🤍- Fav Neutral or Obscure Character?
🔪- Character you would Kill if you could.
🍻- Character that deserves a year of free drinks at Maccadams
🤍 Probably Bluestreak? And/or Thundercracker. I haven't actually seen them in a lot of canon stuff outside of G1, but I've grown fond of how people have them interact. I think my favorite is probably a fic called And Scene! I don't know if these two count as neutral or obscure, but I don't see or talk about them much.
🔪 I don't think there's any characters I truly want to kill other than Silas (TFP) for desecrating Breakdown's corpse, Sentinel (Bay Movies), and Lockdown (Bay Movies) for killing Ironhide and Ratchet respectively. One does not simply get me attached to a character and then do them dirty like that without consequences.
Airachnid is not part of this list anymore because frankly she's written well and deserves to be a toxic creepy girlboss, and it's not fair for her to be hated as much as she is when other beloved characters are murdered and their killers not loathed for it all the time. 🕷️
🍻 Breakdown. Man got murdered, then had his corpse desecrated by humans, then had his corpse start a zombie vampire plague, then I think canonically traveled across universes out of spite to get back to Knockout? Someone please correct me on that if I'm wrong, my aligned lore knowledge outside of the show is mid.
All of that combined with dealing with a high command that's either constantly on drugs, trying to kill each other, or trying to kill him, and still finding it in himself to be kind to and engage with vehicons in a position lower than himself. I love him and he deserves the world ok

Transformers G1 if U havent done it and TFP if U have :)
oooo gonna do tfp because I only really know G1 through compilations and memes. I haven't finished yet, so I'm going to cut the "what I wish had/hadn't happened" ones
(from this ask game!) (still open!)
favorite character: Knockout <3 though Soundwave is a very close second if not tied
least favorite character: I hate almost every iteration of Arcee and this one is no exception
brOTP: Miko and Bulkhead my beloved chaos friends,,,,
OTP: Knockout/Breakdown screaming into my pillow
OT3: none?? yeah none tbh I don't do a lot of shipping with tfp characters
NOTP: I have never understood the appeal of Megatron/Optimus outside of its memeability
favorite storyline: Knockout revenge ehehehe tear the bitch (silas) apart
least favorite storyline: Breakdown death what the FUCK
thank you!!

a little rant about big robots
(sporadic thoughts on transformers prime)
ok i just got done with transformers prime, and i'm having a lot of feelings, not all of them good. in my eyes, the show started losing a lot of its charm in season two; mostly because it lost track of its human characters , relationships didn't grow that much and a lot of potential got wasted doing the same things over and over. june finding out about everything was an interesting concept, but season two mostly wasted its time with it? i really thought they were going to have her be rachet's human partner, y'know bc they're both medics but really because i think their dynamic has incredible potential, it would even help rachet's 180 in the finale feel more personal(?).
we also didn't really get that many interactions between bumblebee and meggytron, if you're going to have him kill him you should at least make their relationship feel as personal as bulk and breakdown. speaking of, what a waste huh, the whole will he leave the decepticons tension got resolved in the messiest of ways because mech were barely more than a timesink.
what even was the point of hot rod smokescreen? at first i thought the plot twist was that he was a mindwiped ultra magnus, as a nod to the g1 toy but also a fun way to build on the key plottwist but no. is he really just a plot device to have optimus not die ever? speaking of, optimus should've died reviving cybertron, i don't care about rodimus prime screenimus prime being a thing or not, it doesn't really feel right that the only autobot to die was fucking cliffjumper, who admitedly the show did get me to care about a whole lot after the fact.
i understand that season 3 got cut short and all but it peaks in the first couple of episodes, all the new action figures characters are bland as hell, ultra magnus was a generally bland guy who only really existed as a plot device and to cause pointless bickering and unfunny bits; dragon dreadwing is a less interesting version of dreadwing and shockwave had an alright episode setting him up to just kinda fuck about and do the work usually relegated to other decepticons, he really lost all his charm after the siege on the darkmount.
i know i mentioned it already but fuck me the show just dropped the ball with it's human characters after season 1, they barely have personal lives besides hangign out with the robots in disguise. yes, giving jack a cliché love interest and a cliché bully isn't a great step, but intead of memory holing them they could've really benefited of more time and care. the one episode we get about raph's mom is sweet but it doesn't really add new context to him as a person. miko my most beloved, how the writers forgot to give you a live outside the wreckers, honestly digging into why she seems to avoid connecting with regular people could've been interesting to explore but it shall remain just an interesting bit of subtext.
all of these feelings come from a place of love, i did really like this show but i deeply wish it could've been more y'know? i got the impression that it was something truly special and while, in a lot of aspects it is (i love you arcee) it does still feel at times like a commercial, a fun commercial sure, but one that got made to sell toys rather than tell a compelling story. it's no avatar: the last airbender but it's like a solid 8? closer to a 7 than a 9 tho

Hey! Just saw your post, what are some of your characters or blorbos I can ask about?
Oh! I got uhhhhhh basically any of the Decepticonsm combiners at this point so that'd be scrapper, mixmaster, hook, scavenger, long haul and bonecrusher; onslaught, vortex, blast off, brawl and swindle; and motormaster, breakdown, dead znd, drag strip and wildrider;
most of the medics and scientists in general honestly but especially first aid, ratchet, wheeljack, brainstorm and i guess i got hook already but he goes with that set too
and then in no particular order or organisation for other transformers i got prowl, soundwave, sideswipe and sunstreaker, idw arcee, hot rod/rodimus, springer and impactor, astrotrain and (g1-style) blitzwing, and of course my beloved ocs bait and redshift
i havent had my head out of transformers in a hot minute but if you want non-tf options i guess you can ask about blitzo from helluva boss or patrick bateman from uhhhhhh whatever movie he comes from. American Psycho im pretty sure. I have a normal amount of feelings about them.

What is a plot hole or subplot in any Transformers show/series that you dislike/hate? Have a nice day! Ps: I love your art!
Thank you! <3
Okay, lets see...PS: I love most of these shows with all my heart, if I don’t I’ll say it. So don’t take me criticizing some aspects of them as me hating them, some of these don’t even bother me much and I find them hilarious instead :>
G1: This show is full of plot holes and that is part of the charm, however, I could have lived without Optimus coming back, ruined everything my boy Roddy went through before.
Headmasters:  I love Sixshot’s “redemption” (I wouldn’t call it redemption really, more a heel-face turn) but the decision to take this character whose been written as a merciless killer with an on-screen death count of 3, including beloved baby Ultra Magnus, and giving him depth in the last 4 episodes was a truly bold move xD Personally, I think they handled it well enough, but I don’t know how other people feel about it - if you watched Headmasters PLEASE LET ME KNOW YOUR OPINION! Super-God Masterforce: Hmmm, I mean there are things that aren’t so sweet when you watch the show, like the slow pacing in the first half, but looking at the story as a whole it doesn’t matter much. Said slow pacing makes sense when you think about it.  So for this show, I don’t have complaints, I love it and love the plot! <3 Victory: There was a story to be told between Deszaras and Leozack, Leozack and Hellbat and between Greatshot and Guyhawk, but these arcs just faded out without conclusion.   I explained my grievance better in this post! Beast Wars: I love Beast Wars but I hate the love triangle with Blackarachnia and Silverbolt and the teenage third wheel Cheetor. So annoying 🙄 Beast Wars II: Kind of a bummer to me that Megastorm just kinda turned pathetic towards the end instead of being a threat with more evil methods than Galvatron as he was introduced to be. I mean the idea of him being more evil and serious without Galvs around and being a suck-up annoying lil brother with Galvs around was nice, but I would have liked to see more of his advertised evil methods.  Beast Machines:  I hate the way they handled Jetstorm and Silverbolt, they could have written that far better.  Here a post explaining it! Robots in Disguise 2001/Car Robots: The most hilarious thing in this show’s writing is that in the first episode Yuki’s father gets kidnapped and Optimus is like “We’ll save him!” Then they don’t save him and it takes around 30 episodes for the father to be rescued by fucking SKY-BYTE xD Armada/Micron Densetsu: The show I enjoyed the least and don’t even really like: I liked the ideas with Optimus, Megs and Starscream, liked the conclusions, but the build-up to them all was so boring, confusing and unnatural that I couldn’t feel for it.  The characters, their interactions and conflicts are nonsensical most of the time and contrived as well, it just ruined the experience. This whole show would need an overhaul from the very start to give it justice to the good ideas it had. Energon/Superlink: This show isn’t better than Armada when it comes to good ideas and lazy writing, but unlike Armada, it was fun to watch and had its characters act like people- And while character arcs were just stopped out of nowhere as well, at least it happened via death xD Inferno’s arc stopping was sad, but at least his death scene was nice.  If there is one thing I was a little sad about then it is Mirage not having an important place within the Cons as Starscream had. I would have thought both him and Star would be the serious ones and flank Megs on both sides, but nah, he’s in a dumbass trio with Demolishor and Snow Cat in the end. 😔 And while I celebrate his canon crush on Megs, it would have been nice to see Megs acknowledging it.  Cybertron/Galaxy Force: This was an awesome show, but as a Decepticon and Megatron lover, I was disappointed. Megatron was boring as an evil leader! The only person he had any interesting dynamic with is Starscream, and even that fell short. He didn’t care about any other Decepticon. And I don’t mean it in a “he’s bad boss” kinda way, he just doesn’t care. Decepticons join and leave without him ever reacting to it. I don’t think he spoke a word with Demolishor.  I would have thought he and Flame Convoy would develop something awesome, but even with that guy, nothing meaningful happens between them.  I know this is a story about friendship and you gotta show the villain as being friendless, but even that could have been showcased instead of just not bothering to write the dude. Animated: One thing I find sad is that Blackarachnia has nothing to do with the rest of the Decepticons. Megatron never even asked about her. And it is sad because she joined them because they accepted her while the Autobots would have not and that was interesting! But nothing gets revealed. Prime: Breakdown dying was a real bummer, because they had implied for him to get more development. Robots in Disguise 2015: The one grievance I have is the problem of characters never developing and going through the same lesson all over again. Also, Steeljaw being the best thing the show has as a main villain, but just getting sidetracked the whole time. Prime Wars Trilogy: I like the plot of Prime Wars, the storytelling, in general, is lacklustre though. Starscream could have had something better than just trying to take power and failing immediately. Cyberverse: I find Cybeverse to be boring and a thing I hated is how in season 3 they have Kup telling the story to the audience for the last four episodes of the Quintesson arc. It took away any kind of dread you could have felt for the story because Kup being able to tell it means that all goes well.  Which, yeah, of course it’ll go well, but Kup reassuring me the whole time that all will go well the whole time was just annoying.  Imagine watching an intense action flick where the characters are in mortal danger, but the action gets interrupted the whole time by some random character just to be like “this was intense, but don’t worry, we gonna survive :)” Makes it impossible to get invested in the drama! War for Cybertron: Not done yet I know, but while I celebrate this show and like it a lot, I am miffed about the lack of backstory to the conflict and characters. Siege should have been a second season with a season one that explains how it got to the point they are in Siege.

After retiring and leaving his faction, he join the drawn together gang and become one of their housemates. He represents the stoner veteran.

He is seen at the bar reading his poem in the stage.
-his poem is named “the life and death of an 80s action hero”. The poem is about the Deconstruction of a eighties hero’s archetype and how the many losses, struggles and horrors he faces during his mighty adventures and battle toward his enemies.
-the poem seem to be possibly based on Roadimus’s life as a leader of the Cyberbots.
20. His catchphrase is “Bite my Ass, Fuckwart!”. His quotes are based on references from 80’s-90’s heroes like He-man, Optimus prime, Lion-O from Thundercats, GI joe and Voltron.

26. Despite his vulgar attitude, Roadimus is truly unhappy with how low he's sunk and suffers from real self loathing that causes him to believe those he cares about are mocking him like the rest of the world. He repeatedly claims the Cyberbots abandoned him and have been making fun of him ever since He retired and become a drinking mess, yet when they meet for the first time in ages, his old team's happy to see him and seem upset with how miserable Roadimus is.
