#personal #txt #I talked to my social worker about getting referred to a therapist #and he’s like #ok why do you want to see a therapist #I’m like well over the past couple years my dissociation has gotten worse and idk how to deal with it #he’s like wellll a therapist can’t really help with that #I’m like oh...... #then I also said that I wanted to talk about some of the fucked up things that go on in my head #and he’s like what things #I’m like !!!!! #how do you even explain that to someone #that’s why I need therapy?? #pls #I thought I could be fixed #I hate myself so much #I hate thinking about su/c/de every day #but it feels like that it’s my only choice #if I have to live like this then what’s the point? #really only my family will miss me and like 2 friends #my dog is pretty much the only thing I’m living for #I don’t know why I even post here
