"If Jesus died for our sins then why would we go to hell ourselves and pay for them again? If Jesus' sacrifice is unworthy, then why should we care that he died for our sins? His sacrifice means nothing at all."
Next time a religionist rambles on about "sin," ask them this one question: Imagine a world where "god" doesn't exist. Would sin exist in this world?
If sin would not exist in a world without god, then god is the root of sin. Sin exists because of god. And since it would still be possible for people to hurt each other, we can then know that sin is not morality, it's just the preferences of this god. Those who are godless are, by definition, sinless.
If sin would exist in a world without god, then we don't need god. Heaven and hell would not exist without god, and there would be no need for salvation from this "sin." Sin would be something corporeal, between mortal creatures, not requiring of a divine entity -- since that entity doesn't exist. Those who are godless, by definition, do not need god.

Why can't we build what they built? Because we don't believe what they believed. It's not an issue of technical ability.
- Alan Cornett
The historical tropes that people pull out in response are so predictable. “They were built by rich people using essentially slave labour” they type on their Chinese made phones wearing their Chinese made clothing. I’m glad none of our labour is exploited in 2023.

Many atheists fail to acknowledge that when they object to evil they must appeal beyond their godless world to an objective standard of goodness.

If god is unable to prevent evil, then he is not all-powerful.
If god is not willing to prevent evil, then he is not all-good.
If god is both willing and able to prevent evil, then why does evil exist?
If god created everything then that means he created evil. And if that is the case what does that say about god?
