I figured my new business cards deserved to be properly displayed, so I designed and 3D printed this holder. I posted this photo on Instagram where a tumblr friend saw it and asked if I could make a Kodak one for them.
This is how it looks, designed in and rendered by Fusion 360. I've just started printing it. If it comes out looking good I might just start advertising for commissions :-)
I've learned a lot with the second project, and will probably redesign the first one.

I finally have finished the 3D model of a house I designed a while ago.
In the while i made a gif that shows the differences between the original sketch and the finished 3D model.
I left out some details in the process, and added a few here and there. But all in all it's quite precise and detailed project.
I plan to print it out with a 3d printer, and paint it. ( I would have painted it in digital but the only program i found is the Microsoft 3D paint which is quite primitive, if you have to paint something in details. If someone has a good program for painting 3d files I would very much appreciate if you write the name of it in the notes).
Working on some stuff for a new sona based off some modding stuff I did with The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker.
I modeled this entirely from scratch, including modelling the smaller details as opposed to using displacement maps, and also decided to model a pedestal to go along with it. Basically just an 'evil' version of the Master Sword which I decided to call the Sovereign Blade (because I just picked a random synonym of master).
In addition to that I made a concept drawing of a corrupted triforce (just because it's upside down doesn't make it a Lorule thing) Got the original version I drew, and a second version I used upscaling and sharpening with to add some extra detail in.
Helmet Cyber sub-zero from the game of the mortal kombat 9
This helmet was modeled on the basis of a scan for Pepakura, which I found on the Internet! After modeling the main part, detail was added! When modeling, I tried to make some elements finishing so that after 3d printing it would be easier to process, load and paint, and then it would be possible to screw to the helmet! Electronics and backlight can be added at my discretion, I also thought through these moments and made end-to-end places on the ear antennas so that the wires could be stuck there!

design in CAD for a printable HEPA filter shell, which will sit in an exhaust port of the new 3D printer's grow tent enclosure. prints as 3 separate pieces, intended for a 120mm fan on the inlet port and M3 hardware to hold it all together.
For me, this process of choosing photos and deciding on how they should be exhibited has been, by far my most difficult photography project ever. My brain hurts.
Narrowing down the choices was difficult enough, but figuring out how to group them for display has been even harder. My dear wife has been helpful, but with her having an art education and me having nothing of the sort, we don't speak the same language. She was able to get me started, but I soon hit a stone wall. (That wall being built of the rocks in my head.)
Once I had the idea of using Fusion 360 to design a 3D model of the gallery though, things went a lot faster. I'm still not sure about the groupings, but at least I can more easily visualize the space.
I know it may be asking a lot, but I still could use help with the groupings. Please!
