Do you use references for your art (both sfw and nsfw) or are you someone who draws from your imagination most of the time?
its pretty 50/50! i tend not to draw from refs as much for comms/commercial work, whereas w personal art i use refs to Have A Good Time and help me study/improve at the same time 🤔 theres less creative brainpower needed sometimes lol...
some examples 👇
personal work = combining elements of refs to better suit the blorbos
Tumblr media
work work - initial pose from imagination, then figuring out the details using articulated dolls
Tumblr media Tumblr media
when it comes to nsfw/erotica i absolutely use refs LOL theres a lot of anatomy involved.. and tbh its a great way to study the body! when im able to draw smut w.o ref thats when ill know ive made it as an artist 🫡

I’m always wary of saying my partner and I have good communication because since everyone talks about communication as the most important thing and saving grace of a relationship I’ve kind of mythologised it in my head and been like well, there’s no way we’re that good at this. But then I remember that communication is the process of continually talking about your feelings when you’re hurt or when you need something or when you’re happy, and talking about what your plans are for the future of your relationship and your thoughts on your past together and I’m like. Yeah we do kind of ace it on that

Mystery Monday #41: Big Deal Or No Big Deal? Part 2
Since I couldn't think of anything else today, and no one has yet sent in another idea, I'm continuing this series.
Hoppie: And we're back! That was a long commercial break, huh Anne!
Anne: Yeah, it was.
Hoppie: Okay, for those of you who just joined us: before the break, Anne accepted the banker's Big Deal of the moment she returned to earth. She will be trading whatever's in case #20 for whatever that deal was worth. We'll see if she made the right decision at the end of the game.
Anne: So... what are we doing here now?
Hoppie: Well, now we get to the twist.
Anne: Twist? What twist?
Hoppie: The twist I haven't told you about yet but I'm about to.
Anne: Ooh! Tell me tell me tell me!
Hoppie: The twist is...
... going to be revealed after we remind you what you traded your case for!
Tumblr media
Hoppie: Now, here's what you traded your case for, Anne.
Anne: OK. You still haven't told me what the twist is.
Hoppie: I'm getting to that! But first, let's open up another case.
Anne: But but but...
Hoppie: No buts! I've made up my mind. Now pick a case!
Anne: Fine. I choose case #23.
Hoppie: Alright. That wasn't so hard now, was it?
Anne: No, I guess not. But you still have to tell me what the twist is!
Hoppie: Don't worry, we'll get to that! Now Aubrie, open the case!
Aubrie: [opens the case] 🥁🥁🥁
Tumblr media
Anne: [grimaces] The day we lost the vegetable stand?
Hoppie: Correct. Now Aubrie, lift the flap. Let's show Anne a low number!
Anne: I doubt it, but I'm hopeful!
Aubrie: [lifts the flap]
Anne: $750?! Huh. I thought it would be higher. Like a lot higher. I mean, that stand was passed down through the family for generations!
Hoppie: True, but it was replaced by a new stand following the election a few weeks later.
Anne: Oh yeah. Right.
Anyway, gonna tell me the twist now?
Hoppie: Oh yeah, right, the twist. Well... you might not be talking home the value of that moment.
Anne: Huh? What do you mean?
Hoppie: I'll tell you once you open another case.
Anne: But why can't you tell me now?
Hoppie: Because I said so.
Anne: Fine. I choose case #2.
Hoppie: OK. Stacey, open the case!
Stacey: [opens the case] 🥁🥁🥁
Tumblr media
Hoppie: This ringing any bells for you?
Anne: Well let's see... looks like we're leaving the house...
Hoppie: Good, keep going...
Anne: Keep going! That was a hint, right?
Hoppie: Well no, but actually... sure.
Anne: Hm... [studies the screen some more]
Leaving the house, keep going...
Hoppie: Good...
Anne: All the way to...
Hoppie: What are you bringing with you?
Anne: [eyes light up] Oh! I see! The f'wagon!
[Suddenly frowns again]
I don't get it.
Hoppie: Where did you go with the f'wagon?
Anne: ... [stares at the screen]
Hoppie: Anne!
Anne: Huh?
Hoppie: Where did you go with the f'wagon?
Anne: Where did we go with the f'wagon?
[Facepalms]
Oh! I remember! Newtopia!
Hoppie: Correct! Now, how much do you think that moment is worth in our game?
Anne: Ooh, I dunno. The last one was a lot lower than I expected, so I'm probably due for a high number.
Hoppie: Well, let's hope not. Stacey, open the flap!
Stacey: [opens the flap]
Anne: $75? That can't be right!
Hoppie: I... I don't know what to tell you Anne. But I guess that's why The Price is Right exists, huh!
Anne: Yeah. But hey, I'm not complaining! That's a pretty low number!
Hoppie: Yes it is.
[Awkward pause]
OK, Anne, 3 more cases to go this round!
Anne: Wait!
Hoppie: What? Did you think there were 4 more? Haven't you seen our sister show?
Anne: No no, not that. But you promised to tell me what you mean after I opened that case.
Hoppie: What I mean about what?
Anne: About me not taking home the prize I won last time.
Hoppie: Oh, no. I just said you might not be talking home what you won last time.
Anne: Why not? What did I do?
Hoppie: Oh nothing. That's just the rules of this game.
Anne: What do you -- forget it. You're just gonna tell me to open another case, aren't you. Fine. I choose case #21.
Hoppie: Well actually... whatever. Tameka?
Tameka: [opens the case] 🥁🥁🥁
Tumblr media
Anne: OK, that one. [Mocking] Two parties in one night. Yeah, sure, Wally. I should've known.
Hoppie: So you do know what this one is.
Anne: Yeah. And I'd rather not say it.
Hoppie: Well somebody has to. This is the first time you reunited with Sasha since coming to Amphibia. The night before the last moment.
Anne: Let's just see what our messed up value system gives me this time.
Hoppie: Fair enough. Tameka, open the flap.
Tameka: [opens the flap]
Hoppie: OK, $1,000. Not bad at all.
Anne: OK dude. Tell me what you meant.
Hoppie: I meant that our game rules allow you to change what amount you accept from the offer. As we keep going, the banker will continue to make offers and you can accept or decline them as well.
Anne: Ohhhh! So if I accept every offer, I get the value of all of them! Sweet!
OK Hoppie, let's get these last two cases out of the way!
I choose case #12!
Hoppie: #12! That's Jill!
Anne: OK then Jill, open your case!
Jill: [opens the case] 🥁🥁🥁
Tumblr media
Hoppie: Recognize this?
Anne: Actually... Yes! I saw this exact view from above. This is when we attacked Andrias's castle on Amphibia.
Hoppie: You bet! Now,
Anne: Can I do this one? Jill, open the flap!
Jill: [opens the flap]
Anne: Only $300? I thought it was more significant than that.
Jill: Well, you didn't stop Andrias from invading earth.
Hoppie: [inhales and puts his finger up] Actually...
[Groans]
You're right, Jill. But hey Anne, good news for you!
Anne: I guess.
[Phone rings]
Anne: Wait, I thought I still had another case!
Hoppie: You do, but I have to take this. [Picks up the phone] Hello? [Listens for a bit] OK.
Hoppie: OK, before we get to the last case, I have to bring something to your attention.
Anne: OK. Shoot.
Hoppie: Well, it seems you made a mistake when you said that accepting the offers would only add to the value of them.
Anne: ... Go on.
Hoppie: It doesn't.
Anne: OK...
Hoppie: Instead, the value of every offer you take will be averaged at the end of the show, and that's what you will take home!
Anne: Ohhhh! OK! So what you're saying is, if the new offer is worth MORE than coming to earth, then my total goes UP, but it it's worth LESS, then my offer goes DOWN.
Hoppie: That's right.
Anne: So... why are we still opening cases then?
Hoppie: Because that's how the banker eliminates the amounts that he's NOT trading for your case.
Anne: Oh. That sounds like a convoluted way of doing it though, don't you think?
Hoppie: Well, that's just the way this game goes sometimes. Now pick your last case this round!
Anne: Okay! Case #9!
Hoppie: #9! That's Patricia!
Anne: Well Patricia, it's been a good round so far. Why stop now?
Hoppie: That's the spirit! Patricia, open the case.
Patricia: [opens the case] 🥁🥁🥁
Tumblr media
Anne: We're just driving Bessie. What's that all about?
Hoppie: Oh, but this wasn't just any trip with Bessie. Look at it, Anne. Who is driving Bessie?
Anne: Just me and Sprig.
Hoppie: Right. And who is not with you?
Anne: Polly and Hop Pop.
Hoppie: Right. Now...
Anne: [Big gasp]
Hoppie: You know what it is now, don't you.
Anne: Yes I do! That's the day me and Sprig learned how to drive! And, the day I proved to Hop Pop that you don't have to read a whole huge book before you drive a snail. Only a few pages!
Hoppie: OK Anne, that's enough.
Anne: Sorry, sorry, just got excited!
Hoppie: Well you might not be excited for long. Patricia, open the flap!
Anne: [anxiously chewing her nails]
Patricia: [opens the flap]
Hoppie: [cringes] Ooh! Ouch! $300,000!
Anne: Well I guess that's not... too terrible.
Let's move on.
Hoppie: Good idea.
[Phone rings]
youtube
Hoppie: [on the phone] Hello. OK. OK. Bye.
Hoppie: [to Anne] The Banker says you were much more consistent this round, but he'd still like to see some lower numbers.
Anne: Well I don't really have much control over that, now do I?
Hoppie: I guess not. Here's the offer this time:
Tumblr media
Anne: That looks like the robot and the portal...
Hoppie: That's because it is. Now remember: you've already accepted the "You and the Plantars coming to earth" deal. Should you choose Big Deal, your new total will be the average of these two moments. Should you choose No Big Deal, your total will remain where it is.
Now this could be a Big Deal. That robot chased you relentlessly on earth. You saw him several times, and you had to fight him without being seen, every time. And fighting this robot did lead to your parents finding out about your weird blue powers.
Then again, this could be No Big Deal. You defeated this guy every time you fought it, and you even kicked it into outer space when it was about to blow up and kill you. And you're still alive, to boot.
So. Anne Boonchuy. Big Deal, or No Big Deal?
Crowd: Big Deal!
Also crowd: No Big Deal!
Anne: I say...
...
...
...
[Closes box]
No Big Deal!
Hoppie: Well folks, that's it for this round. Join us next time, when Anne crosses the halfway point of this crazy game. And please, send in your ideas for more Mystery Monday topics!

Hiii, if you're willing to, could I request a chishiya x reader where reader gets seriously injured and knocked unconscious during a game and chishiya carries you out of there and treat your wounds, and they only find out about it when they wake up and kuina tells them (+bonus points if they just assume someone else like ann or anyone else really was the responsible for letting you live🙏🏽) just had this thought and was like aaaaa👉🏽👈🏽🤔
Flesh Wound
Summary: Your body is aching all over when you wake up, but you have no idea who put the bandages on you.
Genre: fluff
Pairing: reader x chishiya
Words: 2k
Note: I got carried away aGAIN ; O; This is set during the five of spades game :>>
Tumblr media
The wind blew against a lock of your hair softly. Chishiya leaned over the railing beside you, looking expressionless as always. Three stories below, you could see the Horse Mask empty another round of bullets into two poor souls—the girls who might have been friends. They stilled for a second, probably gauging their surroundings. Suddenly, they looked up, the front of their mask pointed directly towards you.
Chishiya swiftly grabbed your arm, pulling you down as he ducked. You shared a held breath, though you stubbornly peeked from behind the concrete. Horse Mask was unmoving, until they finally tore their gaze away and went back to loading their gun. After cocking it, they trudged slowly down the hallway.
“It has a blind spot,” you told him. In response, he raised an eyebrow, tilting his head to the right a little. “It didn’t see us, I think. Kept on going the same direction.”
“That’ll come in handy later. I’m still figuring out where exactly the safe zone could be.” He leaned back against the concrete barrier, eyes scanning the night sky above you before landing on your own. You tensed up, but for a different reason this time.
Don’t let him intimidate you, Kuina had told you before you entered the game. This was the first time you and Chishiya went to a game together. Kuina usually went with you, and your trio was granted the same group each time. But ever since the tension with the militants grew, Hatter had to reshuffle the groupings in an attempt to quell Aguni’s temper.
You opened your mouth in response, words caught in your throat as you heard another bout of gunfire. Carefully, the two of you peeked over the rails again, eyes drawn to a scraggly mop of hair poking from behind one of the lower floors. You craned your neck, trying to get a glimpse of were Horse Mask might be.
Chishiya tapped your shoulder to gain your attention. “It’s below us. The noise came from our area.”
“We need to move out then,” you muttered, getting ready to stand up. Chishiya stopped you with another tug on your arm. His eyebrows were furrowed a little, gaze transfixed on the spot Horse Mask shot at.
“It’s that room,” he nodded towards the bullethole-riddled door. The kid with messy hair dragged a man wearing a cap away from it, no doubt to seek a safe spot. “The tagger wouldn’t have shot at them from far away if it wasn’t.”
Without a second thought, you leaned over the railings and shouted as loud as you can, “Fourth floor, sixth door!”
Almost immediately, heavy boots smacked against the staircase on your far right. Shifting his hand to wrap around your wrist, Chishiya steered you toward the left-wing staircase. Your feet padded against the steps, heart beating rapidly. You let Chishiya lead you through turns and stairwells until you found yourselves back on the fourth floor.
You stopped momentarily, planting your hands on your knees to catch your breath. Chishiya panted next to you, though he tried to control his breathing more. In any situation, he’d never fail to keep up the mask of calmness.
“Let’s end this. I’m so hungry,” you attempted to banter. Despite having played several games together, you still didn’t know where you stood with him. At times he would act uncharacteristically… nice. Getting you meals unprompted, bringing you back trinkets he’d find lying around—like the hair tie that held your hair right now. And other times he’d be so withdrawn, going for days without a single conversation with you, as if he’s deliberately trying to ignore you.
Like now. He glanced at you blankly, eyes flicking for the briefest second towards your lips. Or maybe you imagined it?
“Let’s go.” Without another word, he peered around the corner before walking in like he owned the place. You were left to trail after him, anxiously glancing at the upper floors surrounding you. Sensing your nerves, Chishiya turned his head towards you. “We’ll hear the tagger coming because of his shoes. Don’t worry your pretty head too much about it.”
Oh! Pretty? Did he just call you pretty?
Thankfully, you were behind him, meaning you’d be able to hide your cheeks heating up. To distract yourself, you looked up only to find the same mop of messy hair and a cap trailing behind him. Chishiya spoke first before you could.
“You figured it out too, huh?” He said, almost as a challenge.
The boy nodded at him, saying how he also noticed the tagger’s protectiveness over that one specific door. He watched the taller man grip the door knob. Chishiya leaned against the wall, voice cool as ever. “What puzzles me is why the tagger isn’t here yet.”
You perked up, and you could tell that the other two players were intrigued by this statement as well. For a moment, everyone was silent. You turned your head towards Chishiya. “That means…”
“We don’t have time,” he cut you off, eyes meeting yours. He flashed his phone, showing the timer counting down from three minutes. His gaze never left yours, a silent plead for you to keep quiet in the meantime. You glared back at him, having a bad feeling that this was one of his tricks again.
“Arisu, he’s right. We need to finish this now.” The man in the cap whispered to who you now know as Arisu.
Arisu nodded back at him. He took a deep breath, then swung the door open. The four of you peered from the doorframe, scanning the inside of the apartment. Suddenly, gunfire started once again. This time, you felt a bullet graze your calf. All at once, everyone yelled, ducking into the safety of the apartment. You squeezed your eyes shut, letting yourself fall forward into the darkness.
When you opened your eyes, you were met with Chishiya’s chest. His arms were wrapped tightly around your back, and you could hear him try to stifle his heavy breathing. Slowly, you tilted your head to meet his gaze. His eyes widened a little, realizing the position you were in. He quickly retracted his hold over you, as if you were hot metal.
With the moment broken, you rolled off him with a grimace. You muttered, “Thanks for—Arisu!”
Behind the apartment door, a second tagger emerged from the shadows, shotgun trained on the back of Arisu. He whipped his head back upon hearing you, dodging just in time as you pushed the gun out of line.
The tagger thrashed against you, bringing in a leg to kick at your stomach. With a step back, you managed to dodge them, taking the opening to knee them in the torso. Your fingers still wrapped around the barrel of the gun, struggling to point it towards the ground.
From behind you, Chishiya lunged at the tagger. The charge of his tazer broke through the air, the man driving its points deep into the tagger’s leg. The tagger let out a pained yell, their leg giving out. They managed to catch themselves on their other foot. With the sudden shift in position, the gun slipped from your grasp. The tagger brought their arm back, bringing the butt of the gun on the side of your forehead.
The room spun around you. It felt like your head was dunked inside a fish tank, with all the noise sounding so muffled. Through the bleariness of your vision, you saw another spark in the dark—probably from Chishiya’s tazer again. Before you fully blacked out, you could recall Chishiya calling after you.
ˏˋ°•*⁀➷
You woke up with a groan, not even bothering to sit up because of all the pain. There was a light throbbing in your head, and your legs felt incredibly sore. You squinted your eyes, letting them adjust to the light. When your vision cleared up, you recognized the room you were in to be yours.
There was a blanket covering you from the hips down.  A wide bandage was wrapped over your head. Gauze was wrapped around your forearm, held in place by medical tape, a faint red mark seeping through the light fabric. You hadn’t even felt that injury from the game.
The game!
Does this mean you won? Is Chishiya okay? What happened to that Arisu kid and the man in the cap? Before you could stand up and get answers for yourself, a soft knock on your door echoed in your room.
“Come in,” you called out softly. Your voice was hoarse, and if you had spoken any louder, it would start up the headache again.
Kuina walked into the room, a bread basket slung on her arm. Chishiya shuffled in behind her, his gaze trained on the floor. They brought out some of the hotel chairs in your suite, sitting on either side of you. With a smile, Kuina proudly plopped the bread basket on the empty space of your bed.
“Where’d you even get that?” you chuckled lightly.
“Chishiya nabbed it on the way home,” she wiggled her eyebrows, a teasing smirk on her face. Across her, Chishiya scoffed, eyes not leaving the carpet. “He was very worried you know. It was the first time I saw him shaking in his flip-flops.”
“She’s pulling your leg. Not that it’s been injured already,” he replied curtly.
Through the pain, a smile made its way to your lips. With your uninjured arm, you gingerly ran your fingers across the basketweave. Your eyes found their way to Chishiya, his face framed by loose strands of hair.
“Thank you, for getting me out and for the bread.”
“I didn’t say I got you out,” he narrowed your eyes at you, though a smirk quirked at the corner of his mouth.
“I know, but you’ll never admit it anyway,” you grinned. Bringing your attention back to Kuina, you nudged the basket closer to her. “Here. I want you guys to have some too. Oh, and please bring some for Ann down in her dungeon as well.”
Kuina raised her eyebrows in confusion. “What for?”
“For patching me up,” you shrugged, gesturing to your bandage-riddled body. Kuina still looked partly surprised, before a wave of realization washed over her.
“Ah… I see.” She shot a knowing look toward Chishiya. It almost looked like he had a small pout. You could sense him starting to deflate a little in his seat, one of his knees starting to bounce repeatedly. “You know what, Ann isn’t the only person in the medical field here.”
With a wink, she grabbed two muffins and waltzed towards the door. “I’ll leave you two to talk. I’ll drop this off at Ann’s too. To thank her for her ‘help’.” She emphasized with air quotes.
With a soft click, the door shut, leaving the two of you in silence once more.
You broke the silence first this time.
“Chishiya?”
He hummed in acknowledgment.
“Who treated my wounds?”
He stayed silent for a moment, too stubborn to meet your gaze. Finally, he let out a long sigh and still his knee. “I used to be a doctor in the other life.”
It was a non-admission, but an admission nonetheless. He had this way of things where he’d never say anything directly. He loved puzzles so much, that he became one. But you were getting used to his hints. And over time, you were learning how to piece together his thoughts.
“‘Shiya.” He finally looked at you. No one’s called him that since his mom.
You shuffled to the side, patting the space you made. Hesitantly, he crawled beneath the covers with you. You laid down in now comfortable silence. Slowly, you placed your hand above his.
He tensed for a moment before turning his palm up and enveloping yours. Your thumb traced his knuckle.
“How are you feeling?”
“Better.” You turned your head to face him. “Way better.”
He thickly swallowed, turning his head to face you. In the softest voice, he said, “I’m happy you are.”
The throbbing in your head faded. With that one small sentence, you understood most of the things he wanted to say, bubbling just beneath the surface. Over time, he’d be able to fully let his walls down. You just needed to trust that he will.

reader taking the boys out to go country line dancing for rutger’s 19th birthday??
Tumblr media
“save a horse ride a…”
rutger mcgroarty x f!reader
wc: 0.9k
warning: implied sexual activities
your boyfriend rutger was born in nebraska, so, to a certain extent, he has some country roots to him. one thing you’ve learned over the last 5 1/2 months is that he has a love for country line dancing. “okay ethan, you’re gonna tell him that you and the boys planned him a birthday surprise, and have him be blindfolded when you start getting closer to the place, okay? and then when he takes it off we’re all gonna yell surprise alright? don’t screw this up eddy, it’s simple,” you say through the phone on the way to pick up rutgers birthday cake.
“thanks for thinking i’m that dimwitted that i cant even follow a basic instruction,” ethan chuckles.
“what time are you picking him up? i know the rest of the guys are coming to the place in about 45 minutes, so maybe get him in about an hour?” you say, arriving at the cake shop in the midst of ann arbor.
“yup got it! thanks for planning all of this y/n, he’s gonna love it,” ethan reassures, knowing that you’re a little nervous about the whole thing.
“thanks eddy, i really hope he likes it. it took me forever to find a place, but thankfully i did and was able to rent it out. oh, and when we were visiting his parents a few weeks ago i swiped his cowboy hat, so i have that with me too! i’m really excited! all those times rutger tried to teach me how to line dance are gonna come in handy tonight. anyways i gotta get the cake, but text me updates okay?” you exclaim.
“yup alright, see ya soon y/n!” ethan says before ending the call. you then walk inside the shop and pick up rutgers birthday cake. currently you’re dressed in navy bootcut jeans and a tight white shirt, so of course you get a few confused looks as to why you’re dressed so differently than most college students. you ignore the looks, and after getting the cake you immediately make your way to the place that you rented out for tonight.
after setting up everything you need, the boys begin to start filing in, wearing the closest things they have to line dancing/country attire. surprisingly, for most of them it actually wasn’t impossible for them to find correct attire. eventually it’s time for ethan to be arriving with rutger, and he told you he just put the blindfold on him. ethan parks his car, and carefully guides rutger into the now silent building. “yo dude where are we? why is it like dead silent in here?” rutger chuckles. ethan then takes the bandana off of rutgers eyes, and you and the boys immediately shout ‘surprise!’
a huge smile forms across his cheeks, seeing all of his friends and girlfriend get together just specifically for him. you walk over to him and place his cowboy hat on his head, stepping on your tip-toes to place a peck on his lips. “happy birthday babe, i love you!” you say.
“thank you love! where did you get my cowboy hat? did you take this from my parents house?” he chuckles as he wraps an arm around you, taking in the fact that all of his friends are in country-like attire. “maybeee,” you say dragging out the e, “cmon we’re all going country line dancing since i know you love it! show off your moves babe!” you exclaim as you run over to the building worker, giving him your phone to use as aux. as you run back over to the birthday boy, ‘bow chicka wow wow’ by meghan patrick starts playing and you immediately start dancing with rutger, the other boys following in pursuit.
a solid forty-five minutes go by of just pure laughter and messy dance moves, and you all decide to take a little break to eat cake.
you’re all sat at a table towards the far end of the room, and you and rutger are sat next to each other. he then places a gentle kiss on your temple, “thank you for planning this, y/n. it’s the best birthday gift. and, i never knew you actually paid attention when i taught you line dancing!” he chuckles, making you smile.
“well, what can i say? when i have you as my teacher i’ll take any excuse just to watch you. even if you’re teaching me how to like dance,” you joke, making rutger scrunch up his nose.
“you’re so cringe, i love it,” he says before taking his hat off of his head and placing it on top of yours. you readjust it slightly and laugh at how ridiculous you must look. you pull out your snapchat camera to look at yourself, and that’s when an idea comes to mind. “you know what they say rut… save a horse ride a…” you begin to say, but suddenly you’re interrupted by mark. “ew y/n shut up! did you guys not realize that we’ve been sitting here silently waiting for you two to finish so we can keep dancing?” he blinks, making your cheeks go hot.
“y/n we’ll save that for later,” rutger winks at you jokingly, making all of the other guys groan and fake gag. “remind me why we decided to come again?” duker speaks up.“because you all love me,” rutger cheekily grins, making all the duker flip him off.
“whatever man, let’s just keep dancing. i think i’m getting pretty good at this,” duker says. “yeah, you keep telling yourself that man,” nolan says as he pats dylan’s shoulder.
