My updated top 10 fragrance list:

Vanilla 28 by Kayali (people will literally go feral when they smell this on you, makes people horny, gorgeous vanilla scent)

KKW Crystal Gardenia (Kim Kardashian completely ate this down, such a crisp, juicy, fresh, beautiful, addictive gardenia scent that last for days! very nostalgic and sexy)

Montale Intense Cafe (the perfect unisex fragrance for cuddling. It smells of rose, coffee and chocolate, and people will tell you you give the best hugs)

Tiffany & Co. Intense (this is the perfect fragrance for MILF’s , smells like a sexy hot mom, who makes really good money, or at least her partner does. She has her shit together and has her favorite jeweler on speed dial. Its very sweet and creamy. Very sophisticated, grown and sexy)

YSL Libre (the best YSL fragrance they’ve released in the last 5 years if you ask me, the Lavender note helps this fragrance lean a lil unisex. Smells like money, smells like a boss or Woman in charge, has the most amazing scent trail)

Maison Margiela’s Matcha Meditation (smells like matcha, dries down “perfumey” with hints of matcha, it’s actually kinda sexy, and it’s perfectly unisex)

Tom Ford’s Bitter Peach (boozy, woodsy, warm peach, Unisex)

Dolce & Gabbana’s Shine layered with Paco Robanne’s Olympea (these are two fragrances that pair literally PERFECT together, its the perfect summer scent, smells like a mango on a salty beach, smells like a sea Goddess)

Floral Street’s Wonderland Peony (your inner 16 year old is SCREAMING, its so pretty, bright, candy like, girly and sweet, very uplifting flirty, tart scent)

Juicy Couture’s Gold Couture (idc if people say this was the basic, teeny bop fragrance of their childhood, its a sweet, sexy, carmel bombshell and men love it! Its completely perfect)

WOAH! MIDNIGHT postings of OCs on MAIN??? Crazy.

After watching ONE, it got me thinking about making my own series/ revamping some old characters to be important in something. No idea if it’ll be comics or animated, (cuz I have literally no idea about what voices each one has) but I do wanna make it. It’ll be more “adult” I guess in the content presented, but it can be enjoyed by all ages for the most part, maybe.

The show is going to be called SPIRIT. (“Whoever has the best spirit will win!”)

Basically, a bunch of objects ranging in age from 16 to 24 wake up in a world called “The Borderlands” with no memories of their past lives whatsoever. With a strong sense of deja vu, some chronic pains, and a host literally nicknamed “Sketchy”, these 12 objects get to compete, both willing and unwilling, for a notebook that can grant whatever the user writes or draws in it.

However, things fall apart when when two individuals manage to cross over the mountains and see the world for what it is.

I’m not going to say much more on the plot cuz spoilers, but I will post the refs of the three characters featured here under the cut, along with some more information on each of them.

First up is Ribbon, who later changes her name to Spool. She’s the main character and is sort of the audience stand-in despite being a jerk. With dreams of grandeur, he is willing to claw his way to the top no matter what it takes. But maybe having a grounded friend can keep her down to Earth?

Next up is Fragrance. He’s a quiet guy who’s more of a follower than a leader, but every good leader needs a first follower. He is best friends with Spool and is her ride-or-die (mostly) partner in crime. The two are always together, but that bond will cause problems in the future, that’s for sure.

Last up is Milkshakey. He’s the cocky and arrogant leader of the opposing team. He loves getting into Spool’s hair and just being an annoying rival. Despite his demeanor, he has a very fragile opinion of himself and just wants to be loved by many.

More on the way if there’s interest surrounding these guys and their story, but other than that, have a good day bros :)

Lounging on the soft sand in the midsummer heat

Notes of sweet coconut, soft floral and musk

Bois Flotté by L'Ocittane en Provence 🌊

Walking along a cobblestone beach as waves crash upon the shore

Notes of sea salt, rosemary and driftwood

Violaceum 2 by L'Artisan Parfumeur 🥀

Changing forms in the light of the moon

Notes of violet, iris and earthy accords

Beach walk

Top notes: bergamot, lemon, pink pepper

Middle notes: ylang ylang, coconut, heliotrope

Base notes: musk, benzoin, cedar

A really, really nice scent. Incredibly reminiscent of a summer's day on the beach. The coconut note is reminiscent of suncream, but isn't unpleasant. Very clean, soft and soothing.

Bois Flotté

Top notes: red algae, seagrass, rosemary, green leaves

Middle notes: sea salt, driftwood, nutmeg

Base notes: cedar, moss, vetiver

An absolute favourite of mine, a very convincing aquatic sent without smelling fishy or like cleaning chemicals. It's long-lasting and a reasonably affordable fragrance. It would be considered "traditionally masculine" but obviously anybody should wear whatever they like. A good choice if you want to remember the ocean despite physical distance from it

Violaceum 2

Notes: violet, saffron, iris (hard to tell as the perfumer's have never published the notes of this perfume, it definitely is earthy though)

A complex, classy scent. Starts off very fresh and floral but dries down to an earthier scent. To me, it's dark and moody, like a witch or sorceress. I think it would capture the magical/mythical elements of being a selkie despite a lack of aquatic notes

Always look for samples before buying a full bottle of anything!

I tried an ostensibly violet-scented "lotion bar" from an Etsy shop. It was affordable so it didn't feel like a big risk, and the seller said that violets are their "favorite flower," so that's encouraging, right? Well, I must conclude that the violets they love are the odorless violets that grow in the wild in America (they're very pretty! And look almost identical to the scented variety), because this... Does not smell even remotely like violets. 😕. What DOES it smell like? Hard to say exactly... But mostly the smell reminds me of the smell of a hair salon. So... Hairspray? I don't know. I don't know what makes those places smell the way they do, but that's what this lotion smells like, and that is distinctly NOT what violets smell like, in case you were wondering. Sigh.

My Coquette’s Guide To Amazing Smelling & Looking Skin!

First off, this is just my personal routine and therefore has my preferences for my skin type (dry itchy skin) and my favorite scents. So always always do what’s best for your own skin type and needs. Anyway, here are my recommendations!

1. BODY LOTION FOR DRY SKIN

I love the Lavido Mandarin Orange Bergamot body lotion for its lovely light and fresh citrus scent and how it works miracles on my dry skin. It’s made with the most pure natural ingredients which makes it definitely worth the investment. It is vegan and is recyclable! Here is the link to it on Amazon:

2. FACE MOISTURIZER CREAM

The brand “Origins” Ginzing moisturizer is excellent for my dry skin on my face, especially during the winter months. It’s scent is so heavenly and works well with my favorite perfume (Light Blue by Dolce & Gabbana). Here is the link:

3. PERFUME/FRAGRANCE

While I love Miss Dior: Blooming Bouquet, my ultimate fresh favorite is Dolce & Gabbana “Light Blue” Eau De Toilette. It’s fragrance is playful and energizing with its citrus notes. It truly captures the Mediterranean lifestyle it advertises. My grandma bought me the big bottle of it and I cherish it to this day. Here is the link:

It feels like light linen on a summers day, not too overwhelming and full of possibilities.

༺༻reviewing @bluebandedagate ‘s natural perfume oil! ༺༻

hey guys :) today, i am very excited to be reviewing this for you guys. when i saw mint ice cream, I had to get this for myself. The price for the 8ml was $6 and the sample prices are $3 which is amazing. you can also customize your own perfume, but i chose this!

now, into the product. the notes are mint 🍃and vanilla🍨. immediately the notes were very promising to me as in what this would smell like. and let me tell you, this is a very realistic mint ice cream smell! i was really shocked to how close it was. on first application, the mint is very strong and apparent, but not a sharp, icy mint smell, but a more sweet mint. the mint stays pretty strong for about an hour, then it dries down to a beautiful and sweet woodsy vanilla. the dry down also reminds me of dulce by rosie jane! the mint still slightly dances in the background. the wear time is actually quite good, i found that it lasted about 5 hours on me, maybe even longer depending on how you apply. i only used a couple swipes

what do i think overall? overall, i think this is a very unique concept for a fragrance. i have only saw one other mint ice cream perfume, and it isn’t priced as good as this. i wish that there was more of a market for ice cream fragrances. you absolutely can not beat the price for the amount you get, especially since oils tend to last long. it smells really yummy and edible, and it lasts a long time, you don’t need to apply as much. i would really recommend this fragrance + the etsy shop if natural perfume is something you are into, looking for a new fragrance oil for a great price. :)

Loud and complex - maybe not one for job interviews! It's perfect for hot days, and felt incredibly appropriate when I was working in the desert. It is an animalic perfume, so very apt if you're looking to tap into a nonhuman part of yourself

Blackmail

Notes: smoke, oud, berry fruits, vanilla, amber, sandalwood

A dark and moody fragrance. The smoke and woody notes are blended very well together and balanced perfectly. Personally, I think it would suit wintertime the best, but that's obviously up to you

Dryad

Top notes: clary sage, tarragon, thyme, citron, bitter orange, bergamot

Middle notes: narcissus, orange blossom, lavender, apricot

Base notes: oakmoss, vetiver, benzoin

A very convincing natural scent. Green and herbal, but not sweet at all. So complex and mature, it would be great to wear on special occasions.

Always buy samples before buying a whole bottle!
