I’m designing my iterations’ Donnie’s weird accidental monster baby, do you have any tips for drawing itty bitty little babies? I usually draw spindly body horrors but I NEED to create this tiny fucked up and adorable baby 😭

Someone once told me (I've unfortunately forgotten WHO nooo) babies are built of ham shapes. That round shape slightly tapered at the end. They're just rolly polly round and soft and a little squishy and kind of floppy when they're itty bitty. Keeping that baby fat in mind definitely helps. They also have a lot more forehead and bigger eyes relative to their heads going on than adults. An easy trick to making a character look more baby is lowering the eyes/nose/mouth and drawing an adult with them higher. Follow your heart on what is cute! Sometimes spindley body horrors can be cute too, if not traditionally babyish xD

Do you allow people to use your fanfics as an inspiration for others? (Obviously not copying your work/plot/anything like that, but if someone wanted to write something that was definitely inspired by yours with full credit to your original work, would that be okay?)

I fact, if you check my ao3 author bio on depths, there should be a clause there that all of my posted work, art or fic, have blanket permission from me to be used in further projects by other people (what's the point of community or posting in general if the creation process stops with me?) So you and anyone have my complete approval and support in working off inspiration derivative from my work(s).

And yes, my one caveat is to make sure to properly tag back to me! Just an author's note that inspo stems from whatever fic of mine is fine, honestly-- but I DO want to see anything made (ill reblog/comment always) so (if posting to ao3) i would prefer the fic/art either listed as gifted/inspired by whichever fic(s), and (if posting to tumblr) @ -ing me in whatever post made. For any site either than tumblr or ao3, like instagram or ffnet, etc etc, just send me a heads up/link through tumblr ask and ill come check it out!!

Yesterday on P3R, I genuinely wonder how anyone is learning anything at this high school. For fuck’s sake. XD
