After I got that band aid ripped off: I am here with some good news for mostly myself lol. Thanks to a dear friend of mine I actually found joy in doing character sheets again! Which means all the new characters that appear in my head for a split second will not go to waste.
This here will function as my main blog for now, the other one is an art account that I will reblog things from at times c:

okay but reconcile this hades for me, who immediately upon learning kronos might return, insists percy ask him for sanctuary. immediately thought to PROTECT this kid in front of him. how this hades would ever and i mean EVER try to lock him in a cell so his own, much younger, son can take on the brunt of a prophecy that clearly states the hero will die. i just...no. tv hades would never.
tv hades needs his cabin for his kids, his wife, and a lot of rest. his rejection of being part of the war? social anxiety, and that's fine. but he would never want his kid to be the prophecy kid.

I saw people on Twitter complaining about the way Hades talked calmly with Percy. Guys, Ares is the one who hates children, and even he tried to be nice to them. They are twelve year old kids, the gods know how to talk to them to get what they want
Don't get carried away by sympathy, Hades is not innocent, he knew exactly what he was doing there. The pomegranate juice was a joke, but a reminder that he's smart. He was being nice for a purpose.

I know we all love the god/deity Nico. But just consider. Nico mistaken as a god.
Why? Because srsly, just imagine it.
You’re a new camper. You’re 8,9,10,11—idk, and your siblings are giving you a tour around Camp. You guys reach the Big House, and there’s Chiron, Mr.D, and then him.
This kid - not so much older than you’re - who wears all back, a sword by his hip, a distinctly powerful around him, sitting at the same table with Dionysus and Chiron. They have been talking when you arrived. He greets you with a silent nod.
Later that day, you see him again at lunch/ dinner. Still sitting with Dionysus. His plate is empty. They talk through out the meal. Perhaps he doesn’t need to eat.
You notice he has a private house all for himself, not so close to other cabins. Maybe he doesn’t like others trespassing in his place.
He’s also the quiet and reserved type, you figure.
He doesn’t talk much. But when he speaks, everyone listens. Whatever he has to say is usually impactful.
He usually sits with the goddess Hestia during the campfire. Rarely someone joins them. Will Solace does sometimes, probably bc the guy’s friendly with just everyone.
You see him in the Arena. His power is absolutely terrifying. Like. God-tier.
You take note of the fact he sometimes leaves Camp for days on a mission or an errand. Something about ghosts and Underworld. As far as you know, no one else in camp does that kind of task. And you absolutely didn’t expect the Underworld to be so easily in and out of. Not for a demigod, at least, because even the mighty Percy Jackson dislikes going there.
He talks about Cerberus and the Furies and Charon and calls Hades “dad”. He must be a chthonic deity. That explains his attire.
And the name di Angelo. It certainly sounds someone to take souls to the afterlife. The name Nico should be the equivalent of Apollo’s Lester.
When another god, Apollo - or Lester, comes visit. You see how the Olympian playfully jokes around and laughs with the Kid. In response, the Kid acts completely relaxed around him, despite not being one of Apollo’s children, whereas you’re there being like Omg it’s a God!. You figure that’s how fellow gods treat each other.
Nico di Angelo must be a God, right?

I went down a youtube rabbit hole and ended up watching tours of love hotels in Japan and now I'm going insane at the unmet potential of love hotels in bsd fancontent and I don't even mean in a sexy way (different topic for a different time)
There is a subcategory of hotels in Japan built for last-minute check-in and designed around privacy and (pseudo) anonymity with soundproof walls and little to no interaction with other guests or staff and we have a bunch of characters who should avoid being recognized or would need to hide for a short time for various reasons.
These hotels are also often equipped with all necessities for an overnight stay without having to bring anything. Toileteries are all included and they'll even lend you PJs. You can order food and not have to encounter the staff at all when they deliver it to your door. Most of them have inflatable bath mats for the (traditional Japanese) bathroom floor. The sexy stuff is more or less apparent depending on which hotel you're in (that can be funny). You can stay overnight but you can also stay for a few hours in the middle of the day. There's always a karaoke machine.
The potential! The scenarios! Do you not see it? Get your mind out of the gutter I said that was a topic for another time. Do you see the ways these could be used! Do you see how convenient these could be!! They can hide! They can tend to their wounds! They can be stupid! They can spend the night there when they weren't expecting to have to! Only 29 fics in the BSD tag have the "love hotels" tag too! We can form a revolution! Don't drag me away I'm not done!!

Hades & Persephone
Tumblr media Tumblr media
We all love power we all crave strong sexual chemistry even if it brings chaos & deciet our way. It's just in our curious and lustful nature. We all stem from a wanting, needing, craving and OH!!! Possesing over what's not ours or what we can't have! Temptation and desire is one thing, but controlling, domineering, jealously, and deceit is another. Passion burns, lust craves, soul yearns to be taken into captivity, nurtured & loved. In the right hands, the soul interlocks becomes one, enters the realm of manipulation, love, deceit, jealousy, envy, and possesivness. You are pulled to your lowest point with voice weakened, and physical restraint.
This is a profound love story of very strong energies that reside in me and you. Here you will see your deepest craves, love, needs and your lust, possesive side. Remember everything is not bad, its how you use it. You are yourself not your natal chart. These are just given attributes, handed to you on your Journey. ~ Prinz Venuz

The 7th
When the Wizard explained to Billy about his powers he forgot to mention that the Champion of Magic had a seventh patron who would manifest in his greatest moments of need. Although this one did not count as "official" since he was not exactly sharing his powers like the others.
So it's understandable that Billy would freak out at the new voice in his head telling him to steal a sandwich from one of the rude people on the subway.
Billy tried to argue with the voice about it since his parents had taught him all about good and evil but it had been a few days since his conversation with the Wizard Shazam and it had been weeks since his last decent meal other than leftovers. The Sandwich was packed and its owner wasn't paying attention, one little slip and he would have something in his stomach.
Solomon was very upset with the new voice, he was fully aware of who was talking and thought that he had left after the disaster with Adam but apparently the Ghost King had taken an interest in "The New Champion", Solomon had suspicions that it was because Billy was a kid.
The new voice introduced himself as "Phantom", he argued a lot with Solomon, didn't seem to have any moral and Zeus always muttered about his older brother's annoying best friend whenever he manifested. The boy did not know who the new God was but at least he gave good life advice. Or he liked to think so.
Phantom had many arguments with the other immortals, Hercules complained about his friendship with Kronos (which the boy found worrying but decided not to comment), Salomon about his recklessness, Atlas and Achilles bothered him constantly and Mercury kept challenging him to races. But it seemed that thanks to him everyone had become interested not only in helping Captain Marvel but also Billy!
Phantom even had a lot of good advices on being a young hero or keeping his secret from the League and for the first time since he got his powers Billy didn't feel so lost.

This project is officially out of hand - I swore 3 months ago that I won't expand it to clones territory, I really won't, and look where I am now! I also had to double down on Rex, if I'm here and have accepted defeat, as I finally got around to watching Rebels and I just love him so much with that beard, and his freckles omg TTnTT (I really really wouldn't mind seeing him in the Ahsoka show either, please)
The rest of the Mandalorian Star Wars meets Hades AU project is here
I've spent my sick day real productively, I believe :3
