This world is so full of the weary, the anxious, the sad, the broken hearted. No, not broken hearted, those with a broken spirit! Where do they turn for comfort, reassurance, peace? They cry, become despondent, get angry, get apathetic, they turn to addictions, sensationalist media, celebrities. They steal, they consume looking for something to cheer them up, they hurt themselves, hurt others, some even kill themselves in their despair.

There is somewhere to turn for the comfort they desire. It lies with the people around them, in the group's that reach out to help and dust each other off when they fall, the arms that embrace until the sad can carry on. The tender hearted, loving, mothers, fathers sisters, brothers, aunts, uncles, wives, husbands, daughters, sons, and friends. They cry at movies, gather in homes, cower from shadows, care for babies, hold your hands, and kiss your hurts. They cheer at games, they work at jobs, they keep the homes, they go far and wide just to see a friend. These people are found everywhere, all over the world, but these people are fragile, they need reassurance, love, and tender care to keep up with all they do, just like everyone.

The answer is simple. It has been there all along, next to everyone, silently waiting. It can be found in your heart, in your deepest gut, telling you the truth is there. If you but turn to those around you, the strength to carry on, the courage to do what is right, and that same comfort is there.

Drink lots of water, eat your veggies, take care.
