i have a tons of favorite parts from book!wicked but currently my favorite has to be when elphaba is talking about her years in quadling country and criticizing her father and her sister, raking them over the fucking coals to fiyero and he comments that she sure doesn’t seem to like them much at all and elphaba is like ‘‘of COURSE i love them to BITS don’t you know what real affection sounds like??? fiyero you fool’‘ and fiyero does the literary equivalent of staring at the camera like he’s in the office
