#30dayfoodphotochallenge Day 12 – Confianza China Before I die, my last meal will be from @confianzachina . If you know you know. I have been coming here for the past like 13 years, and it still blows me away how delicious it is. THE TOSTONES ARE THE BEST IN PUERTO RICO. Yes I said it. This afternoon I was in Guaynabo and started craving Confianza. Its 8 miles away and like 45 minutes in traffic at 5pm. But I felt so proud afterwards. The only bad part was driving home with the smell of the tostones filling up the car. What you see in the picture is whats left over after we ate. Y Bu arada buradan hemşehrim Sivas’lılara da buradan selam olsun♥️ 📝Hamur malzemeleri 2 su bardağı su 2 tatlı kaşığı Tuz 1 yumurta 5 su bardağı un Y📝İç harcı için 4 adet patates 1 adet kuru soğan 3 yemek kaşığı sıvı yağ 1 çay kaşığı kekik 1 çay kaşığı pulbiber Y1 çay kaşığı karabiber 📌Üzerine dökmek için Tereyağlı sarımsaklı sos “ biz bu şekilde tükeyi severiz” sizler isterseniz sade tereyağı kullanabilirsiniz. 🥣Yapılışı Öncelikle patatesleri haşlayalım ve ezelim.
Bir tavaya sıvı yağ dökerek soğanları pembeleşene kadar kavuruktan sonra üzerine ezilmiş patatesleri ve baharatları ekleyip, kavuralım. Daha sonra soğuması için kenara alalım.
Hamur yoğurma kabında hamuru mantı hamuru gibi sert olacak şekilde yoğuralım ve 30 dk. dinlendirelim.
Dinlenen hamuru iki yada üç bezeye ayıralım. Merdane veya oklava ile genişlettiğimiz hamuru bir bardak veya kalıp ile keselim. Kavurduğumuz patatesi içlerine koyup kapatalım. “Ben iki şekilde yaptım” Sizler dilediğiniz şekilde kapatabilirsiniz. (Örn üçgen, bohça )
Kapatılan hingelleri bir tepsiye un döküp tepsiye dizelim. Pişirene kadar serin bir yerde (buzdolabında)muhafaza edin. Su doldurup, 2-3 yemek kaşığı sıvıyağ ve tuz ekleyip kaynattığınız geniş tencerede hıngelleri içine çok doldurmadan haşlayalım. Daha sonra haşlanan hıngelleri süzerek tabağa alın. Üzerine sarımsak ekleyerek erittiğiniz terayağını dökerek servis yapın. 𝐇𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐚𝐫 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢 🪁 Urad dal ki khichadi drizzled with lots of ghee, a family tradition which we do every year on Makar Sankranti. Whole Urad Dal (overnight soaked in water) and rice tempered in ghee with dry whole spices (cumin seeds, bay leaf, peppercorns , black cardamom , cloves , star anise ) , chopped onion & ginger. Then season with powdered spices (red chilli, chat masala, didn’t use turmeric but that’s optional )and salt to taste . Have it with plain yogurt / raita or just top with dollop of desi ghee . Most of the time clients don’t understand the process of shooting products on a crisp, white background. Easy, right? Think again. For starters, the setup usually takes around 45 minutes. Mettere insieme gnocchi di zucca, con la salsiccia del #falaschi (di San Miniato) @guidofalaschi e il gorgonzola allo zafferano del @caseificiocroce . Ho le lacrime dalla commozione. Ci sono piatti così, che aspettano la neve per prendere posto in cucina e svoltare la giornata. Non è una ricetta: la salsiccia si fa rosolare in padella antiaderente senza aggiunta di nulla, poi si uniscono gli gnocchi, si spadella e si serve con fiocchetti di questa meraviglia. Non aggiungerei niente altro. Già così è pura gioia. E pura gola.
