vitamin infused…
I love fruit infused water. I think it’s one of my favorite summer beverages. One because it’s so easy to make but two because it’s super hydrating and can be customized a hundred different ways. 
My favorite fruit infused water blend right now (single serve) is 2 sliced fresh strawberries, 2 slices of lime, and a cube of fresh pineapple with ice. Pour in some of my favorite artisan water and let chill in the refrigerator overnight or for one to two hours.

HYDRATION ;
you need to be hydrating properly. hydration not only is rly good for ur skin (keeps it plump and glowy) but its also good for ur overall body health in general (cleans out ur body). so drink lots and lots of water. plus walking around with a cute water bottle is actually such an adorable accessory and lowkey a look...
SLEEP + SKINCARE ;
sleep 8-10 hours a day and if ur feeling extra princessy sleep for 12 hours or take naps throughout the day bcuz beauty sleep is real!! and for skincare i rly rly recommend korean skincare. and ofc keep skincare SIMPLE and be consistent. plus when u dont sleep ur skin will look dull.
and a hot tip...from me to you, in the morning as soon as u wake up have a glass of lukewarm water and before bed drink a cup of spearmint/peppermint tea. also another good drink for skincare is chlorophyll. i drink a 16oz of chlorophyll a day or sometimes i'll just have a little chlorophyll shot and its good for ur skin.
MOISTURE ;
when u get out of the shower apply lotion onto slightly damp skin, not completely dry skin. also if u have, use a body oil before the body lotion. i like to use body butter (i use the coco-shea butter and it makes me glow like no OTHER) additionally we wanna protect our skin from the sun so make sure to use sunscreen on ur face and body every single day.

RADIATE ;
your most glowy and radiant when u have a smile on ur face. nothing radiates like a genuine smile. when ur energy is radiant, then you'll radiate so make sure to do things that make you happy. prioritize ur healing and ur self and you'll GLOWW.
SHIMMER ;
you can create a shimmer effect on urself by using body glitter on key points like ur collarbones. use highlighter on ur nose too <3 we shimmer not only with glitter but also jewelry. invest in cute accessorizes like bracelets, nail gems, rings etc.
SHINE ;
lets talk about ur inner health cuz that plays a huge role in looking glowy and like a goddess. take ur vitamins/supplements. i recommend collagen for hair skin and nails and other vitamins like vitamin C and E. take ur wellness shots and dont eat garbage.

How to start your day on a positive note:

- drink your water as soon as you wake up and take any vitamins/medicines so avoid forgetting them
- i find that sitting up or propping myself up helps me not to fall back asleep in the mornings and stay productive
- set a list of realistic goal or expectations for the day - don’t push yourself - i use MinimaList and i love it
- open your shades and let natural light into the room
- surround yourself with positive energy whether that be reading a book, or watching a youtube video that grounds you
- meditation always helps to centre myself for the day or yoga and stretching
- fuel your body - if your like me and don’t like eating in the mornings try a smoothie or yogurt
- get some fresh air - whether that’s opening a window, drinking your coffee outside or going for a walk
- deal with any small tasks in the morning to help deal with the workload and focus on longer tasks
- do your skincare routine and brush your teeth - keep clean !
- pick an outfit you feel comfortable and happy in and that makes you feel your best
- take deep breaths and practice steady breathing
- be kind to yourself mentally and physically your body is doing so many amazing things nurture it

VIVI GLOW UP GUIDE: MASTERING THE BASICS

You want to see the biggest improvement in your life? Master. The. Basics.
If you don’t know where to exactly start on your glow up journey, this is part one. Get your sleep, nutrition and movement to peak performance. Don’t know where to start? I got you, as always 💕
Sleep ୨୧˚·
1. Try to get on a consistent sleep schedule, use a REM calculator to find the best time for you to go to bed based on the time you wake up. Using a REM calculator will help you wake up feeling refreshed instead of groggy, which is usually caused by waking up mid REM cycle.
2. Limit screen time and drink water a little bit before bed so you aren’t waking up to use the bathroom.
3. Silk are Satin Pillowcases which you can get at dollar tree even, this will protect your skin and hair.
4. Cut all caffeine 6 hours before bed.
5. Have a relaxing routine and chill your room, finding your favorite temperature. The human body needs to drop usually two degrees before falling asleep comfortably.
Nutrition ୨୧ ˚·
1. If possible get in contact with a nutritionist or dietician - I am a personal trainer and a nutritionist and I love to help for free if you can’t get one - if you need any help ask my page, comment or dm me!
2. Unlearn any misinformation, from Fad diets or paid off Nutritionists / Dietitians. Never listen to doctors on nutrition they have very little training, and be careful of even some specialists as we are seeing a rise in them taking payment from industries such as Coca Cola!
3. Eat the rainbow. You should be having a variety of foods, from legumes, nuts, seeds, fruits and veggies. Try switching up the fruit you get every week to start out!
4. Get your protein in. I really like plant based proteins, such as Tofu, Tempeh, Quinoa, Peas, and Hemp Seeds. You can calculate how much protein you need with a calculator online which can help you shoot for a good amount.
5. Whole Foods should be the staple of your diet. Try to eat a very balanced diet with complex carbs, protein, and lots of veggies and fruit. This will help with micronutrients which are so underrated !
Movement ୨୧˚·
1. Find a form of workout you like. If you hate what you do you won’t do it so explore the many options, it could be dance, calisthenics, weight lifting, running , hiking, and so much more!
2. Get in contact with a personal trainer if you can, once again I am a certified personal trainer and I help for free if you need it!
3. Start out small with short amount of time. If you go right into doing 1 hour workouts you will get burned out.
4. Do different muscle groups everyday. Example of this would be arms monday, and legs tuesday. This helps for you not to get as sore and can be more consistent.
5. Be consistent. There are going to be days that you are tired, do it tired. There are going to be days that you are a little sore, which is normal in the beginning, so it sore. If you need rest genuinely take it, but that should be two days top. It’s hard, but it’s also hard to live an unhealthy lifestyle. Choose the type of hard you want.

Hi guys,
Today I wanted to chat to you about one of my favourite makeup brands Rare Beauty! Yesterday to celebrate World Mental Health Day Sephora donated 100% of their Rare Beauty sales to the Rare Impact. If you didn't know when Rare Beauty was first established they also made a Rare Impact Fund with a aim to raise 100 mil for mental health over the next 10 years.
Now first off this gesture is amazing from Sephora since Rare Beauty is one of their best selling brands and donating a days worth of sales to charity is brilliant! It's so nice to see such a influential brand make a stand and help people. Personally I have been a fan of this brand for a while because Selena has created brand to enhance your natural beauty. While I love brands that help you create the most out there makeup looks it's also great to have brands that embrace more natural makeup looks.
Personally from Rare Beauty I would say I use their face base products the most especially their foundations, cream bronzer, liquid blush and on the go touch up kit. Each product looks so natural on my complexion and makes me feel my best. Most of the time when I'm wearing these products I get compliments about my makeup looking lovely and natural. If you are looking for a makeup brand to add to your collection I really would recommend checking out Rare Beauty.
