And while I still think that Dead By Daylight is one of the more welcoming roleplay fandoms I've entered that does not mean you won't have problems. That's the nature of any large-scale community sadly.

Some people just won't like how I play Wesker.

There are probably some that secretly wish I would leave.

That's the risk of playing a popular character. I knew it going in and while I thought naively that I was doing a great job early on there's an inevitability about being disliked when you tackle canon. It's also an inevitable part about playing an antagonist. You kind of just have to accept that as part of your experience.]

I keep seeing videos of republicans being interviewed (The Good Liars on insta are my favorite) but one thing I frequently notice is Trump supporters saying "it's because of all the LGBTQIA+ and animal kin* being out in schools that causes school shootings" (*if that's not the proper term please let me know and I'll edit)

So basically what they're saying is- if we stop being ourselves and living our lives in front of them, they'll stop killing kids. That the fundamental rights of humans only applies to them.

Make it make sense? I normally don't say anything about stuff like this, I want my page as positive as possible. But I'm worked up already today so why not.

Reminds me of some terfs I know. "You living your life interferes with me living my life. Because reasons." We don't attack anyone for existing even if we know they're wrong. Why do they get to attack us?
