yes, couch scene, couch scene is good, heart-breaking, tragic, etc.

but personally I think we are all sleeping on chapter 35 of Trimax as THE vashwood chapter
wolfwood gazing fondly at vash silhouetted by the moon he blew up
ww pointing a gun a vash’s back and thinking ‘i could end half the threat to humanity right here’, but can’t go through with it
BACK TO BACK FIGHT!!
“It’s different when my back is to him.” <- ww realizing he trusts vash to have his back, just confess marriage to the guy at this point why don’t u

Hello, Chris. If you are still taking these, may I request ∅ for Cloche and Beliya'al? ^^
[Ask Game]
Cloche’ thoughts on…
Tumblr media
Beliya’al
“I think Master Beliya’al is someone respectable. …Very unique.”
• Cloche is careful around Beliya’al. Whether if it’s admiration or fear, she can’t tell. Though she feels a little uneasy around him, Cloche appreciates Beliya’al’s gentleness with her and the other first years. In fact, she’s glad there’s a seemingly responsible, mature figure in Ramshackle. If anything, Cloche likes that Beliya’al can be direct and get his point across. While Beliya’al’s comparisons of rowdier students to dogs may be …questionable, Cloche agrees with them wholeheartedly.
• Cloche adores Beliya’al’s fashion! Especially that harness he has. She’d be happy to ask him or talk to him about it, if the opportunity ever comes. Prior Twisted Wonderland, she did dress on the edgier side too.
• Tails…? Appendages…? Lashers…? What are those things—?! No, Cloche isn’t necessarily scared of them (okay, maybe a little), but more intrigued. It doesn’t help that whenever she catches a glimpse of them moving in action, the cat within her wants to paw/swat it so badly.
• Cloche is fascinated by Beliya’al’s species. She wonders what kind of world he would have come from. She is curious of the brooch on his tie, thinking it looks familiar to a certain symbol from Earth.
“It’s good seeing you in Mr. S’ Mystery Shop, Master Beliya’al. …As you can guess, I’m on an errand again.”

Personal Linebeck headcanons part 2
part one: x
(under cut since this is a bit long again)
He’s got fairly low empathy, but has made a point to try and make up for that by becoming perceptive and teaching himself what most facial expressions look like and what they mean. Still, he has trouble reading the room and catching onto when someone is hiding their feelings, and sometimes it just goes right over his head if he doesn’t care to look into it.
He technically doesn’t know how to fight, but if he does have to fight, he fights dirty and like a cornered animal. He has bitten multiple people.
He’s not great at filtering what he says; he curses extremely frequently and can get really nasty with people he hates.
He actually hates interacting with other people and despises the reputation he’s built for himself.
Similarly, his social skills are actually pretty bad. He doesn’t really know how to honestly interact with others since he’s used to defaulting to masking in front of others and mimicking them.
He has polydactyly, with six toes on each foot. They’re all functional and haven’t caused any issues, but it makes it hell for him to find fitting shoes.
He draws a lot and is a pretty good artist in his own right. On the other hand, his handwriting is downright atrocious.
He likes the rain better than any other kind of weather. He gets colds often since he sits out the rain for a little too long, but has a good time with it anyways.
Of the three spirits, he ends up liking Leaf the most, even trusting him a bit.
He’s of Gerudo descent, and has in his possession some old Gerudo books and stories. He can read and even speak a bit of the Gerudo language, and sometimes insults people in it- that way, he avoids retaliation since pretty much no one else knows the language.

Ok, so I know this might sound crazy, but! Have the twins ever rode on their Dad's back while he was running? Like the three of them playing around? I can totally picture little Glenda screaming. "GO FASTER, DAD!!!!FASTER!!!" And Glen in the back clinging on and also having fun.
Tumblr media
they’d have to get him up first
Mostly did this when they were younger and couldn’t run really fast but Glenda has a need for speed that can’t be satisfied and they refuse to quit
and Glen.. had fun but would get motion sickness

Gosh, okay, so it's been a couple days since I finished age of calamity and I've had the chance to peruse a fic or two, which is time enough for my initial questions to start getting answered.
So. What actually happened.
Like what happened behind the scenes? What in universe reasoning is there for such drastic changes in circumstances? We've got new characters, new stories, new designs.
The first thing I can say with certainty is that the time line did not, in fact, branch from when Eggy arrived in the past. Somehow, the little creacher managed to land itself in a timeline that had already been long separated.
Why?
Well the first) main thing is obvious - link doesn't have the master sword. How odd. Given how young he found it, and all the chances he would have had since, why not? What was stopping him?
Would it not be in his enemies favour that he hasn't had the chance to train and prepare for the role since he was a child? Who would even know to ensure it didn't happen?
Gee, if only there was a seer 100y ago in hyrule. A prophet of calamity, say.
Imagine if Ganon got his hands on him?
A seer driven half mad, someone with access to rare sheikah tech and the ability to use it.
It was Astor.
And Ganon played him like a fiddle. With the hindsight of the game, it makes a lot of strange things clear. Like what he was Seeing.
Interestingly enough, the divine beasts have all been found. The same champions have been selected, no matter how sabotaged each were. Astors close allies, we learn later. The monsters for daruk, the one lynel finding the missing Prince when dorephan already worried for his children's safety, kogah impersonating urbosa, the harbinger getting terrako mistaken for it.
Instead of a handful of yiga getting intimidated by a fully realised hero when they attack the princess (in a memory), sooga leads a full army to the heart of the kingdom.
He's there in person to try and take control of korok forest, and is shocked by a new master sword power we've never seen before destroying the shadows.
He attacks akkala earlier than in botw. He gathers monsters and uses them in his schemes rather than flooding hyrule with them all at once with Ganon. He tries akkala again, knowing how important its fall is to his plans. He manages to upgrade the blights from what they were in botw. He manages to infuse monsters and guardians with elements. He can recall and deactivate them at a moments notice. It's Fort hateno, an otherwise unremarkable battlefield, that he goes all out, with dozens of guardians, hundreds of monsters, all the blights at once he throws at link without even a moment of thought to Zelda. He was convinced Link would fall.
Astor saw the Breath of the Wild timeline.
He saw things in links memories, he saw us, the player, defeat Ganon. He saw Link die, saw Zelda hold Ganon at bay, saw link's return and the defeat of Ganon. Unlike botw, the Great plateau has already been blocked off (else Rhoam would have rejoined the fight) - no one knows about the shrine of resurrection. Link would have died there, and no matter what Zelda did, that would have meant ganons success.
Because Zelda had strength enough to battle Ganon for a century, but it was Link, not her, who managed to deal the final blow.
Even with the plateau blocked off, there were soldiers investigating the shrine. They were swarmed with monsters, and it was only purahs upgraded teleportation - courtesy of investigating terrako - that saved the day.
Say what you will about Astor, but that man was extremely clever and and cunning, and used his ability to work with sheikah tech and his visions to their FULLEST extent. He was manipulating events to his own advantage, he was ten steps ahead of hyrule at all times, he had backup plans on top of backup plans and he was ruthless enough to use them (killing the yiga for power when they failed). His fanaticism made him come off as significantly less of a threat than he was.
And he was one.
So how did the heroes survive?
Terrako.
That little egg was just enough of a butterfly effect (remember the butterflies everywhere when it first appeared? Not subtle) to give them the chance we needed.
The ability to give all the champions and allies the powers of the slate was just the beginning. That meant they were better able to fight, better able to defend themselves from heavy damage attacks. They could communicate across the battlefield with ease.
The egg could control deactivated guardians. Zelda used it to attack enemy guardians, blow up blockades. Most notably in the first akkala battle.
The egg contained information on the future. This enabled the sheikah to make their own plans in counter to Astor. I believe this is why they went to Fort hateno, with the same foreknowledge Astor had that it was IMPORTANT.
The egg had some hand in calling the future champions, saving every original champion from certain death and crucially enabling reinforcements to reach them in time.
Most importantly, the egg contained invaluable technology, which purah and Robbie uses repeatedly throughout the game to improve their other tech to unprecedented levels, single handedly saving akkala citadel the final time AND saving the plateau (with the shrine of resurrection) and the King himself, not to mention upgrading the fighters abilities even further. Simply put, without Eggy, Astor would have won, devastatingly and even more completely than in Breath of the Wild, the timeline they both seek to change.
But the final thing we learn about Eggy is who created him.
And that was Zelda, against her father's wishes.
In age of calamity, Astor, vessel of ganons hatred, tried to destroy the kingdom.
And it was Zelda's love of her mother and her hobby of tinkering with technology that saved them all.
Take that, rhoam.

I've said it before and I'll say it again there's no way the mugmyre back roads didn't have lore significance.
The strange statue, the complete lack of materials, the offputting ost for that particular area, and the fact that it only ever opened once in fer.al's 2 years live?

does werewolf yang ever get flees?
This is my favorite ask I've ever gotten and I'd probably say no for one reason, her love of her hair carries over to her fur so she makes sure to take good care of it. This does not stop her from rolling in mud and then tackling Blake because that's cute and funny and then they both need bathes.

WW Link was raised on a tiny little island by his grandmother, with his closest in age peer being his baby sister. Both his grandmother and the two old men on the island taught him on stories of past Heroes and knightly valor. The only other family on the island has two little toddlers who adore and follow him around as if he hung the stars. This boy was raised to be a gentleman who helps everyone without hesitation, a perfect example of ideal knightly chivalry, protecting and caring for women, children and the elderly.
And then the day he enters adolescence, filled with stories of the Hero saving his Princess and the kingdom, he meets a girl his age for the first time in his life, captured and in danger just like the damsels in distress from his stories.
And she instantly starts bullying him
Because Tetra was raised by pirates who obey her every command without hesitation. This girl is half feral, will stab unprovoked, and has probably never heard the words 'manners' or 'no' in life. For all her ignorance of her lineage, she is still a spoiled princess, just instead of proper tutors and nursemaids at her beckon call she has a rowdy crew of pseudo uncles and brothers that are trying their best to raise this little girl but are still pirates. She says "I'm bored. Let's fight a sea monster!" and they gleefully say "Yes Miss Tetra! Here's your sword!" without hesitation.
And Link falls in love, with this feral gremlin, who thinks it's funny to shoot him out of a catapult, across open ocean, face first, into a wall, of a heavily armed enemy fortress.
And once their adventure is done, his little sister decides this is her new rolemodel.
And now Link is the Hero and Tetra is the Princess, and they're tasked with re-founding the kingdom of Hyrule.
And I really want to see more of their dynamic in this lifetime than we see in their two games. I want to see Grandma's reaction to meeting the Princess that her grandson loves and granddaughter idolizes. I want to see him attempting to woo her using how he was taught to treat people, and her just being so confused by all this sappy softness. I want to see the kingdom of Hyrule that was founded by a fierce Pirate Queen and her tender gentleman Hero, before it was stabilized by any future generations. Because the dichotomy of their upbringings has such comedic potential that is not utilized enough.

Uncanny Feral Vash Hc’s!!
Tumblr media
Plants are cold blooded. They like warm and temperate environments. It’s why Vash can handle wearing a heavy jacket all the time. I’d like to think he always has slightly cold skin which is surprising to most people but it’s not enough for anyone to be worried or suspicious.
Can retain water for slightly longer than humans. Can also hydrate slightly by absorbing water through skin, this ain’t a super efficient way to hydrate tho.
Naturally smells earthy and flowery. And yes I’m basing this off of plantussy shit. I just need this man to get turned on and have the whole room start smelling like damn fruit.
Plant markings aren’t something he can easily control. It just happens when using other powers. They sometimes will appear really faintly if other plant behaviors are being exhibited. Again imma be horny but let’s say ww is going down like a champ and it’s mad good so Vash just starts glowing a bit as a sign of pleasure.
Ok but what if also the plant markings gave off heat like little lights?? Ok wait now tie this into him being cold blooded and when he needs to warm up he curls up and glows becoming a little heater.
Retractable fangs, that’s it
Also little to no body hair. Of course has some to resemble humans but like idk I see him without like leg, arm, and chest hairs. Or at least it’s very light and hard to grow. Independents usually only get facial and head hair just for human resemblance and otherwise don’t prioritize body hair. Maybe they also don’t have a lot of hair that’s used as protection purposes because plant skin is slightly thicker. The thick skin is also how Vash is able to sustain so many injuries and heal quicker.
Has primal moments. I can see him having bursts of power making him act more feral but imagine if sometimes plant mode is just triggered and he starts making silly chirping sounds and running around on all fours.
Primal Vash also loves enclosures. It’s like how the plants are always in tanks, he just likes tight spaces so he will scurrying under beds or wrap up in blankets for comfort.
Scent marks things. Will rub against your belongings leaving them smelling like pollen.
Feathers and flower petals are left everywhere if he transforms. It’s like cat hair.

i opened tumblr to post my superman ref and realized that apparently i never posted my WW ref either!!! so here are both of them. i'm not terribly interested in creating DC lore outside of gotham, but I spitballed the wonder woman design a while ago and it got the ball rolling in my brain for a couple of characters i am interested in occasionally (superman, WW, cheetah, livewire, etc) so i decided to design them for fun :^) i imagine that in a perfect world where clipsverse is a critically acclaimed batman tv show, they would have a special end-of-season crossover episode or maybe a direct to streaming movie if we all got lucky.
under the cut: livewire & cheetah, superman costume concepts
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
my thesis for superman's costume was more or less "cowboy king". the cowboy part stemmed half from my dislike of his traditional costume (sorry superman ily im just not with it) and half from a desire to give him a gimmick that tied more into the small town kansas workin' man part of his archetype. the royalty part i thought was a fun kind of nod to his weird alien royalty/savior of the people aspects - it doesn't need to be entirely practical because he's so superpowered that he can get away with having a big flowing cape on him and such.
cheetah and livewire are pretty self-explanatory. this image of livewire is mostly just fanart of her btas self, and cheetah i wanted to give a more naturalistic "feral" look and less "cheetah fur superglued onto a naked human". i like tall furry women can you tell yet
