Mr Keating.
Fucking.
Knew.
He knew full well that the anxious poet and the depressed theatre kid were unbelievably gay for each other.
God I’ll never get over these two-

I was in English class today and we’re currently doing poetry, so the poem we were looking at today was To His Coy Mistress by Andrew Marvell and when my teacher told us that the main theme of the poem was CARPE DIEM istg I have never grinned so quickly in my life and from the look my teacher gave me I think she knew exactly what I was smiling about (what a queen)

Masculinity
Masculinity is cool to the touch
With rough edges and a smooth, metallic finish.
It is a bitterly cold day spent outside
It is the urge to explore the world
And the ability to do so with confidence.
It’s a cigarette that tastes good on your lips
And burns horribly in your chest.
It can be aggressive,
Disrespectful,
Inconsiderate,
And painful.
It can also be strong,
Adventurous,
Intimate,
And intelligent.
Sharp edges,
Bold lines,
Long manuscripts
Tall trees without their leaves,
Bitten and bloodied lips
Strong hands,
Worn leather,
Chain link fences
Railroad tracks,
Broken glass,
And deep bitten imprints on skin.

Love's Replay.
A poem about my millionth crush on a straight guy.
Do you remember
when you told me;
“Some people aren’t good
for your mental health.”?
God, I should’ve listened to you.
I should’ve known how this would end.
I’ve lived this story a million times.
But, some way, some how,
I always end up
with my eyes
glued to a stupid boy,
watching his eyes
glued to a stupid Arsenal match,
wishing he talked about me
the way he talks about stupid footballers.

god i've watched Dead Poets Society this christmas, because i wanted to watch more of Robin Williams. But T-T the boys caught me. My hipperfixation is growing out of control.
Can we talk about the queercoded elements in this movie??? Neil and Todd... Todd being shy and having social anxiety, but finding a group of friends after all... Neil helping Todd... Neil including Todd in everything... Neil being the nicest person in the universe... the no:) escene... the deleted scene when Neil says "i love this" and Todd answers "what? me?". Excuse me, but how can you come to my house AT CHRISTMAS and do this to me???
