Sony: In order to make sure the Venom sequel stayed true to the characters we let Tom Hardy be involved in the script writing process. We also hired an experienced director and a writer who is deeply passionate about the characters. 

Disney: Yeah we totally gave Tom Hiddleston a lot of input on the Loki Series. We let him give some “Loki Lectures” to the cast and crew...after the script and story were already written and developed without him of course lmao. Also we hired an inexperienced director and a head writer who actively hates Loki.
