ÇILBIR –TURKISH EGGS IN SPICED YOGHURT 😋
Çilbir is a traditional Turkish breakfast recipe that places perfectly poached eggs into a bowl of spiced yoghurt, and tops it with delicious melted butter. If that doesn’t have you drooling, it was also a favourite breakfast of Ottoman sultans as far back as the 15th century.
It’s worth knowing however, that çilbir doesn’t actually mean “poached eggs in garlic-spiced yoghurt”. During the Ottoman era, the term was a catchall word for all sorts of poached egg dishes.
TURK' S MOM . ÇILBIR
Garlic + fresh herbs infused plant based yogurt, sautéed spinach + red onions, poached eggs, vegan butter w/ red chili and mint serves with paratha. If you can give up on eggs and decide to go vegan on this dish with the rest of the ingredients it will surely still please your appetite.
Eet smakelijk 😊

HEALTHIEST BRUNCH SPOT FACTORY GIRL
It's a fact that many of us make a verb out of brunch harder than anyone. But some might say we brunch healthier too, and we can prove it. Leave behind the croissant and five-deep flapjack stack and, instead, get in on the eggs and artisan toast action at these healthy brunch spots in city.
When it comes to brunch, can you really go wrong at a place named for the king (or queen) of brunch items — the egg? (Obviously, a recurring theme on this list.) The answer will come as an obvious ‘no’ the second you bite into Avocado & Eggs,
FACTORY GIRL plant-filled eatery is a go-to first date spot for the resident hipsters. While the cool-kid vibe can mean a longer wait, the concoctions made in our vegetable slaughterhouse are totally worth it. Whether it’s avocado toast or a grain bowl topped with a sunny-side-up egg, The Farmer’s Breakfast brunch menu is always seasonal and totally ’grammable. And with right middle of the Bohemian Mitte there’s a spot your whole brunch crew can agree on. Not feelin’ solid food? No worries —FACTORY GIRL offers a killer juice bar (the best-seller is the Kill Hemingway)

You’ve heard it said about a million times before: breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Well, it’s true!
And if you want to make the most out of your morning meal, make sure to include plenty of protein. By packing on the protein during your morning meal, you’ll give yourself that extra boost of nutrients that will keep you full, happy, and energetic throughout the day
Protein isn't just for bodybuilders anymore. A study in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that overweight adults who ate a high-protein breakfast comprised of 350 calories and 35 grams of protein (about what you'd find in five eggs) consumed 26 percent fewer calories at lunch than their counterparts who consumed a calorically identical meal with less protein. Although getting 35 grams of protein can be tough, you can still reap many of the same weight loss benefits by hitting the 20-gram mark.
What kind of benefits are you looking at? For starters, protein is filling. As it digests into amino acids, one of its building blocks (phenylalanine) triggers the increase in levels of the gut hormone peptide YY, which then sends a signal to the brain that you've eaten your fill, according to research presented at the 2016 Society for Endocrinology conference. That's not all; protein also slows down the absorption of carbohydrates, which helps keep blood sugar levels even keeled. Not only does this reduce hunger, but it also it wards off fat storage to help you get toned.
Discover of FACTORY GIRL mouthwatering meals that deliver exactly what your body needs for breakfast. Combine that with these SEXY & FIT EGGS IN WHITE egg whites with halloumi and kale- only omelet or scrambled and you'll reach your body goals in no time! and you'll reach your body goals in no time!

HEALTHY AND DELICIOUS PANCAKE BREAKFAST
Do you know the BEST healthy and delicious pancake breakfast recipe made with gluten free flour!  😬 These  pancakes at FACTORY GIRL are low carb, no sugar added, sweetened by dates and bananas, spiced up with bio tahini and top of all they are super fluffy too!
Pancakes may be served at any time of the day with a variety of toppings or fillings but in America they are typically considered a breakfast food. Pancakes serve a similar function to waffles. In Britain and the Commonwealth, they are associated with Shrove Tuesday, commonly known as "Pancake Day", when, historically, perishable ingredients had to be used up before the fasting period of Lent
In the Netherlands, pancakes are known as pannenkoeken and are mostly eaten at lunch and dinner time.  We serve with 3 pieces 10cm with plant based cream, fruit & maple syrup and we only eggs white 😋

NORDIC BREAKFAST OF COURSE WITH SALMON
two poached eggs, herbed cream cheese, Norwegian salmon, baby leaf, radish, sprouts, mashed beetroot with organic dark sourdough bread. "pescetarian"
For many of people, breakfast is rarely more than a cup of coffee or a piece of fruit while rushing out the door. That’s if we manage to eat anything at all: So many people regularly skip breakfast. There is research to back up both sides of the “To Eat or Not to Eat Breakfast” argument, but I think most of us share a wistfulness for a proper breakfast.
In Scandinavia, breakfast is an honored mealtime. Scandinavian breakfasts have a much larger variety of foods than we are used to finding on the American table. You’d typically see home-baked poppyseed rundstykker (little buns) in a basket; lots of homemade jams and honeys; a platter of cold cuts, smoked fish, cheese, poached eggs, and of course smoked salmon.

You can’t go wrong serving shakshuka for breakfast or brunch 😋
It’s also great for lunch and dinner. Shakshuka is a simple one-pan meal that makes a statement, and it’s a great choose for a healthy breakfast. Want to know how it taste?
Shakshuka! Ever had it? Shakshuka has more than a few things going for it. It’s fun to say, fun to make and fun to eat. The word shakshuka comes from Arabic, meaning, “a haphazard mixture” or “all mixed up.” Shakshuka features fried eggs in a hearty, spiced tomato and pepper sauce. I top mine with tangy feta cheese and fresh cilantro or parsley.
Shakshuka is a popular Middle Eastern and North African dish that may date back all the way to the Ottoman Empire. You’ll find it in Libya and Tunisia, and it’s become a staple dish in Israel. If you’ve ever had Italian “eggs in purgatory” or Turkish menemen, the dishes are all quite similar.
EGGS HEALTHY SHAKSHUKA w/mediterranean bell pepper tomato sauce, 3 sunny side up eggs, fresh herbs, sprouts, rocket & hummus- or try the spicy version.
*must try*
