Improving has been bothersome lately, comfortability is nice. you don’t have to reintroduced yourself with what feels like a million times, you don’t get the new girl look of confusion, or the sly remarks about how you are messing things up and making it difficult. You wake up, live your comfortable life and go home and sleep, than do it all over again. Have you ever been stuck in a routine that you could achieve the whole day with your eyes closed because you know your schedule so well? I have and that’s another reason i chose being uncomfortable. Throughout life i have clung on to the saying, “if you are not uncomfortable, you are not improving”. It’s true to the max, we live one life so lets live it, lets go out of our confront zone, have the awkward new girl interaction. The dazed look of confusion that will turn into growth and normalcy. Don’t get stuck being unhappy and having the same schedule everyday, you deserve to grow in this incredibly confusing life we live. You deserve to fight through theses awkward and uncomfortable battles to become a even stronger and more mature person. You deserve happiness, you deserve the world, you deserve to feel at peace, because if you really think of it how would you want to live the one life that was given to you, stuck in your routine or living the best life you can possibly have?
Today we have higher buildings and wider highways, but shorter temperaments and narrower points of view.
We spend more, but enjoy less.
We have bigger houses, but smaller families.
We have more compromises, but less time.
We have more knowledge, but less judgement.
We have more medicines, but less health.
We have multiplied our possessions, but reduced our values.
We talk much, we love only a little and we hate too much.
We reached the moon and came back, but we find it troublesome to cross our own street and help somebody else.
We have conquered the outer space, but not our inner space.
We have higher income, but less morals.
These are times with more liberty, but less joy.
With much more food, but less nutrition.
These are days in which two salaries come home, but divorces increase.
These are times of finer houses, but more broken homes.

Riddle me this, why is it that mistakes we have made in our life or situations haunt us for the rest of our life? Why is it that only the nice people always suffer from a terminal disease? Why is it that one day we can be completely happy and ourselves and than the next become a complete stranger? Why is it that people impact our lives so tremendously that they can give us mental diseases when they leave? There are many questions i have and lately my brain has been going through these questions, but all of these questions tends to lead to, why is life so hard? Why does it do this to us? Do we deserve any of this and we don’t know? I’m honestly asking, because i don’t understand, why is the world like this? Am I focusing to much on the negative today than the positive? The sky looks beautiful outside and the world looks like it’s going back to normal, but why do i feel the negativity still? So much change has happened in the last few years that i can’t fully wrap my head around it all. Things change so quickly and i know for a reason, but why are these situations thrown at us leaving us with what feels like a lifetime of mental abuse. Is god doing this to teach us a lesson, if he is why does this lesson feel like it will never end for some people.

As adults do we ever really get a day to relax and not think about the next thing we need to do, or upcoming challenge we have to face. Does our mind every give us a break? I don’t know about you, but my brain is always thinking and problem solving. This goes on from morning and up into very late at night. You can’t sleep and sometimes even catch your breath because it’s so bad. You’re brain makes a big impact in your everyday life. If you don’t feed it the right food, take it to release some thoughts and shut it down occasionally it can honestly take over. I have come to realize that if you run into this problem where your brain controls your whole life ,to remember that eating healthy isn’t just about loosing weight, its also a calmness to the brain. Talking to someone isn’t embarrassing, it’s a breather for an hour for the brain. And staying up to date on sleep and relaxing isn’t just a bonus for you, but also that brain of yours. When your brain has you under control it can be terrifying, you can loose yourself, feeling lost and confused. PLEASE remember that there is hopes and steps to take for improvement. As my therapist says. “You are the watcher of your thoughts, they do not define you”

Some people dont realize when you put out anger in any way toward yourself or others it really does effect the ones around you. And in serious case some people get hurt and most time its the people close. As well when actions are taking by anger it follow with a past by so much dark behind it. Some things we cant just forget or forgive yourself. Accept the negative things that happen when letting anger overcome you if you dont learn really ur letting the fire get bigger. Some people hid behind it,or deflect on what really going on.. we lose control, black out,careless behaviors, yelling, lash out at times,or build up rage against anything for no reason.
The people around you, your parents, your kids, siblings,spouse,coworkers even friends they can feel it off the negative charge you give by letting anger become you. Its why our generation is letting go.
Years and years of abuse cycle, our mentalhealth is at a point where most people wouldnt be able to find themselves because there so many layer and really dont you think it be easier to dig down a wound so fragile without feeling it that be awesome right.. who wants to feel the pain again or even ever wonder why you do certain things based on all the trauma that happen even if you dont remember its probably because you try to hide the pain replacing it or numbing we all cope in many different ways... But till we open our eyes, and control the negative charges we let ourself filled in maybe time to change or to cope in different ways
