#decembhyur2023 #decembhyur #mypost.#ffxiv gpose #ffxiv screenshots #ffxiv oc #🌪️#this was kinda tricky to do and it may look wonky because oml chiron is a giant. achille is 6ft and he's still short next to him #but anyway: this is from chiron's pov up until the last one. he's remembering achille and how he grew up. does that count for memory #no i'm not crying my eyes are sweating #so my lore on these two changed a bit; chiron raised achille since infancy now. tauvane abandoned him much earlier #first pic is when he was a wee sickly baby after being rescued by chiron #2nd and 3rd pics are of him being a rambunctious (got caught playing in mud) and sweet lil boy #4th pic is when achille got attacked by tauvane. he's hurting physically and emotionally over her rejection and started acting out #5th pic is him after dyeing his hair in an attempt to distance himself from her. chiron is saddened but he can't do anything #6th and 7th pics are of them in the present :')#achille never knew his actual father but he considers chiron his dad without hesitation #and chiron never thought he would be a father but he loves his son to death #that's his babyyyy ough #q.

question: who is your favourite scooby doo character and why?

in a similar vein to my how did you get into scooby doo post from last month, i'm now interested in hearing who your favourite character from the franchise is! are they a member of the core gang or a side character? which iteration/version of theirs do you like best? do you have any specific memories associated with them? do they mean a lot to you personally, or do you just think they're neat? it's time to gush about them in the tags/replies!!

#if you don't know me: hi i'm nem and when the scooby doo hyperfixation beam hit me back in 2021 i was cursed to forever think about #fred jones more than everyone else on the planet combined #i just think the evolution of his character is so fascinating #especially in the way that they made him more engaging by just exaggerating his core traits a whole bunch over time #my favourite iterations of his are mystery inc (for the canon autism and generally how emotionally affecting he is)#and what's new (for just how plain silly and sweet he is)#however now that i've seen the whole show be cool's version of fred is now a firm favourite as well (his focus episodes are amazing!!!)#there's just so much that can be done with him and there's never a dull moment when he gets quality screentime in an episode or movie #he makes me laugh he makes me cry and through relating so much to his character he essentially tricked me into loving myself #i grew up with undiagnosed autism and struggled with self-hatred for things like my intense interests/social struggles/hyperempathy #things that i now know are just. fundamental parts of me and the way my brain is #so seeing fred be his unapologetic autistic self (canon in mystery inc/coded in everything else) made me feel less alone & gave me hope #which eventually led me to seek out & obtain my formal diagnosis at 17 and generally just feel so much more secure in who i am #so yeah!!!! this silly goofy cartoon character means a whole lot to me and i'm glad to have a place to express that :)#i look forward to seeing everyone's responses to this question!!!#scooby doo

whenever an awl walkthrough refers to takakura as just a farm hand, i get so sad bc he's so much more than that. sure, he seems kinda distant at first, but you can tell he cares about your wellbeing a lot and wants to see you succeed in your goal of being a farmer, ( so much so that he got you a freaking cow as a welcome gift. )

like he's a lifeline when you're grieving the loss of your father, your mentor as a farmer, even a surrogate father when you become closer, and eventually a surrogate grandfather to your child... he's so much more than a farm hand, he's family....

i love my mum and i love my cat but he's clearly not gonna get better which we knew would be the case it was only a matter of (very little) time but my mum keeps trying to buy him new different food to get him to eat and again i love them but this is breaking my heart

#he looks so so sick..#i don't know if there's any point in trying to get him to feel better #when we know it's terminal and they gave him 35 days over 35 days ago #obviously the number is not exact i know that but it is a fact that he's so so sick #and it breaks my heart to see him like this bc if he's pain i really don't think it's good to #keep him around for our own selfish reasons #i wish so badly we could enjoy his presence for longer #but... it's. idk. it might be cruel. if he's in pain it's cruel to not end his suffering #i understand my mum i really do i was the same with our previous cat when she got old and was clearly not gonna last #and in the end i regretted waiting til it happened naturally bc i know i just prolonged her suffering #which was entirely for selfish reasons bc there was no way she'd get better #and it's the same for ripy now. it hurts so so bad i'm crying my eyes out rn #but i can only imagine how much HE is hurting. and what is the point when we know there's no chance #for him to get better #he might die later but having been in more pain for longer. why should we do that to him when he could die as peacefully as #possible with us by his side and so he can rest wherever good sweet cats go after death #idk. i feel so sad. and im here alone crying while church bells ring. and while everything feels meaningless
