Profiles in Villainy
Hank Scorpio
Scorpio! He'll sting you with his dreams of power and wealth.
Beware of Scorpio! His twisted twin obsessions are his plot to rule the world, and his employees' health.
He'll welcome you into his lair, like the nobleman welcomes his guest... with free dental care and a stock plan that helps you invest!
But beware of his generous pensions, plus three weeks paid vacation each year... and on Fridays, the lunchroom serves hot dogs and burgers and beer! He loves German beer!
The megalomaniacal genius and owner of the world-dominating Globex Corporation, Hank Scorpio was voiced by Albert Brooks. The affable villain first appeared in the second episode of the eighth season of The Simpsons, airing on November 3rd, 1996.

The Simpsons Ultimate Showdown!
Round 1:
HANK SCORPIO VS BUMBLEBEE MAN
Hank Scorpio TidBit: According to the wiki, "The entire Hammock Complex routine was heavily ad-libbed by Albert Brooks, which also explained why Homer was unable to follow Hank Scorpio during the routine and only catch up at the end."
Bumblebee Man TidBit: In the Japanese version of the show, Bumblebee Man is completely untouched, with Hank Azaria's performance intact.

Hank Scorpio was always my favorite one-off character in the Simpsons. They way he can just be super polite while being super evil at the same time always made me chuckle.
He's my favorite Simpsons' guest star as well. Albert Brooks is a treasure.
I bristle at the ideas put forward by others likening Musk or Zukerberg as real-life analogs to Hank Scorpio...
I'm like: no you don't get it... Scorpio truly cared about his work-force's well being. He was the ultra-rare megalomaniac who also possessed great consideration and conscientiousness toward others.

The Simpsons Ultimate Showdown!
Round 3:
HANK SCORPIO VS MAGGIE SIMPSON
Hank Scorpio TidBit: Dan Castellaneta described how, after he prepared something for Homer to say in response to Brooks's new Scorpio lines, Brooks would deliver totally different lines on the next take.
Maggie Simpson TidBit: With few exceptions, Maggie never speaks but is very participatory in the events around her. Maggie has spoken in Good Night, the first short to air, after the family falls asleep. There was another time she had tried to talk in Making Faces short upon the task given by Bart and Lisa. Liz Georges provided the voice of Maggie in Good Night, and by Yeardley Smith in "Babysitting Maggie", "Making Faces", "Football", "House of Cards", and "The Money Jar".

You Only Move Twice is the best Simpsons episode of all time. No I do not take constructive criticism.
