I think the best thing I did in 2022 was accept that I have delusions, my brain is weird, and all that is okay. It's fine! Neutral at worst.

Both by myself and with the aid of my kith I can keep two feet firmly in reality, so any time it is a bit much I'm not alone.

And because of that it's okay to... I don't want to say "indulge" because that's a loaded term in some respects, but I suppose "examine" or "spend time with" things I am aware are creations of my brain. Its nice.

There's a joy in the feeling I can't express, but it's simple and warm and has made the past year happier for it.
