Cornerstone Condominiums. I've always found the DeBateau apartment building to be overly posh, so I just turned it into a literal castle which was a mistake as this lot turned out to be mega heavy and my game absolutely hates it. I haven't even decorated the family's unit because it wouldn't stop bitching.

However I want to download Paraiso En El Mar as a empty subhood to link it to Paraiso En Las Rocas and install some of my favorite sims from the other premade neighborhoods. I was thinking of the DeBateau (without Jessica), O'Mackey (+Alexandra), Cho (only mother and daughter) and the Tricou (only the teenagers)

Honestly, I don't care about other families for this save...Paraiso En Las Rocas only has Malcolm as a BWV's sim, so who's stopping me?

I'll ignore the ancestors though, I don't want to install those on bodyshop too, I'm too lazy 💀
