It's New Years Eve

In Germany we have the tradition to eat "Pfannkuchen" for New Years Eve. Which are filled donuts.

Food is pretty much 80% of how I talk to people XD

LITERALLY my mum had minor surgery today so I cooked up two vats of soup to keep the family fuelled while she recovers.

My mum worked full time, but always tried to cook home made stuff for us. And she took the time to cater to baby me, who was an extremely restrictive eater, I only ate like five things. (we did not realise I am autistic and physically can't eat a lot of stuff because texture)

Watching people eat good food makes me very happy, and I love getting to feed people. I know my mum feels bad that I basically only ate tomato soup for years, but I remember that time VERY fondly because I wasn't being guilted into eating food that made me physically retch. So now my palette has branched out despite still being restrictive, yeah, you got me spot on. Cooking is a huge love language for me XD
