I have officially lost over 5lbs in 7 days! Im now down to 190!!! 45 more pounds to go 😊 i stayed at roughly 1k cals or so today so not bad. We even went out to ihop for breakfast and i managed to have the self control to stop eating when i was full and leave food!!!
I did have 2 bites of mac and cheese and a single strip of italian beef right before bed because the cravings were hitting hard, but thats a LOT better than giving in and binging. I may take a bite here and there every few days, but I've been sticking to it! I just gotta keep up my mental control. Dieting is hard, but the only thing im battling is myself. My past self. And my self of TODAY is stronger and will win!
Im also seeing a difference already in my body! Im carrying less fat around my midsection and the first time in a long time i can see my muscle lines around the sides of my abs, and my sides don't stick out as much! Slowly but surely!
We also went grocery shopping so i got to pick up some low calorie snacks thatll help me keep to my diet, and im excited to try new foods!
I also bought more stuff for my grooming business and i almost have everything i need 😊
We also got my bf an interview for a new job tomorrow!
Life sucks sometimes but as long as we stick it out, we'll make it out. Things are looking up!
