It’s not just the fact that Billie goes after Dean’s heart in 15x18 directly before Cas confesses to him, or even that Cas fell in love with Dean because of his heart, that he loved the whole world because of Dean’s heart. It’s also that it’s always Dean’s heart, Dean’s heart that a gay man died giving him in 1x12. And it’s the invocation of a barely concealed gay-slur-adjacent vampire slur as established in 2x03. It’s Dean literally dying via acting out on his attraction to men, it’s Dean literally dying by choking because of his queerness. It’s that every possibility that Billie lists, every possible way we’re told Dean could die is related to him being a queer man. It’s that when he does die, it is via vampire, vampires who rip people's tongues out, the suggestion of this death nestled snuggly in here between dying via his heart or his dick, two arrows and an f-slur, here via berens and dabb at the very first rumblings of dabb era, a warning sign and a bookend.

Ah, it's late again. He really needs to get better about his time management but he's salaried, so it's not like it matters how many hours he's clocked in for. Ibara shifts in his seat and rubs his eyes under his glasses. For a moment he thinks it would be nice to have an assistant that could help him out but that would never work with the amount of information he has to keep under wraps.
Or maybe having a second person to help would make him less likely to give up that information out of sheer exhaustion. He'll talk to the president about it tomorrow. He should make a note of that before he forgets. He should pack up and go back to his dorm for the day. Ibara lays his head on his desk and closes his eyes, just for a few minutes he tells himself. Just a few minutes of rest and he'll be up and back on his way to the dorm and actually sleep in his own bed.
Someone shakes him awake. It's gentle and Ibara thinks of the kids in those movies Hiyori makes them watch that ask for five more minutes from their parents. He's too dignified to do something like that though.
Someone chuckles and shakes him again and Ibara finally opens his eyes. It's lighter than he remembered it being when he went to...oh. He fell asleep at the office again. He buries his head in his arms, grumbling.
"Ibara." He bolts upright.
"Your Excellency! Why are you here so early in the morning?"
Nagisa laughs. "Someone told me they never saw you leave last night. Is everything okay, Ibara?"
He relaxes and leans back in his chair. God his back hurts but he has another long day at work. He'll make a note of that later.
There's something soft against his cheek. It's a little scratchy but--
"Your Excellency that is entirely--!"
"We're alone in your office Ibara."
He just knows his face is going to be as dark as his hair with how it heats up from the gesture. A kiss, even just on the cheek... He'll deal. He'll deal with it. It's not like it's something he wishes he got more often or anything.
"T-that's besides the point. Don't do it again."
Nagisa chuckles and Ibara resigns himself to spending his day with Eden's leader.

Dumbledore had called all the students he was considering for the order into his study; but as the meeting went on, James couldn't focus due to the two missing people that should've been there.
Peter and Sirius.
And as the meeting came to a close and his other friends started to leave, James waved Remus away and walked up to Dumbledore's desk.
"Excuse me, sir? Could I talk to you?"
Dumbledore looked up with a heavy smile, "Of course, James. Have a seat."
James sat down and the door closed, leaving the two of them alone.
"What did you want to talk about?"
"I was just wondering why Sirius and Peter weren't here. I mean, you said you chose people with top marks and who want to get involved in the war. Which they both are. They're both extremely talented and want to fight. They want to help."
Dumbledore's smile remained unwavering, "I'm afraid they are not candidates for the order. Yes, they are exceptionally bright students with a strong morals. However we really don't need anymore people in the order at the moment, as well as the overwhelming evidence of Pettigrew and Black's unreliability in such serious matters. I am well aware of the strong trust you three have with each other and Mr. Lupin, but I am doubtful of that loyalty extending to other members of the order. We can not risk having such... loose cannons, as the muggles say."
James felt himself grow angrier with every word that came out of his headmaster's mouth. And before long he was kicking back the seat and gripping the edge of the desk with narrowed eyes.
"With all due respect, how fucking dare you, sir!"
The smile started to slip slightly, "Mr. Potter. I'm afraid I'm rather busy-"
"I wasn't finished. Sirius is the most loyal person I have ever met! Now maybe you're using their family or what happened in 6th year as some sort of excuse. But they are better than their family, and better than they were last year! Sirius would probably be one of the best duellers on the order! And Peter- Peter is easily the best wizard at keeping secrets and spying! He's one of the most determined people I know, and will stop at nothing to help win the war! I bet more than half the order would trust those two with their lives and just because you're blind to how great the are doesn't mean you can just leave them out the order!"
"James. I'm sure you're right, I can see how much you trust each other. However it is not just my decision-"
"Bullshit! It is! Maybe you don't solely have the title of 'leader of the Order' but everyone knows you make final decisions. And you know what? I bet if I went to Minnie's office righy now and asked her if she thought Sirius and Peter should be invited to the order, she would say yes without a single pause of hesitation. Now I don't know Moody, but from what I've heard, he would never turn down any extra help with the war. I don't know why you're so insistent on keeping them out, but I guarantee you that they'd be nothing but help in us winning the war!"
James took a step back and stared down at Dumbledore, "If you don't let them join, then I'm leaving the order. And you can bet so will Remus, and Marlene, Mary, Lily, Dorcas, Emmeline, even Frank and Alice would. Hell, I could probably get my parents to convince Minnie to leave as well."
Dumbledore stared back, no trace of a smile left. Instead replaced by a hidden anger.
"Now what is it, Sir? Are you willing to risk it?"
