Two veterans' headstones (WW2 and Vietnam) ditched in a field 50 miles from where they came from. Findagrave.com was useful in locating where these stones belonged -- a closed vets' cemetary in Seattle. By the dates, both survived their wars, though the WW2 vet died at 27 two years after the war ended so 'not by much'.
(Yes, the proper people were contacted and the stones were retrieved three days later. I do not know how they got there. Someone speculated that since the cemetary is closed the person was moved and a new stone was erected, but this doesn't answer most of the questions anyone would ask about how and why here.)

still my memories lead me there
to you gentle embrace and tender kisses

Although we do get to see a funeral for Cesar and Mrs Torres, does Cesar ever get a proper grave stone?
There's been no funeral for Cesar Torres as only Thatcher and Mark know the truth of what happened to him. But he will get a memorial stone eventually! You probably won't get to see it until the very end of Good Samaritan though, in the epilogue :)
