༄ "Perhaps in another life. We'll meet again. And this once, I'll have the courage to face my yearn for you."

It was fairly well known that Miyamura and Hori were in a relationship. A new budding couple among the numerous other ones of school ! In instances to onlookers it might've looked crazy but the both were happy and that was enough. They were ecstatic to be in the presence of each other. The awkward Izumi who could act bold when push came to shove and the bold Kyoko who was ready to fend anyone off who would try to intimidate her, also someone with weird kinks.... They were a perfect couple through a through ! Adorable and full of love for each other, even in the eyes of [Name].

[Name] who was a coward, someone who liked Miyamura since the beginning of High school but could not bring themselves to ask for the sacred love from such an innocent boy, they were simply undeserving by their self made standards. Thought themselves to be tainted for him to love. It was a weird thought, not something a middle schooler should have. But, They didn't think of themselves as very normal!— Or thought they fit societal standards. Even if they'd been albeit weird, they were still the main supporter of Horimiya. A backbone which always made sure the two were protected and safe from negativity. "Negativity begone!—" Is what they'd say.

But that did not mean they weren't jealous.... They were ! And that made them feel more selfish. Why couldn't they just be happy for the newfound couple...? Why did it sting seeing them even if they knew they wouldn't even be close enough to Miyamura....

But what if they were indeed close enough... What if they could've been happy with him too...? What would've happened if they didn't remain a coward. Now, they could never know. Never ever. Now they had to face that they would never know what it felt like to be seen with such gentle eyes that melted their heart. They'd never know how it felt to be loved.

It had been a rainy day, not one of those which were peaceful and calming, the one which would bring the perfect time to nap. Nope! Instead it had been one of those annoying days, the rain had been pouring for so long that it became irritating. The pitter patter no longer calm. Most students had left the school premises before it started pouring again at the small interval. The ones left were the lovebirds and their best friend, Hori, Miyamura and [Name].

The conversation had been Hori's weird kinks, as per Miyamura's words. Hori was towering over Izumi with a pout, "They're not weird!! I just find them hot." She spoke, justifying how masochism/degradation was a thing that she was into just by a little bit. [Name] slurped on their juice eyeing the couple thoughtlessly with a chuckle, it was weird how many of their conversations were little talks that seemed oh so romantic yet affectionate. "Calm down Hori-San, Izumi-Kun, Do remember everyone has their own preferences. Make sure you please your girlfriend Kay ?" [Name] to the rescue, they spoke as he smiled leisurely. Leaning onto a pole on the entrance the three stood at. Waiting for the rain to stop.

It did not look like it would.

Miyamura sighed with an awkward smile as he nodded, "Yes, Hori-San, [Name]-San." Hori smiled triumphantly.

The rain began pouring even harder. Perhaps one of them should begin to search for an umbrella because it seemed like none of the three had it. "I'll... Look for an umbrella. Enjoy your lone time!~" [Name] teased as they left by the door, an ache resonating in their chest as they remembered the affectionate smile Miyamura showed Hori. It wasn't like he didn't smile at them, he did, but it was never romantic. [Name] always wished them well even through a heart that hurt, they still believed they weren't the one who deserved Izumi. It was Hori. As soon as they'd found two umbrellas, [Name] walked out grinning at the two lovebirds. The two weren't looking at each other, mild red dusting their cheeks. "Oho?~ Why are our lovers so shy right now ? Don't tell me.... You kissed?!?!" [Name] asked with pretended shock, what surprised them was that their faces flared up even more. Perhaps they did.

The friend handed the two one umbrella, stating that it was romantic to share an umbrella with a grin and a wink while he kept the other one. Behind the couple, with a fond smile, [Name] made his way out of the school gates. The rain dropping against the umbrella covering him. The roads were almost empty except the occasional cars, not many people walking by. It felt... Peaceful even with the repeated rain.

[Name] peered onto the couple who talked among themselves, as they'd stated that they would be just trailing behind. The stinging feeling still evident in their chest. [Name] sighed, a cough leaving their throats. They covered their mouth with their hands as they hacked vigorously, left behind by the two moving before. As they looked down on their hands, there they saw,

Petals splattered around on their delicate palm.

[Name]'s eyes widened.

"Maybe in another life.... I'd be courageous enough Mura-Kun.. Maybe then... I'd survive. I love you Izumi. I hope you have a great life with Hori."

Meet the Seiyuu: Ace Trappola

Ace's VA Yamashita Seiichirou wanted to be an actor, but says there weren’t any opportunities in his home of Hiroshima. He became interested in voice acting after starting high school and making friends who introduced him to manga and anime.

Today is his birthday!

After high school he enrolled in Tokyo’s Amusement Media Academy. He was accepted to talent agency Office Osawa in 2013 and made his anime debut in October of that year as Mizuno Takahiro in “Walkure Romanze.”

He voiced Yumekawa Shogo in the Idol Time PriPara anime series and portrayed the character on stage as a part of “‘WITH by IdolTimePripara’ DANPRI SPECIAL EVENT” in 2021.

Yamashita is an early Toboso Yana collaborator, voicing Edward Midford in 2017’s Book of the Atlantic.

He has had roles in over 200 anime/video games/drama CDs including projects such as Battle Spirits Burning Soul, orange, Katsugeki/Touken Ranbu, Lost Song, Rumble Garanndoll, Futsal Boys!!!, Aoashi, My Hero Academia, Hori san to Miyamura kun, That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime and more.

On the topic of Twst Yamashita has often said that his personality is actually more similar to that of Deuce, such as this interview from the 2020 fanbook (vol.1)

Yamashita and Deuce’s Kobayashi seem to overlap often, with both seiyuu appearing in projects such as Butlers: Chitose Momotose Monogatari, Lost Virgin, Kneel and Ask for Love and My Partner is the Thoroughbred.

They are also often paired together for Twst promotions such as these videos where they introduce a Twst-inspired hotel room and dessert plate.

This video on the Aniplex USA YouTube Account features Yamashita and Kobayashi talking about how honored they are there was no dubbing in Twst so that users overseas are able to experience the game with their voices.

Waah, requests open! So, let me take this chance to ask: could you write a drabble where Hori is curious about Miyamura's tattoos and the boy just melts into laughter? ~

Ah, Miyamura-kun's being ticklish is *kiss chef* I hope you enjoy this~ got a bit longer than expected but not too much!

"Can I see it again?"

"Eh? H-Hori-san, didn't you see it yesterday?" Hori only need to stick her lower lip out a bit in a little pour to had Miyamura gasping. "A-Ah, fine, fine, hold on!"

Hori watched him with a bright smile. This whole Miyamura's secret tattoo thing really added to that 'bad boy' side that Hori liked so much, so she constantly asked to see it.

It was hard to convince Miyamura at first, but now he did what Hori asked with just a slight blush across his cheeks.

"There, Hori-san," Miyamura muttered, his shirt was completely off, now he didn't even bothered to just pull one of the sleeves off.

She followed the intrincated design with her eyes. It didn't matter how many times she had seen it, she still didn't understand it at all. She had a feeling that Miyamura didn't either, he was someone bold and impulsive, he probably just chose this design because it looked cool.

Yeah, that sound very Miyamura-like.

"May I touch it?"

"Ah, sure, Hori-san."

Her fingertips were immediately glued to his side. He flinched a little, his skin covering in goosebumps, and Hori apologized for her cold touch.

Now that she noticed it, it was the same design on his side, just upside down.

"Did it hurt, Miyamura-kun?" She asked, surprised that, even though there was actual skin impregnated in Miyamura's skin, the touch felt no different from his inkless skin.

"It did a bit," Miyamura nodded. "Especially around the ribs and the shoulder."

Hori's fingers traced the tattoo in the spots he mentioned. First at the ribs, following the weird curve and then the little triangles, even poking the dot inside the curve a couple of times.

Miyamura was lightly twitching under the touch. She couldn't blame him, her hands could get really cold, but she just couldn't stop tracing his skin. Marking the outline of the drawing with the tips of her nails and then filling it in as if she had ink on the tip of her finger.

"A-Ah, H-Hohori-san, cohould you s-stop touching it so l-lihightly?"

"Hmm?" Hori tilted her head to the side, confused at why was Miyamura... giggling?!

A deep blush immediately appeared across her cheeks when he saw his little smile hidden behind his hand. He was blushing too, his arm trembling slightly.

Could it be...

"Ahahaha! Oh, Hohohori-sahan, stohohop pohohoking m-

"Are you ticklish, Miyamura-kun?"

The next couple of seconds happened in a rush, but Hori saw everything happening in slow motion: Miyamura seemed to freeze on the spot, he gasped and the blush on his cheeks spread to the tip of his ears.

As a small smirk appeared on Hori's face, Miyamura tried to lower hiw arm, but Hori was faster. She grabbed his writs and launched her body forwards, pushing him to the wooden floor with her free hand and quickly taking a rather comfortable seat on his hips.

Miyamura let out a cute sound between a whimper, a squeal and a little suffocated chuckle, and he tried fight Hori back, but it was useless. She had his arms pinned above his head already and the other one was trapped under her knee and before Miyamura could beg for freedom, Hori was already tickling his ribs earnestly.

"Nohohoho! H-Hohohorihi-sahahan! Plehehease!" He laughed, he was squirming and pulling at his arms, but to Hori's surprise, he seemed to be incapacitated by the tickling.

"Miyamura-kun," Hori nagged with a big smirk on his lips. "What are you doing? I'm just trying to see your tattoo! Why are you making a fuss about it?" She giggled softly at her own teasing words, Miyamura only blushed a bit harder.

"It tihihickles! Aaahh! It tihihihickles, Hohori-saAHAHA! Nohohot there! Not thehehere!"

"Woah! Did I find your weak spot?" Hori was beaming with excitement as her fingers teased Miyamura's highest ribs, so dangerously close to his armpit. "But wait is your weak spot your ribs or your armpit, Miyamura-kun?"

Miyamura groaned between his cackling as Hori massaged his highest ribs, thumb rubbing deep circles and then four fingers wiggling in, making him arch his back with loud laughs.

"Huh, you won't answer me? Then I'll find out myself~"

"My armpit!" Miyamura quickly admitted. "Ihihit's my ahaharmpit, soho- GAHAHAH! Ahahahanywhere but thehehere!"

Hori was merciless, she gently used her long nails to scribble at his armpit, she also poked at the nerve right in the middle and also dug in and pinched and rubbed and did his about everything he could think of to drive Miyamura up the wall.

It was working. Miyamura was laughing so hard, tears of mirth were already clinging to his lashes and she could barely understand his pleas between his hysterical laughter.

"What did you say? I can't understand you, Miyamura-kun," she teased, giggling and smirking at her howling boyfriend. "I can't understand you if you laugh so loud!"

Miyamura shook his head, "Thehehen stohohohop tihihickling me thehehere!" He managed to say when Hori came back to the scribbling.

"Hmm," Hori hummed, stopping the tickling. "I'm not sure, I've never heard you laughing this loud."

Miyamura breathed heavily, giggling and squirming as Hori kept her fingers on his armpit. "Hohohori-san! Plehehease! I'm really tihihicklish there! I will die if you keep going and I think I'll also snort and-

Hori widened her eyes. "Snort?! Oh no... my hand... I can't stop it... aaaah!"

"HOHORI-SAHAHAN!" Hori's silly games seemed to cause Miyamura more laughter as she started her attack again.

She tickled him mercilessly until that cute, pig-like sound made Miyamura's nose vibrate. Hori almost passed out in the spot.

"Do it again!"

"NOHOHO! I- ahahahaha!"

He did it again and again and one more time before he freed his arm from under Hori's knee with a harsh pull.

Hori was surprised, but she could even tease him about it before he felt his hand grabbing her shoulder and, with another pull, he was able to free his other arm and grab her other shoulder.

Miyamura quickly changed positions, now he was pinning Hori against the wall, his eyes feral, making her gulp.

"I'm sorry, I-

Miyamura almost pressed his nose against hers. "Y-Yohou damn woman," he growled. "Can't you fucking understand when I say 'stop'?!" Hori widened her eyes. "Kyoko, don't tease my patience!"

They stared at each other for a minute before he pushed her to the side and got up to put his shirt back on.

Hori blinked a couple of times and then...

"Hehehe..."

Oh that weird side of hers.

"Hori-san," Miyamura whined, joining Hori right where she was, smiling and beaming at Miyamura's outburst. "Why did you do that! It was so embarrassing!" He had his hands under his arms, protecting himself or, perhaps, wanting to get rid of the ghost tingles.

"Why? You never laugh so much like that! Besides, your snort was so cute," she said, smiling brightly at him. "Be sure I'll do it again soon!"

"Hori-saaaaan!"

Hey uh who is this Miyamura Izumi you speak of because 👀😍 he’s so pretty. What show is he from?!?!

I kinda wanna keep him for myself but I also kinda wanna have another person to simp over him with.....

He's from anime Horimiya (sometimes also called Hori-san to Miyamura-kun) and it's about 12 or 13 episodes long so it's really binge-able 😂 (totally haven't seen it a milion times already, nopenopenope). It's so cute and sweet and fluffy and Izumi is literally the best boy and his relationship with Hori is relationship goals 👌(also the manga is great too, just sayin')

Traveling down memory lane, I realized I'm never much of a hobbyist. I have placed interest in this and that, most of them are short lived and one day I would start placing my interest again on the thing I have abandoned for a while. Doesn't know where to settle, indecisive, you name it.

When do you first learn how to read? To spell out each letter from a word? I remembered clearly, the first book I picked up myself was one with a bright yellow cover, a thin book that doesn't have many pages, ink printed on natural uncoated papers, only containing simple instruction how to read. I was determined to learn and finally able to read a full sentence on my own after driving my father's patience to the edge for two weeks long.

I still laugh at myself every time I remember that the first time I went to a cinema was when I sneaked out with my highschool friends and came back home to give my mother a heart attack after she found out her child was no longer the infant she once craddled every night to sleep. My childhood was spent on the rural area where there was nothing but woodland and cliffs and so when my family first move out to the town, my curiosity got the better of me.

The time passes by while I watch scene by scene unfold before my eyes will always be enchanting, thus the list will goes on for as long as the tip of my finger click on the play button and the movie starts. Same case as the books I have read, my brain seem to unable to recollect some of movies title I have watched. Long sigh.

Was it the time around 2nd grade of junior highschool when I first start placing my interest in anime and manga? No, I think it was before that, probably around 5th or 6th year of elementary school. My mother would let me sit in front of TV every day after I finished my study to watch Naruto and my father would allow me to pick a new comic every three months as a reward. It's a memory that's easy and pleasant to remember.

It is very likely that I have forgotten a few titles due the passage of time. I wish I could remember every single one of it so that I can go back and rewatch.

It's not always been the case, but lately I find myself enjoying a quiet time, sitting alone on a comfortable chair in my room, scrolling through my phone with my newfound hobby of reading manhwa or doing puzzles, sometimes I simply sat and play a music playlist then I start to space out. For a brief moment, I feel at ease.

Summary of some 2021 things from my Twitter. (For the actual posts and more things I saw & did go there.):

-Happy new year

- Posted about: Hori-san to Miyamura-kun

-Got DVDs for a show. Binge watching time.

-Posted about my wigs several times.

- Got myself a secondhand overlook and posted this:

My poor overlock cover bag smells when you get closer.

It makes you want to hug the machine and tell it that it will be alright and it won't ever have to live in such a smelly household ever again

-Complained about how I didn't feel tired after work but still went to bed.

-Been sewing sweatpants

-Complained about people chilling outside while there being a pandemic lockdown

-Got better display for my plants. I call them plant guys. "Guys" here being a gender neutral term.

-Finished the thin desk I wanted for separating my Monitors from the main desk.

- Got mad when I needed to find a place and the street was intersected by a park.

- Showed off my turtle figure & plush collection.

- Texted about trains being late or on time.

- Oktober: Now I got a gaming PC

- Complained bout ppl I saw not wearing masks in the train when it was the law at that time.

-Started a virtual tortoise pet game.

Note from 2023 me. I stopped playing it.

-This happened in December: On the one day I wear my "Let it snow" pullover it snows. 😃
