Dinner is stir fry chicken and veggies (with olive oil ) on a lil white rice i think its probably closer to 400cal but idk thats what the thang says 🤷🏾
Snacks throughout the day were 1 small red plum, a snack sized bag of fritos (i got ⬆ and had a moment of weakness ) and 1 snickerdoodle. Oh well i still stayed under my cal target so its chill
Yeah the veggies were frozen im broke and making sure i get my veggies in mind your business

Wednesday 🌞🌱
Today was a pretty fun and productive day. We had our last staff meeting and the school bought us lunch which was fun! I made homemade Tom Kha Gai soup for dinner, had an interview for an assistant director position and started cleaning up my old classroom for the year! Great Wednesday!
Workout: 30 min AMRAP + 30 minute bike
Food:
Italian sub, apple, + chips
2 hardboiled eggs + veggies
Dried mango + aloha bar

Day 5- Dinner

We received the "Essential Diet" supplies! Tomorrow we will back therefore to the ketogenic diet. Meanwhile, for dinner, I had: natural orange juice, vegetable soup, cabbage salad, some rice, and a banana. Water.
Yummy!
Also last night I slept 7h45 minutes, so my idea for tonight is to sleep 8 hours and go to the gym tomorrow at 9. I have a bday tomorrow, so if I don't go in the morning, I won't be able to go until Sunday.

Alright bitches I lost 7 pounds in 8 days! I am now 188.6!
Ended the day just under 900 calories and lots of protein. Worked a lot so got my exercise in. Excited to see what tomorrow brings. Or even next week!

I have officially lost over 5lbs in 7 days! Im now down to 190!!! 45 more pounds to go 😊 i stayed at roughly 1k cals or so today so not bad. We even went out to ihop for breakfast and i managed to have the self control to stop eating when i was full and leave food!!!
I did have 2 bites of mac and cheese and a single strip of italian beef right before bed because the cravings were hitting hard, but thats a LOT better than giving in and binging. I may take a bite here and there every few days, but I've been sticking to it! I just gotta keep up my mental control. Dieting is hard, but the only thing im battling is myself. My past self. And my self of TODAY is stronger and will win!
Im also seeing a difference already in my body! Im carrying less fat around my midsection and the first time in a long time i can see my muscle lines around the sides of my abs, and my sides don't stick out as much! Slowly but surely!
We also went grocery shopping so i got to pick up some low calorie snacks thatll help me keep to my diet, and im excited to try new foods!
I also bought more stuff for my grooming business and i almost have everything i need 😊
We also got my bf an interview for a new job tomorrow!
Life sucks sometimes but as long as we stick it out, we'll make it out. Things are looking up!
