kal-l trying to convince bruce that everyone on earth one is corrupt but can’t bring himself to say that about dick. the original robin being the pinnacle of hope on every earth. infinite crisis coming so soon after war games. after the blockbuster arc. and bruce still holds him in this rightful place. and kal-l can’t argue against it. was anyone going to tell me that the lead in to the climax of this arc is bruce and jason watching bludhaven get bombed under the assumption that dick is still there. that it's happened again. that bruce will never make it there in time. that everything is falling apart with OMAC and that all of bruce's "precautions" have led to nothing but failure and destruction and it's happened again.

phew!

#im not sure how much im enjoying this #but i like the build up of jasons antics #the movie definitely streamlines things #and removes a lot of the unsavory 2000s dialogue #this heightens a lot of infinite crisis but it really is ?? brought up very much #bruce is definitely down and out but hes got a Lot to be down and out about outside of this #it feels like this arc maybe should have not happened to close to those events #the timeline gets a little wonky #but bludhaven getting decimated feels like a crucial detail #wild that it happens Here and not in the wing book #it just picks right up after it happens #good for getting you to read outside the book but this is a Big Deal #oh comic continuity #i love you so #flynn.txt #dick grayson #jason todd #bruce wayne #dc #text
