Okay, I know everyone is hyped right now 'cause Kentin's AL just came out and all, but... I gotta say something.

So, it seems Armin's AL dates have been leaked, and for what I've read... It won't come out until January 26 aprox.

I think it's a bit unfair that Kentin's AL and Lysandre's AL have come out in like... A couple months?? And we have to wait another whole ass year for Armin's AL. I'm really just waiting 'till Beemoov says something about it (idk if they've done so already, tho), cause it might not be true, but... You never know.

I really hope it's worth it, tho, 'cause I'm pretty hyped for it. My Team Armin ass is back on track since Lysandre's AL announcement.

ELDARYA A NEW ERA: EPISODE 19: CDC LANCE (SPOIL)

Hey my little otters, I hope you're doing great! Today I decided to finally comment about the last episode of Eldarya ANE with Lance. I'm going to be truthful as always about it, I think you are used to it for those who have seen my last posts! First of all, I'm sooo pissed about Huang Hua's death at the beginning of the episode. The fact that she's telling her all the things that we complained about her attitude since the beginning of the game. Beemoov waited until the last moment, to do this. AND ALSO !!! HOW IN THE FUCKING HELL, she again hide the fact that since the beginning Huang Chu was the fucking phoenix ??? How do you think that could be possible, to do this shit? Huang Chu was capable to stop this shit way before that, and then because Huang Hua told her that she was the phoenix, she has the power? Like if Hagrid in Harry Potter made him a wizard because he told him and all of a sudden his power came? How could be this credible ???? Does Beemoov think we are so stupid to believe in this shit? Then the moment with Lance was short but I'm not complaining because obviously there is shit to do! But also, what does she need a fucking shower? Can't you just do your job and help the population prepare for the exit??? Just because she needs another expensive outfit !!! Next, in the easiest way, Huang Chu knows how to open a fucking portal when before that she said there's nothing they could do but because she can glow she can just after. Then humans saw them BUT GUYS, what could be easier to make Julien (Cobra) a fucking member of an organization about Eldarya on Earth? And he reveals just now when all the shit comes with Charles? And who gives a shit about Charles being a fucking baby about that? "But Julien, you were like my son !" WHO CARES ??? Then the bullshit about the BOAE telling that some important people on Earth know damn well what is going on about Eldarya. That they are journalists, CEOs, and rich people but he just said that they couldn't have the financial needs to buy guns and other stuff and had to hide from the Templiers to let them destroy Eldarya. But decide to save them just AFTER the shit...HOW CAN IT BE CREDIBLE ???

Next, the conversation about how Eldarya was. To me, it's like Avatar, and their world is out of the Earth but very close to it so they could portal themselves. Even if it's very weird that they just have to walk to be just on the other side of Earth like Eldarya is actually on Earth. Then the moment with the illustration. The illustration is very beautiful, but the moment itself...Gosh, like why does it have to be so dramatic for kissing at this moment and not AFTER? Then the monologue is so boring just to use more manaas. Even Huang Chu is like "What the fuck are you doing ?" Then... THE END. Eldarya is gone. Vanished. And I hope they are not going to make like on Earth no consequences came. A fucking world, collapse.

Guys, I don't really know what to think. I'm so scared about what they are going to do next. This is bullshit, so many episodes were way longer for nothing, but this was too short. We don't even hear or saw about the others. They don't even make the time for them to really say goodbye to this world. Why did they have to choose to destroy this so fast? I'm so pissed. What IF ... TW: Violence

So after fighting my anxiety and self doubts for a few days, I am finally creating a post in which I will share with you a WHAT IF scenario for Nathaniel's route in MyCandyLove.

As we all know our beloved blondie sometimes gets the worst of it in his storyline, suffering through a lot. The drama!

Since we got some angst in Campus Life, yup I am referring to the time he was stabbed by the gang members. I believe there could have been much more depth into that storyline OR the fact that he becomes a police officer later on. Beemoov could have done so much more with the storyline in Love Life.

I am sure I am not the only one on here that has been wondering about a scenario where Candy gets hurt either by the gang members or finds herself in the middle of a mass shooting, since when it comes to Nathaniel she always jumps in to save him. At least during High School and Campus Life she did. I wish we had that in Love Life a little more as well, in my opinion we had too little of it. And instead had a lot of other drama going on. (I will wholeheartedly disregard the whole "cheating" plot because...NOPE)

So here goes nothing. A little warning, I am not an English native speaker so there might be some grammar errors. Please have mercy with me. This little scene just popped into my head as an idea or inspiration while writing my Fanfiction.

I can taste the metallic tang of blood in my mouth as my knees buckle, and I collapse to the floor. The stabbing pain courses through my body, leaving me gasping for air. 

“NO!” Nathaniel's agonizing scream jolts me back to reality. As I look down at myself, I notice how my shirt is already smeared with blood. 

I had been shot. Holy fuck, I had been shot!? 

The commotion in the room fades into the background as strong arms wrap around my waist, lifting me off the ground. The faint scent of cologne briefly masking the smell of blood. I gaze up and meet Nathaniel's amber eyes, I wish I hadn't. The pain in his expression overwhelms me. He looks at me as if his life depends on it, as if he might die if I do. His face is bruised, and my blood stains his clothes. 

"Nath...", I croak. 

"You'll be okay. I promise. I've got you," he whispers. 

He carries me away from the ongoing shooting, and I close my eyes, resting my cheek against his chest. He's breathing heavily.

Seconds later, I feel the cool breeze on my face as I open my eyes and gaze up at the night sky, filled with countless stars. It's a beautiful sight. 

“Keep your eyes open. I need you to stay with me, baby," Nath pleads, the desperation in his voice tearing at my heart. 

I touch his cheek, and he takes a tight breath, conveying so much with his eyes that I have to look away. Feeling hot, cold, and unsteady, I find solace in his embrace. He holds me tightly, one arm around my back, rubbing it to warm my skin. Then he kisses me and whispers, "I love you." Over and over, his lips trail across my temples, cheeks, and jaw as he repeats those three words. 

"I love you too. Always" I say, gripping his back as if to freeze this moment in time. The thought of possibly dying in his arms, with my last words being "I love you," feels oddly serene. 

Sirens approach, and unfamiliar faces gather around us. Nath barks orders to them while I gaze at his beautiful features one last time. With all the strength I can muster, I brush my fingers gently along his jawline, trying to etch this image into my memory forever. The stars in the sky seem to surround him like a halo. Then everything goes pitch black.

When making clothes with several colors, Beemoov DOES combine colors POORLY. Especially, making them literally unbearably saturated. The feeling that only the editing players themselves know how to make adequate colors for things, lol. Once again, there is no adequate blue and purple, I had to take everything into my own hands again.

I made Erica the way I see her myself. She used to be Piper's granddaughter, but due to the fact that I removed Piper from the plot of the game, I don't even know who and to whom Erika is in my canon.

I didn't go through the last episodes of Eldarya after the Russian server was closed, but I was kept informed about what was happening in the episodes. Eldarya could develop her plot further so well, could give us new characters, carefully weave them into a further plot, or CAREFULLY, WITHOUT KILLING YOUR FUCK, remove them from the plot. As well as giving us additional spin-offs about some characters (I, for example, would like to know and see the fate of Miiko, the life of Koori before coming to El Headquarters. Or tell about the same Tvilda, Ezarel and others who were taken out of the plot of the New Era. ) But instead, we're given 19 out of 20 episodes that are written as if the screenwriter just spit on the keyboard and said, "It'll do!"

It's terrible, really, just terrible.

Simply put, from a good game that used to be even better than Sweet Flirting, Eldarya has become many times worse, just slipped and turned into something incomprehensible. Eldarya is a fantasy novella where you could come up with just a sea of plot, twists and events. Show us some new races or places where some of the main characters came from before joining the El guard. Instead, we were given only carbon-copied favorites, Erica, who almost always tried to get the favorite into bed.

Seriously, it turned from a game into a simple fanfic from some 13-year-old girl. Even the fans of the game make the stories for their characters much better. Someone came up with whole genealogies, someone wrote the characters from the game better than they are written in the game itself.

I would like to note that the Origins look much richer in the plot than the New Era. And it's very embarrassing. I used to wait for episodes with great desire. To be honest, I skipped class a couple of times in college when the episodes aired. Because it was interesting, it was interesting to read and think about something, to make some notes with new information about the characters. But now it is not. After the release of the New Era, interest left. There is no desire to follow the game, because you already understand that you will not learn anything new. The character won't open up to you, you won't recognize anything that could have been written in the script. Now I see only the same favorites, the same and very boring plot.

It's terrible to accept.

I really hope that if Beemoov or the beautiful chinomiko want to do the same kind of fantasy, they will just kick their current writer and put someone who really likes the fantasy idea in his place. A person who will be interested in this topic will be looking for information and consulting with mythology so that the plot is really good and it does not turn out to be the crap that we see now.

I really hope that someday we will see something good in fantasy. I really really hope so.

Okay but nobody's gonna talk about how badly the Beemoov messed up in the new era when it comes to Valkyon and Erika?

Like you are telling me that my character, who claimed him to be the love of her life, suddenly just... Forgets him? Moves on without a single tear? No mourning, no rage, no immediate "Where's he? Is he really dead?" ? Not even a "Fuck this world I want him back!" ?

I get it, she needs to move on at some time but isn't this a bit too much? Like b*tch, your boyfriend just died and you are already blushing when that human kid smiles at you? Excuse me? My soul would be dead for years after an experience like this.

(Not speaking about the fact that even if you choose that you were with Valkyon in the Og., you don't get any information about where his grave is, how's Floppy or anything like that. Which is -in my opinion - the bare minimum, if they want to end his storyline.)

Lesson #52, Earth is Bad, Eldarya good. HC and Erika talks about car roads and asphalt: 

So is Jamon. And Karuto. And lots of faeries, but you know what, HC and Beemoov? You do not judge bok by its cover, and roads are useful. Try to ride an ambulance with bleeding child in it on your beautiful, picturesque, grassy country roads, and let’s see how happy you will be. 

What exactly makes Eldarya superior world? They do have prisons and take prisoners, they even do not have  praesumptio boni viri- remember how Erika wasn’t awaiting for her trial in prison?! She was deemed guilty by Miko, without chance to defend herself. Erika acts like humans would kill/hurt faeries the moment they would noticed them and she is partially right. HOWEVER: Anne-Marie and how she had to be protected. Erika. Tenjin. Eldaryan weapons, health-care, all those things are inferior. I know that TO Ewelein pretended how wonderful was eldaryan medicine, but in ANE we learnt that HC discovered pain-killers which... is not much? Am I to believe that no one in Eldarya is greedy?  Purrekos ARE fea, right? Eldarya should be a normal world with normal problems, and if they want to make it an utopia, than why showed us so many ugly parts of it?

Erika decides to make Mathieu relax, because even she realized that something is off: everyone believs he was lying about djin. They suspect he was just afraid of humans’ (because he knows their weapons? because he doesn’t want to attack his race? who knows?) so why was he sent on Earth? This guy is a walking liabilityt there! And we got a lenghty conversation full of empty, half-philosophical sentences. 

We are crazy, but we feel sane, but who would believe that the guy behind us is a dragon, this is our world, but not anymore. It is quite boring: we jump from “lol a seasoned warrior unable to understand how signal lamps work” to “let’s do some zen in the middle of mission because we didn’t prepare new outfit for this episode”. 

And then Mathieu talks about burgers. If the same person will write NG I don’t think it will last. BTW, have you noticed some serious issues with preregistration? Someone bought lots of bots there ;)

1) they should wear similar outfits, so they could blend in more, like a true group. 2) I find it hard to believe that they are on an important mission. Allegedly some guardsmen DIED during humans attack, Lance&Nevra&HC had to know them and yet they are acting like they are on a field trip. 

Hear, hear: they even walk differently than us, scums of Earth. They are magical, gentle, supreme creatures, who never do harm (Lance, Leiftan, Nevra, stay quiet when Erika preaches to masses), never hurt innocent creatures (Lance, don’t cry, you are sorry and you have been in prison ffs, it was only one familiar. Two familiars. Now you have new one, and it is much cooler than your old). Obviously, we all see that Eldarya good, Earth bad? 

You know, I am reading Erika’s thoughts and I feel like she is fetishising faeries. Everything is better as long as it’s not from Earth. Fucking faeraboo. 

Erika’s horny radar helps her realize they are indeed, on a mission and that they didn’t prepare well- bystanders noticed that eldaryans look and act different. Erika, being a faeraboo, decides it’s because they all look and act like warriors, but at least that make her pay more attention to her surroundings. Mind you, they got noticed by Ignatius, they told him she was kidnapped and I bet he already used a phone to call at least Charles. Maybe police. Bunch of idiots with pointy ears.

But they still go get fastfood- a place, where their... uniquness would still be visible. Can’t they wait couple hours and eath something in the forest? They didn’t take any food with them, right?

MCLAL KENTIN REVIEW EPISODE 1

I was going to write a review, but I had to finish some stuff cause I'm moving again 😩

This past weeks have been... Difficult for me, to say at least, and this episode has let me space out completely, the main reason why I play games.

Emotionally, it has brought me back many memories. The butterflies in the stomach when you see your crush, the nervousness when you talk to them, that exhilarating need to stay close to them, to lock your eyes with them and try to figure out what they're thinking of you... 😩🥺💞

I don't get to feel that anymore, and experiencing all that AGAIN thanks to a game is something I'm truly grateful. I was very young when I started to play MCL and now that I'm all grown up and HE'S grown up too everything is wonderful.

First of all, kudos to the team that's working on his series. The plot makes sense, we've spent A LOT (just how I like it) of time with him and the writing is SO GOOD. It's well pathed and every dialogue has squeezed my heart.

Kentin has matured so much, he gives me these chill and mature vibes but he still has his gentle and protective side, one of the things I love most about him. Being constantly traveling and being independent has made him confident about himself and his actions, we don't have that insecure and nervous boy who was an embarrassed mess constantly, we have a kind, brave man with self-confidence. I fucking love him, dammit 🥺

Also it's SO DIFFICULT to choose a favorite moment when everything was so well crafted!! Maybe I would pick the moment in the alley when they were talking and this blond guy appears AND KENTIN STANDS UP AND DEFENDS US 😩😩😩😩🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺💞💞💞💞😩💖🥺😩💞💖😳💖💞💖🤭💖😩🥺🤭💖💞💖💞🥺💖😳🤸🏻🤸🏻🤸🏻🤸🏼‍♂️💋💋🔥💋🔥💋🔥💋🤸🏻💞🎉🎉💋🕺💋🎉💋😻😔🥲🤭🥵😏🥺💖🤸🏻💞💖🥺💖🥺😩💞💖🥺💖🥺 LOVE ME A MAN WHO FIGHTS FOR ME

eldarya - halloween 2022 thoughts 🇬🇧

this event was the WORST shit on the world. literally, i HATED it with all my heart!!

let me explain.

not like mcls event, this shit had nothing to do with halloween. literally guys, what was that candy crush ☠☠☠ at xmas time its fine w this look, but on halloween... not even a halloween design bruh

i know, i know, lately eldarya events are made by the same template: explonations -> collecting ingredients -> transformation -> outfit pieces -> disgustingly boring, monotonous and hard candy crush minigames -> transformation -> outfit pieces -> illustration/final dialogs

and this is all that i can say about this system: fuck u, beemoov.

this event without real money is IMPOSSIBLE. even with real money, its still FCKN HARD:

first. i have a zarali with 160 energy points. i sent him to places which had 10 energy points/10 mins, bc i thought that this is the best tactic.

ohoho, idiot riska. life isnt that easy.

my comp brought 300 (!! not even always 500!!!)/500 brown shits from every FOURTH exploration-

second. candy crush. it was ugly and so bad. (and the music lagged so hard, i couldnt even turn it down xD) too bad. mostly i got 50 brown things/game, you can imagine, how slow it went...

third. outfits. they werent bad, but not gonna be my favs-

fourth. pay to win. normally i dont have problem w ptw, IF it doesnt have effect on the basic game.

but here, literally pay to win was the ONLY way, and even w this way, the event was UNBELIEVABLY HARD. 50 golds/125 brown things to the third shit, where 500 brown shits is one item, and you needed 10 to the illus??!?!?!?!!! WTH BEEMOOV

fifth. the community item. luckily my server kinda easily got it, but i didnt hatch it, so i cant speak about it that much

sixth. the illustration. it was beautiful and cute, but so so sooo hard to get, so obv i didnt get it 🥲 how sad

conclusion: mcls event was a hundred times better, even though, that that was based on the same, yearly used template too, BUT at least it was enjoyable, cute, halloween themed, and POSSIBLE (!!) to finish; and bonus: it had separately illus w every crush.

personally, eldarya events are so damn hard, that i can never complete them. and this is so sad, bc there would be sm potential in the event-stories.

An updated note about my stance in the whole "False accusation" plot that happens during LL.

1. The whole plot is horrible and ridiculous and should not exist.

2. This plot is fucking unrealistic. The true is that if Rayan was accused like that in the real world... nothing would have happened to him. Is true that the people at the city learns about the case because Renata leaks the story on the news, but to be honest, I can't imagine people making too much noise about the situation, at most the students, and probably the people more likely making noise about the case and demanding justice would be women and feminists groups. The true is that the general public cares more about men's feelings than women's feelings. In the real world I have watched how women get burned and demonized for the most stupid things but men who kill and rape, barely get some heat.

3. Also it was a FALSE ACCUSATION, so of course, Rayan was in all his right to be the poor victim here, poor little meow meow was suffering. This is the narrative that a lot of misogynistic men are salivating to happen to them, this is a fucking male fantasy. Some men want to prove so much that women are evil to all cost. On side note: I have to guess and think this was done to clean a bit his image since the hate he was getting during UL was harsh, but I think women who where calling out how uncomfortable this character was, was justified. Because I know and I know a lot of women had seen this happening in their own school, happening to their classmates, living this experience and I don't think all the teachers doing this (trying to get into a relationship with a student) are as good as Rayan.

4. The writer representing Beemoov really sacrificed and burned four women (three of them are POC) FOUR WOMEN for the sake to save one man. You can't tell me this is not a very misogynistic thing to do in a game that is aimed for women.

5. I totally can see why Priya and Miss Paltry act the way they act if you decide to side with Rayan. It makes more sense why they don’t feel that sorry for Rayan after what happened: they were choosing to give priority to a woman over a man. Because is a feminist principle "I rather believe a woman even if she is lying, over a man that could be a potencial abuser"... because statistics says that 75% to 90% of the people perpetrating violence over women are men.

6. I think this is a good post and food for thought to talk about Renata. I understand that the women involved in this plot committed wrongs, but I think is good to question their motives and why they act like this (Aside from the writer doing a shit job).

7. What was really realistic was the amount of hate that Marina, Miss Paltry, Priya and Renata got from the fandom and because it was justified for the false accusation and because we knew from the start that Rayan was innocent because we're are watching everything as spectators, but this characters just faced the normal outcome of someone speaking out. The writer representing Beemoov did a excellent job demonizing four women and the fandom was more than happy to participate in this misogynistic hate-fest.

8. Misandry does not exist, because misandry doesn't have an actual weight or influence in the real world. Misandry is just the normal outcome of women having to endure abuse for many years and realizing later that they are done putting with that. No woman is born hating men and they don't teach us to hate them either but to prioritize their feelings. But Misogyny, that sure is really doing good and well and normal in the real world, even some women love to be misogynistic and think is the most normal thing to do.

9. This is just my own point of view about this whole mess. I have changed my mind over the years because I learned more and this is the way I see this plot now. I'm not looking for debate or people to convince me about changing my mind. I don't really care if people disagree with me either, everyone is entitle to their own opinion. If I missed something I'll probably update the post.

10. If you hate Priya I really don't want anything to do with you, this is not the place for you and you're more than encouraged to seek for some other place that can accommodate your misogyny.

ELDARYA A NEW ERA EPISODE 17: CDC LANCE (SPOIL)

Good morning/Good afternoon/Good evening my little otters! I decide to write in English about the last episode of Eldarya. Because I saw a lot of people who play the game and speak or read only in English. So here we go because I have so much to say!

First of all, the episode begins when they woke up the next day when Chrome and Karen reveal that they are getting married. We assume Lance and Erika had sex all night. Huang Chu arrives because she needs our help at the laboratory to make potions for the fenghuangs with Koori. So here we go to the first thing that already pisses me off, which is the sentence: "Is it me or it's getting more complicated to be among ourselves ?" Just because Lance asked if they need more help...It's a very cringy way to show some feminism. I don't know why they made Huang Chu say that... It takes days for them to do all the potions, she couldn't even see Lance or talk to him. Again, we miss so many opportunities. We have an interesting conversation about the traditions of marriage with the girls. But I thought it stupid that Erika said that she's not so close to Karenn when we know on TO they had been like best friends. It's obvious she will be her bridesmaid. About that, after the funny scene about Karuto with Orgelz: Karren and Chrome almost jump on her to ask her to be their bridesmaid. But what bothers me, it's the fact that they almost forced the decision to take all the responsibilities of their bachelor party on Erika, to have an excuse to use more mana because Beemoov doesn't know what else to do. And again missing more opportunities to develop more about the relationship with Lance. Even if we have the choice to choose, the episode is a little bit empty if we don't agree to be the bridesmaids of both. So she has to do all by herself and the Purrekos to their party, but they decide to take a chance to her to ask Lance. We have ALMOST a moment with him even if it's just like 3 minutes of arguments between him and Purral. Then we have the two bachelor parties of the future brides. Both of them were fun, I'm not going to lie. But the moment with Lance was...AGAIN so fucking boring. The beginning was cringy with all the questions: "Is it the music? "Is it the drinks, Is it the perspective of a marriage (that makes me so horny again? Well...Apparently, it is. !) The moment could've been romantic if they could just say some words while they are dancing. And not her AGAIN saying to Lance: "I want to spend some time alone with you because I can't spend a day without having sex...so can we AGAIN fuck together because that's all I know and do and I can't have a real moment with you. Because all I can think about is SEX! Is it too much to ask, to have a more romantic moment with him? Having a cute illustration with just them sleeping together or laughing together than seeing them naked again? But let's talk about the NSFW scene! First of all, the sentence: "I thought we could never have a moment alone." Well obviously, it was your choice to do TWO parties almost by yourself. And the cringy part with her saying: "Oh I want you so bad Lance. Take me, Lance." Like they reused the previous NSFW scene. How about: "I love you? Or "You were so handsome tonight" or "I want to make love to you ?" Lance again doesn't even talk during the scene, how can it be credible for us that they are a real couple who love each other? Desire isn't love. You can love someone without feeling sexual desire for them. Next, the illustration...It's like they took what Purral wanted to bring to the party. They don't look in love at all and that's a shame. Because they did a good job with the other illustration. I'm so pissed again. I don't know why I keep spending my time on this game. But because like all of you, I want to know how it ends.

EP 13 opinion + illus

And it seems that the 13th has to be where our protagonist suffers the worst traumas...

I'm still digesting everything that happened so I'll probably have some ideas left out.

[SPOILERS EP 13 + LOTS OF TEXT]

Well I can't shut up one more second about Erika's empty expressions... Since Ep 1 that in no illustration does Erika's face match the moment, so my least favorite image is the one of Lance, Nevra and Erika... the faces of the 3 are weird, but Erika looks like a diva who is being pulled off the back of a stage to run away from a horde of fans, I see her and I can hear her saying "hey put me down! ", at no time, no way, just looking at the image, I would NEVER have imagined that at that moment Erika was "heartbroken to leave Leiftan behind", it just doesn't look like it, that's not happening at the same moment of the illustration, period.

We move on to Mathieu's image, the moment is hard (and badly written because if you buy the image no matter your route, apparently you make out with Mathieu... Another Beemoov's mistake, I mean if we have to PAY for something WHY THE FUCK IS IT NEVER DONE RIGHT? Was it so hard to change 1 miserable line of text depending on your route? Erika's face... again it tells me nothing, it's the face I used to make when my mother scolded me, “empty face”. While Mathieu is giving it his all, at least his face gave me the feeling of being in deep shit.

mmmmmm Leiftan, first of all and I'll say it ONLY this time, in what game Otome, you don't have any interaction with your route for more than two episodes? At least the way the plot is going I guess Nevra and co. will succeed and Leiftan will be back at the beginning of ep 14, right beemoov? Beemoov???? Leiftan will be back right, because this is an otome and he's my route. 

Other than that he looks beautiful, finally his hair down, the timing does feel a bit anticlimactic, if you take away the couple of scenes that have to do with the image, it's like it didn't happen, Erika is like "meh, looks like I ate a lot before bed and that made me sick". honey... Leiftan has been missing for 2 days, his life depends solely on the threat Nevra made to your father, I would be hysterical, I would probably have to be sedated in the infirmary because I would have turned the whole H.Q. upside down by now, IT'S MY BABY WE'RE TALKING ABOUT. And this is just writing problems, because yes we have had situations like this, or did when Nath disappeared in MCL UL Amber went off to meditate? *disappointed sigh* always so close to glory and so close to failure...

Okay, I'm done with the images, now the plot.

I saw the doubt... I felt the instant of doubt in Erika after Nevra crossed the portal, even though she doesn't say anything, I felt that Erika at any moment would run in the opposite direction of the portal. What I liked is that most of the reactions seem pretty accurate to me, it's obvious that the head guards and Nevra have secret missions that Erika knows nothing about (that's why HH talked to them first and then to the bimbo, of that I'm sure) They ALL keep things from Erika, and I feel like I'll have to play this season again when it's over and all the little secrets come out.

It's all very hard and I think Erika is in denial, that's why she gets chatting with a soldier of her father's, that's why she thinks she can save Leiftan, that's why Lance has to take her away, because I wouldn't have left, because the thought that my father might kill me just can't get into my head that fast... It is already too much to assimilate that he directs the tortures, that in one night HC was tortured, she believed she would die there on earth, tortured by the men of her partner's father. Because it's one thing to hear it and believe it, and another thing to assimilate it, for your brain to absorb that information and function with respect to it... That's why I didn't like the "evil laugh" of Erika's father, it was unnecessary, caricatured, it broke the moment, he could have told his daughter that he will always love her and protect her no matter what, that would have hurt Erika much more, it would have made her doubt, it could confuse her now or in the future... well whatever instead of a ridiculous Disney villain laugh, a detail but you live on details. (I was a bit surprised that Erika doesn't even consider the possibility that HH might have sent his "shadow trio" to assassinate everyone in the command, her father included).

Despite everything... Nevra is one of my favorites this season, he is the leader, he is the boss when HH is not around and it shows, he acts like that, everything depends on him and everyone knows it (except Erika), he absorbs tons of information per second and adapts perfectly, they are running away from a burst of bullets (which he barely understands what bullets are) and yet he has the sensitivity to explain to Erika why they have to leave, because she does not see reasons at that moment, she is not a trained soldier, she is a rookie who does not understand about hard decisions, because it is one thing to make difficult decisions that affect you (such as the white sacrifice) and quite another thing to make difficult decisions that affect others. I don't have to understand that we have to leave without Leiftan, the feelings added to the lack of experience in this type of situation could easily cause an anxiety or hysteria attack, fainting or absolute despair, Erika could have gone crazy and destroyed everything in that lobby and I would have believed it.

Finally that's the big flaw of it all, there are no risks, when you feel something is going to get interesting they cut it, be it romance or plot, we all know Eldarya is more of a fantasy adventure story than a romance, then you have to take the risk like in the first season and deliver interesting arcs, In TO we had Ivonni, the myconids, the kappas, Naytili and Marie-Anne, all while corruption and war threatened Eldarya, it was interesting, each of these arcs were brutal and ended with deaths and lessons for the protagonist, character growth and the occasional moment with our route. Now in ANE we were introduced to Tenjin and what happened to him? Nothing, there were no risks, yes, a human died that no one cared about except Erika, so far we haven't heard from the kitsune king again and I feel it was a waste, and that's it, now on earth we have our father as a villain, and yes okay, it's pretty predictable, because obviously everything has to be related to Erika as implausible as it may seem, the arcs have moments that make no sense, that ignore or blatantly contradict what is already established and on top of that, for nothing. I feel disappointed with this season because it's very noticeable that it's just for money, it's almost an insult to the players that we've put up with so much (yes, I mean the fire), there's no love in ANE and I'm just waiting for a sterile ending... since Chinomiko left the team, Eldarya feels like the GOT seasons not based on the books, I hope for a similar ending... maybe Lance will burn them all like Daenerys and the truth I feel I don't care anymore, I keep a minimal interest for the lore they can deliver for my own fanfic... like many in the fandom and it's sad, I'm sad.

P.S: The whole Leiftan kidnapping thing will come to nothing, he's Captain Marvel in the MCU, they don't know what to do with him so they just disable him, Leiftan is too powerful to be able to participate in the main plot, and his relationship with Erika needs a lot of work (because they also gave them this bond that just makes things even more complex) to make it "healthy"... At this point I'm so confused that I don't know if the writers are geniuses or idiots (no offense) I mean, a part of the fandom that couldn't stand Leiftan now feel sorry for him.
