha chuckle. That kid was turbulent, but still adorable. The two of them spent the rest of the afternoon playing more games, that were less dangerous than blowing up fishes, and before they knew it, the sun was setting.

They met up with Aether and Albedo at The Good Hunter and ate dinner all together, and when Klee started yawning, the Alchemist decided it was time to go home.

The little girl tried really hard to seem not tired and complained about how it was too soon to end such a fun day, but a poke to her side from the white-haired guy, who reassured her that he would stay in Mondstadt for another week, made her comply and smile again.

They walked together for a while, then Aether and Kazuha headed towards the place they would've shared during that week.

"Bye Traveler, bye Mr. Storyteller! See you tomorrow!!" Klee yelled while waving at them. Albedo said goodbye as well, and then he walked away with the kid.

"So... Mr. Storyteller, huh?" The Traveler asked while they were taking a final stroll around the city at night before heading to their place, "How did she choose that nickname for you?"

Kazuha chuckled. "It's a long story..."
