#like obviously i still need therapy but 4 hours 3 days a week of material i already learned? #fat no thank u #to be fair its like. the only thing im doing atm so i shouldnt quit until i get a job but #between apartment searching & moving houses #i simply dont have the mental bandwith to be lectured about minfulness & be told im not allowed to talk about trauma 3 times a week #feels like we r having the same convos over & over again i am just sooooo done & so sick of all my providers. i want a real therapist
