Could you please link your post about your grandma's fried rice recipe? I want it so bad but cant find it

I didn't actually write the recipe itself on that post, just her method of cooking

BUT

She uses:

1 cup rice

2 cups water

2 8 oz cans tomato sauce OR 3 fresh tomatoes

3 cloves garlic

If small onion 1/2 if large 1/3

Salt to taste

The method is to fry the uncooked rice in oil until the aroma is nutty and the grains golden brown, you blend the water with the other ingredients and then add that into the pot after draining out the excess frying oil

She says this part is important-bring it to a rolling boil, cover and reduce the heat to let it simmer until the rice is cooked and there ya go
