Myself in every stranger's eyes | About Giovanni Garbo Giovanni Garbo (1957) started to take photographs in 1980, Antonello Perissinotto was his first teacher. Giovanni prefers black and white photos and he mainly photographs his surroundings, his territory and his people. In 2012 his photographical research induced him to propose a personal exhibition, entitled “The Choice”; it was shown in several municipalities with considerable success. In 2010 he came across the Mignon group. Myself in every stranger's eyes | About Fatima Abbadi Fatima Abbadi is a photographer, an embroiderer and a collector of Jordanian and Palestinian traditional dress who lives in Capelle aan den Ijssel, near Rotterdam. Grew up between the UAE (in Abu Dhabi) and Jordan, and moved to Italy in 1997 for her university studies where she remained until 2019, after which she moved to the Netherlands with her family. Fatima is a member of the Italian Mignon Group, established in 1995 to promote the photographic genre of Street Photography and the use of analogue cameras in black and white film. Creator and founder of the MIGNON group, Romagnosi is a photographer, printer, lecturer, and photography publishing expert. His passion for photography has turned into a careful and painstaking desire to gain knowledge in all aspects related to photographic production, and in particular, to those related to the publishing business. Bibliophile and photobook collector, Romagnosi has edited numerous photography volumes of his own, of the MIGNON group, and of other photographers.
