What do you think death feels like
Lets play 20 questions, the first 20 asks I get send I will answer, no matter how personal
".. It's just as empty as you'd expect." She gripped her scarf for an instant. Her dull gaze seemingly wandered to her clenched hands. "It leaves you feeling hollow. Being stabbed through the stomach multiple times and coming back to tell the tale.. the pain is nothing alike the empty void that lays on the other side."
It Never Seemed So Strange - Gravity Falls, xxxHoLic, Ghost Hunt - multivid

Re: jobs! I'm a stable hand, and I don't know whether it's more interesting that I'm kin with Amy Fleming the horse whisperer or, I don't know, the Dovhkiin? Several ghosts? Lucifer the Actual Devil? It doesn't matter because either way the horses are well cared for :)

Omori AU where after Mari dies Sunny’s parents force him to be a “replacement Mari” and are just generally abusive, so Mari’s ghost comes back to look after him and protect him, taking him away from his parents to find somewhere else to live. Only problem is, Sunny is still terrified of her.

Books for Twin Peaks fans
If you like Twin Peaks, there’s plenty of content out there for you, but maybe you want to consume something new entirely that gives you that same sad-shivery feeling. I can relate. These are some books that play with ideas of family abuse, small town secrets and surreal mysteries through the lenses of the supernatural as either metaphor or enhancement. As with Twin Peaks itself, know that there are a million squicky things in these books, so proceed with caution. (You can ask me for specific trigger warnings if you want to be sure before reading.) Please, add on more stuff if you know of any!
My Best Friend’s Exorcism by Grady Hendrix: If you’ve ever wished someone could have helped Laura while she was still alive, this is the book for you. When her best friend Gretchen starts acting really strange, Abby suspects someone may have hurt her and tries to go to the adults for help. When they don’t believe her or even take offense at her questioning, she has to save Gretchen herself...and she finds the truth of what happened is even worse than she suspected. This book is not, in my opinion, a horror comedy- it’s a very scary horror novel (the milkshake plotline will haunt me forever) with jokes, and with an admittedly cheesy ending that still made me cry.
A Head Full of Ghosts by Paul Trembley: A teenage girl named Marjorie, who died during the filming of an ill-fated reality show, was possessed by ghosts. Maybe. Or maybe she was very sick. Or maybe she was afraid of her father. Or maybe she was just malicious. There is no clear-cut solution to the reasons for what happened, but there is a slowly unfolding horror where we learn the truth about the events themselves. And horror buffs, please pay attention to the name of Marjorie’s sister, the protagonist. That name is going to be important.
The Auctioneer by Joan Samson: This old forgotten horror novel was reissued after the success of Paperbacks from Hell, and man am I glad I looked for it. This is a quiet little story about a small rural town’s descent into a capitalist police state, all due to the influence of a man who is probably not literally the devil but is the closest a mortal can be. And, as he tells the community at the end, there was nothing he did that they didn’t let him do. There are no secret cults or folk horror rituals in this picturesque little town, just human greed and treachery that brings it all crashing down.
Experimental Film by Gemma Files: What do you do about an ancient demon? What do you do when it’s destroying your relationship with your family? What do you do when it’s inexorably tied to the kind of old movies you love? What do you do when it is literally burning itself into your reality? Just ask Lois, a film writer investigating scraps of a film about the folkloric figure of Lady Midday. The film-based storyline may make it more Mulholland Drive than Twin Peaks, but I think it’s relevant here because of the eerie, almost inexplicable nature of the villain, as well as the plot being about saving your children from yourself.

A and E for Arthur
D and H for Lewis
J and O for Vivi
Meme | Accepting | Arthur, Lewis, and Vivi
A - Alone time (how do they get off when they’re all by themselves? do they watch porn, is it all in their imagination, do they jerk off, do they use toys?)
((While Arthur does spent most of his alone time just working in the shop? He’s been one to mess around with a few toys his Wife got him on the occasion. Sometimes he finds vibraters or some other hands free sensual toys seem to help work him up best. He just doesn’t have the patience for his own hand alone.))
E - Extra info (any other fetishes? feet? leather? role playing? blood? fantasies that they might want to experience not on this list?)
((He’s also a monster fucker, surprise surprise. The only one he’s really ever trusted to have any other worldly fantasies to do this with would be with his Husband. He’s scared of the paranormal, but it doesn’t mean he hasn’t thought about it or two.))
D - Dominance (do they prefer to dominate, or be dominated? do they have experience as a Dom? Do they have a Dom that they trust already? What kind of things do they enjoy as/with their Dominant partner?)
((Given his role in life and now carried on into death, Lewis is more dominant leaning individual. He carries himself with an aura of a leader, but in normal situations only really takes the reins when prompted. He’s the stable rock for the team, so he’s more grounded in terms of a sensual situation too.))
((However, once you find the right buttons to push (and his wife knows them by name), Lewis submits very easily. To some degree, he’s still a follower by nature, this man doesn’t mind being submissive for those he’s grown a connection with, too.))
H - Humiliation (does degradation and insults get them hot? do they get off on humiliating someone else? what kind of humiliation is good for them?)
((That’s a hell to the no, my friend. While others may find it attractive, it’s a major turnoff for him. He doesn’t see how insulting those you love brings any joy.))
J - Jelly (what kind of lube are they using? is it flavored? have they tasted it? do they prefer to use something other than real lube during sex?)
((For all safety purposes, and to make sure no one goes to the ER, Vivi prefers to use a tested water based lubricant when it comes to pegging her boys. They deserve the best, even while taking it like champs. :3))
O - Outdoor sex (have they ever done it in public? would they? where?)
((Vivi knows when to put on a show, but that’s a hell no from her, chief. She’s already had to deal with it when her Ex forced her to do some unconsentted r*pe out in a forest.))
