We as a fandom don’t talk enough about how Game of Thrones decided to combine Jon Snow and Young Griff into one character and how that was absolutely ridiculous on like 1000 different levels. Because how do you combine two characters who are FOILS to one another and then play it completely straight?! Then to make matters worse they gave Jon the boy’s stupid name?! Goddamnit I knew they didn’t get Jon as a character pretty early on, but why mesh his arc with the one guy you shouldn’t combine with? 😭

Also, hey hey, can we talk about how goth ver Adrien said NOTHING the entire time he was detransformed?! He ONLY spoke to transform. PLEASE maybe im delulu but i really felt like that spoke so much about his character. Like being super silent is a thing with him, hes so closed off, he sees himself as so disconnected. He just, doesn't talk. But then as claw noir he can talk, he does talk, so much, about anything. He was so different when 'just' Adrien. Which is of course so Adrien of him, but this amplification of that divide, the way he cuts himself up to cope.... the way our adrien has come so close to this too.

So yep I dunno other dimensional adrien is (was) selectively mute in my headcanon. I know thats a bit of a jump but ahh there's just something about it, it gets to me

A Thorough Investigation Into Claw Noir's Hairline

I'm so glad the special gave us more dimensions into Claw Noir's hair (much better than a shrub growing vertically on his head) but I wanted to get a better look at his semi-mohawk and speculate where his hair is actually shaved vs grown out.

I do appreciate the mohawk as it adds to his general punk vibes, and gives his rats nest hair a little more organization. I think the decision to make his cat ears act as a barrier between his shaved head and grown out hair is great! But what in God's Name is going on with his sideburns
