Never give up on people. Never back yourself into a den where your winters are lonely and gruesome. Never cut yourself off from the world and fear people more than you fear being alone. You need people, and people need you. They need your smile, your dimple on one side of your face to remind them of imperfectly perfect beauty. They need your gifts. Share them, don’t be frugal with your talents, your words, your kindness, with your ability to help the woman struggling to open the door with her pushchair and shopping bags.
And not only share, but lean. Lean on people, your people. If you don’t have your people, go find them. They exist. They’re in the still life painting class you’ve been meaning to attend, in the business you’ve been scared to launch, they’re in the country that’s been on your bucket list for the past four years. They’re in all those places that have been calling you, desperate for you to step forward.
As scary as it seems, as comfortable as your lonely little corner of the world has become, the light is calling you. You know your heart wants more. It wants people to howl with laughter, until your stomach twinges with pain and tears roll down your face. It want’s someone to give the last square of your beloved dark chocolate to. It wants all these things and so much more…
So run wild and far, go find your people. And when you do, you’ll be able to create a little more harmony in the world. One less person in a pandemic of loneliness, and maybe just maybe you can pass the baton on to help someone else, radiating light on those who cannot see living in the darkness.

Repairing Life
Reap, repair, revere, reverse, roam, run
Embrace what's broken,
Practice patience ...
Air out your thoughts ...
Implement actions to your goals...
Renew your drives
Implement changes
Never surrender to failures
Grow your flexibility and fix the impossible.
Somewhere
Once there,
My repair begins
Embedding ...
Tuning into
Having patience
In achieving
New dreams
Gone wild with life!

Hi. I'm a lesbian from a homophobic country, and I also have bipolar personality disorder. That's a combo, isn't it? Haha! In this blog I want to write about my little joys that make my day a little better. So... There won't be anything special here. But I'll be glad if you feel comfortable on my little blog. Let's fight together. Let's look for little joys together.
And… here are some facts about me:
• English is not my first language. I’m learning it.
• I’m 23 y.o
• I can't tell you about my country, I'll just say that LGBT people are not safe here.
• I like to write stories. I like to draw and read sometimes. Especially Chinese novels.
• I have a dog! And I love frogs…
• Genshin, Honkai Star Rail… cookie run…
Well, I hope I haven't forgotten anything.

Lily's Courageous Battle: Overcoming Depression On Her Own Terms
Tumblr media
Once upon a time, there was a brave girl named Lily. She was always happy and cheerful
Tumblr media
but one day, she started feeling sad and hopeless. She didn't know what was happening to her, but she knew she didn't like it.
Tumblr media
She decided to go to a doctor who diagnosed her with depression, Lily was scared, but she decided to face her depression and overcome it by herself.
Tumblr media
Lily started by talking to her friends and family about how she was feeling. She realized that she wasn't alone and that many people go through the same thing. She also started doing things that made her happy, like reading, drawing, and spending time with her pets. She knew that it wouldn't be easy, but she was determined to overcome her depression.
Tumblr media
With time, Lily started feeling better. She still had bad days but knew how to deal with them. She learned that it's okay to ask for help and that it's important to take care of herself. She was proud of herself for facing her depression and overcoming it by herself. And she knew that if she ever felt sad again, she would be strong enough to face it once more.

So apparently taking creatine might help with depression treatment. I've been treating depression for over two years now, with antidepressants (accompanied by a doctor obviously) and therapy once a week. Also keeping active is always good, and learning stuff is good for your brain (new moves, new skills, new languages.)
Bottomline I think we can use any boost to fight depression and I'm sharing just one more, there's a link below for the full article.

What are your coping mechanism towards depression & anxiety and how do you survive?
🌾
Hi anon. First of all if you are going through with depression and anxiety right now, I’m hoping that you will get through with all of that soon.
Uhhmm, the things that I do when I am feeling depressed and or annoyed with life in general, I listen to good music, watch shows or movies that I enjoy, even though I watched it or the series millions of times, especially the ones that I know the lines that they will say. I mimic them basically. Haha. I watch travel vlogs as well esp the ones where they explore nature. Go to a peaceful place, have some alone time with yourself, breathe in and breathe out. Enjoy the view. Talk to the Lord to help you get over on anything that you’re going through.
That’s about what I do when I am feeling down. Hope this helps. Ingat anon. Laban lang. If you need something else, you can message me. Wag ka mahiya.
