Okay, so I saw an article that #heinzbeanzpizza was available in the UK for the first time 20 years.https://www.foodandwine.com/heinz-baked-beans-pizza-uk-6832308

Me, always on the search for interesting pizza toppings, decided to add #heinzbeans to a #frozenpizza.

And… it’s bland. Like SUPER bland. Somehow even with extra Italian herbs and pepper, there’s not much flavour. It’s like the beans and cheese managed to neutralise themselves?

Verdict: Eh. Not bad, not great. Edible, would eat again, but I’m not going to go out of my way to do so it again. Have the oddest urge to add a fried egg on top, like a weird English Breakfast.

Has anyone tried the Veganz Verdura Pizza? @veganz We found them at the local Woolworths, priced at AUD $8.50. Swipe ⬅️ to see all. I tried this Screamin' Sicilian Pizza Co Supremus Maximus Pizza and it was good.

The bread crust was crunchy but soft, the meats tasted fresh, the vegetables tasted fresh, and the pizza sauce was a little sweet and salty.

There was jarred garlic and mushrooms on the pizza with gave the pizza flavor.

The crust was crunchy.

This pizza was convection oved then microwaved.

I would eat this again

What's left of my frozen pizza dinner. I really do feel that there's a conspiracy going on between t h e frozen pizza companies and the pizza restaurants. Since the local take and bake pizza shop moved on I have had to eat store bought frozen pizza. I have learnt that if I thaw the pizzas out for an hour before I preheat my oven they are astonishingly good to eat. I bake them at a slightly cooler oven (maybe my oven runs hot so 375 degrees) and almost as long as the package says I have a great pizza. I was an Army cook so I say there's a conspiracy going on where I don't have to pay $50 for a pizza meal when I can have one at home for $7 plus energy costs and a little elbow grease.
